It is a scam, didn't got the game after 2 years(chained echoes switch edition), no answer about return.

These scammers deserve no stars so not order anything from these clowns 2 1/2 years ago I ordered a game I
I more than likely will never see this company's practices are criminal, I hate to say it but I'd buy everything digitally before I give a this joke of a company another pre-order that will never exist and if it does little take 3 years

The order finally arrived, 3½ years after I first ordered it! It looks really neat, as stuff from First Press does, but over three years waiting is a tough pill to swallow. For comparison, I made a list of thigs I managed to do in that time:

Got married
Went on a honeymoon (itself one year postponed)
Had a kid
Moved places (but thankfully remembered to change adress this order was headed for)
Attain my second bachelor's degree.

2/5 would not order again. But at least it makes for a very funny story.

Just echoing what others have said. I preordered 3 items with them around the same time. I did receive my first two after nearly 2 years (delivered early 2023), but the third item is still pending with no real update and no replies to emails. As of the writing of this review, the third was preordered on 9/11/21 and has been marked "Finished" on their update page for many months. The only changes to this order have been them pushing back the release date every three months since 2021. The two items I received were of high quality but I dont think I'll ever support this company again. You always expect a wait time when ordering from these kind of companies, but 3.5 years is just ridiculous. I only keep my 3rd preorder open due to the fact that the other two eventually shipped.

Absolute scammers. Placed my pre-order for Goodboy Galaxy CE in September of 2023, but a release is still no where in sight. Customer service is non-existent, they simply haven't responded to my inquiries.

Ich habe ein Spiel via Kickstarter mitfinanziert und First Press Games übernahm den physischen Druck. Nachdem es jahrelang kaum bis nur dürftige Statements gab hab ich mich für eine Stornierung entschieden. Die ist auch wieder 2 Monate her. Ich habe zwar eine Bestätigung nach ca. einem Monat bekommen (was absolut Wahnsinn ist dass es solange braucht), aber bis heute keine Rückbuchung gesehen. Weitere Kontaktaufnahmen wurden ignoriert oder werden vermutlich dann auch in so 1 bis 2 Monatszyklen beantwortet. Auch wenn sich das Spiel jetzt anscheinend wirklich im Druck befindet hab ich jegliches Interesse verloren und würde das Geld lieber woanders investieren. Traurigerweise ist dies kein Einzelfall, es scheinen sehr viele Stornos schlichtweg ignoriert zu werden. Das kann und darf nicht sein. Leider liest man auch bei anderen Projekten oder Nutzerfahrungen Ähnliches, was schade ist. Besonders weil ältere Projekte ähnliche Probleme haben, aber dennoch weiterhin neue Projekte entgegengenommen werden obwohl die Firma mit den jetzigen Games schon überfordert zu sein scheint und nicht mal ansatzweise einen funktionierenden Kundenservice bietet.

Promise a refund but never do it. A huge scam

Die Firma vertröstet immer wieder mit denselben Floskeln und scheint mit dem eigenen Geschäftsmodell maßlos überfordert zu sein.

Seit 18 Monaten warte ich auf die Standardversion von Chained Echoes für Nintendo Switch.

Ich kann die Firma wirklich niemandem empfehlen - selbst Limited Run Games ist zuverlässiger und das will echt was heißen.

Bin nur froh, dass es sich um eine Firma mit Sitz in Deutschland handelt. So kann ich wenigstens meine Rechtsschutzversicherung auf den Haufen hetzen, wenn da nicht bald was vorwärts geht.

Pre-ordered 5 games from them since 2019. Received 2. The other two has not be shipped yet. The three other games that have not been shipped were pre-ordered in 2020, 2021, and the last one in 2022. I understand the pandemic slowed everything down but waiting 4 years without a game is simply ridiculous. I'm in the US so I don't know what option I have to get my money back since the company is in Europe. As many have said here, they don't respond to my email nor cancel my order and refund my money. Some of these orders are years ago so I don't know if the credit card I used will refund my money. All I can say is I won't ever make a purchase from this company again, no matter the game. Second, I consider the money I spent lost to a scammer. If I get the game in the future, then great. If not, then it is what it is.

Ordered an item from them that was repeatedly delayed. Emailed them 5 times to request that my order be cancelled and refunded. Received zero replies and have yet to receive the game or my money back.

Avoid like the absolute plague.

Ja,es ist war was andere User hier schreiben. Releases werden immer wieder verschoben, Kommunikation ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Das Geld ist natürlich schon lange eingesteckt. Kann mir nicht vorstellen das es bei Chained Echos nicht genug Vorbestellungen für die Produktion gab. Alle schreien nach diesem Spiel.

Ordered a game in 2021 (yes, that is right, 3 years ago)
The release date is being pushed and pushed, every few months I ask for a status update and every time I hear that it is about to be released.
And nothing happens, the last few weeks I have mailed them 3 times, NO replies, I just want my money back, you can keep the game, I have no faith in this company.

Please do not order here, you will lose your money !

Die Produkte sind, sofern man sie erhält Wertig. Meine Bestellung war vom Frühjahr 21, 2 der 4 spiele kamen.

Der Rest keine Ahnung, evtl kommt da gar nichts mehr. Wäre halt schön, wenn es mal ein Lebenszeichen oder Aktualisierungen betreffend der Produkte

Empfehlung kann ich leider nicht wirklich geben

Im Frühjahr letzten Jahres hatte ich ein Spiel bei FPG vorbestellt, da es physisch sonst nirgends zum Kauf angeboten wird - der Release war für Mitte 2023 avisiert -, aber geliefert wurde bis heute nicht.
Anstatt die Käufer über die Verschiebungen zu informieren, wie man das erwarten darf, schweigt man und reagiert auch nicht auf Nachfragen.
Ob mich das bereits bezahlte Spiel jemals erreicht, steht in den Sternen.
Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich warte seit zwei Jahren auf mein Spiel, keine Mail zu Prozess, lediglich auf der Internet Seite wird der Release still und heimlich immer wieder verlängert. Wirklich sehr enttäuschend dieses Verhalten. Denke auch das ich kein Produkt erhalten werde und einfach auf deren Scam reingefallen bin

Horrible company. I order a game back in 2019 and i have not heard a single thing from them. I have emailed them several times asking for an update and they will not response. the game was supposed to come out years ago, but they keep pushing it back without telling the buyers. I have asked for a refund if they can not provide that information/update, and again I have not heard from them. They are a horrible company and I would never do business with them again. At this point I am just going to hope my game comes soon.

Company is unresponsive. Slow release.
