I have tested this in the deserts of Abu Dhabi, and the connection was still very fast. Firsty is way better than any other e-sim providers I have tested!

I have been using Firsty for some months now, while I travel, and have to admit it is a breeze to be confident I am able to use data while roaming, and not needing life-support for the bill shock. it is transparant, the pause button is lovely. When I am in no need, I can save money, pausing the service. recommend it to friends and family who travel overseas, and they love it.

Such an amazing app for people who enjoy traveling because of its amazing esim and its features. All the plans are very cheap and there's even a free option which is fabulous. Even when you encounter problems, the customer service support is so patient and helps you every step of the way. Mary and Julia are amazing customer service representatives so I would I like to give a shout-out to them. Overall fantastic app and will continue to use it for years to come.

There's not much to say: it's free, it lets you roam around the world and text friends and family without much hassle. 256 Kbit don't seem much, but it's definitely enough for most messaging apps and navigation. Perfect as a backup in case of emergency. Will definitely evaluate buying credits whenever I'll happen to travel outside the EU!
Heads up to Julia for the moral support in setting the eSIM up (the first time it didn't activate correctly, but don't despair, delete, readd and pronto, you got the 'net!)

Been using Firsty for over a year now for various travels, they've never let me down. I've used the free version a lot, and also a good few days of First Class, across Asia and Europe. I've had a couple of dropouts with the SIM, but their support staff are great and got me back online in 5 mins.

Ik had vorig jaar firsty in Canada amerika en het werkte fantastisch. Nu in Mexico en werkt het totaal niet 1 dag heeft het een beetje gewerkt van de 28. Maar vraag ik me af of dat ook zo was want van t plan was geen mb afgeschreven. Nu dus betaald zonder dat ik er iets aan had. Geprobeerd om t op te lossen maar niet gewerkt. In Mexico zou ik andere opties nemen voor een Esim

Really good app, easy to install and works perfectly fine. No stress about data anymore.

The concept of Firsty is good but the reliability is terrible. In some countries close to unusable. In the USA I had quite fast internet but I travel a lot and I‘ve had terrible experiences so far. Internet connections fails, timeouts you name it. Even after paying for „First Class“ - it stays slow and unreliable in lots of countries.
Furthermore I had to install the ESIM 3 times so far because they changed their provider or had internal issues. The support is willing to help but the issues are extremely annoying.
I don’t have so many problems wit other ESIMS.
