If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, I don't know how LMC Cars are still allowed to operate as a dealership, they should be shut down. Avoid them at all costs if you value basic honesty, safety, and customer service

I bought a 2025 Cupra Formentor from them, and while taking my money was quick, 95% of the experience since has been false promises, zero help, and non-existent after-sales care

Misleading Service History: During the test drive, the salesman (Ali) explicitly assured me, my mum, and my sister multiple times that the service history was completed and held digitally with Halfords. After chasing this up post-sale, Halfords had zero record of the car, and LMC eventually admitted they had just done a basic in-house oil change themselves. When called out, Ali’s response was literally "I don't remember saying it, but sorry if I did"

Paperwork & Key Issues: They charged a mandatory £199 "admin fee" for zero service. They failed to advise us the car only had one key (which blocked registering as the primary owner for digital records), provided no info on the logbook, and left us to do all the legwork after discovering the car was improperly registered under a disabled tax class. It also took nearly 3 weeks of constant chasing just to get an agreed £199 refund for the missing spare key, which was meant to be £200

Safety Concerns & Broken Promises: The car was sold with a damaged, unroadworthy tyre that multiple mechanics warned against driving at motorway speeds. LMC initially offered a £50 reimbursement or an in-house swap, but after we attempted to reject the vehicle due to airbag and ABS electrical faults, Sukh completely shut down the tyre reimbursement and forced us to drive back on the motorway with a compromised tyre

Appalling Management Attitude: When trying to resolve these issues, management (Sukh) was dismissive, defensive, and incredibly rude. They love throwing around lines like "all calls are recorded" when you ask simple questions, and Sukh’s exact words in person were: "Everything goes through me, the people higher up don't speak to customers"

Absolute cowboy behaviour from top to bottom. Once they have your money, basic customer service disappears and they take zero accountability for what their salesmen tell you

I have already reported them to Trading Standards, but do yourself a favour, take your money to a proper, reputable dealership instead

Experience was very good. I was skeptical about doing PCP but Ali made sure that I didn't go over budget and managed to get me 2 year warranty as well. He was very helpful and nice during the whole process and I am happy I went with LMC to do this. Customer service was too notch.

Do not use this company.

They lie on their listings then refuse to communicate. They also falsified a FSH. I now have the proof and am taking them to court.

I look forward to getting everything penny back that the owe me.

Terrible experience – Sold a faulty car and refusing a refund (Against UK Law)
​I bought a car from LMC Cars Company, but unfortunately, it was sold with a fault. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
​When I requested a return and refund for the defective vehicle, the management (specifically a manager named Suck) acted in bad faith and flatly refused to take the car back, completely ignoring UK consumer laws.
​This is unacceptable customer service and unlawful business practice. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this dealership if you expect honesty and legal compliance. Avoid!

Great experience buying a car from Jengiz who had high levels of experience in the motoring world. He was friendly and provided assistance all the way helping me with admin after purchasing the car. I managed to book an appointment to view the car with him and was driving it away next day after he arranged the car to be prepped and ready. Would highly recommend and a great overall experience buying a car from them which is what you want. Can’t fault the service and will definitely use them in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE - This company sell cars that are not fit for purpose and ignore you when you raise a complaint with them - I purchased a car from them in March 2026 and the car has spent more time in the garage than on the actual road and has cost £1000's - They promote themselves as a family run business and the cars they sell go though a 75 point check - If this is the case why were the issues on the car I purchased not picked up on and why ignore my emails? - Reported to Trading Standards

I recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from LMC Cars and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jen was absolutely brilliant — friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

There was no pressure at all, and Jen was always happy to answer any questions and make sure everything was taken care of. The car was exactly as described and I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase.

I never have good luck buying cars which is why I choose dealers over private sales. I got a Tesla M3 from LMC and the buying experience was superb thanks to William .
Sadly the car developed a few issues in the first few days. However I cannot fault LMC cars for their customer service. All faults were quickly sorted and LMC were really excellent (thanks Sukh!)
Hopefully now I won't have any more issues but I am confident that even if I did LMC would be there!
