We recently moved into FirstcomEurope from Bowland IT. The service has been seem less with excellent support from all the team,

Ab in particular has been fantastic in solving our recent issue with expect knowledge and caring attitude.

Recently needed some support, Jacob S was super, contacted us promptly, solved the problem& provided work around solutions, excellent support, thank you.

A really disappointing experience with this company. Firstly they do 3 year rolling contracts which are very unfair and difficult to get out. On top of this after asking them to quote a new contract to see if there was any benefit in this route, the sales calls were relentless, it became frustrating and felt more like harassment than customer service. Even after telling them we are not interested we continued to receive frequent calls. Overall, poor customer experience, restrictive contract terms and relentless sales pressure. I would not recommend this company at all.

The company always kept me informed of what was going on, completed the job within the timeframe they had given me and the staff on site (George, Stuart & Mick) were polite and respectful. They ensured that I fully understood the system before they left. The office based staff (Bethany) was available to support where needed and checked in regularly to ensure all was going smoothly. Would highly recommend

Whenever you ring you always get someone who is willing to help you to sort your issue out, unlike some companies that just want to pass you from department to department, very happy with the service we get and would highly recommend. Technical help is great and they call you back when the say they will, which is all done in a timely manner. (Thanks Ashley for your help )

easy negotiations and solution focused

Luke and Carly helped me out with my new users and headsets, brilliant customer service and communication throughout. Would highly reccomend.

My Initial meeting with Kyle Roddy to discuss our requirements was really helpful & Kyle was great :)
Our requirements changed a few times & this was no trouble for Kyle to change & to re-issue the quote with the amendments.
The install did take a while to get booked in but the engineers were fantastic & so helpful.
I had regular updates from Ashley Dooley in the Provisioning team, who was always more than happy to help.
Overall a positive experience & the only reason it wasn't 5* is because of the length of time it took for the install to be booked in.

Excellent service and communication. Bethany Baldwin was very helpful and attentive during our business phone/internet installation. Thank you.

Pleasure as always dealing with Carly, Chris and the wider team. Customer service and the price is the reason I continue to use Firstcom for my telephone and broadband. I could not recommend them enough.

First Europe sort out any problems we have very quickly and are always on hand whenever we need them. Carly Winrow kept us informed all the way throughout the process.

All the engineers, from the cable gentlemen who worked in very hot temperatures, to the installation engineers, they were all fantastic covering 3 floors of our building. All were clean and fast workers.
They worked around our business needs so nothing/no one was affected.
Our One to One contact Beth kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly!

The switch from our existing provider to First Comm Europe has been straight forward and hassle free.
The staff are all helpful and quick to respond. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. Our account manager Ashley Dooley was always on hand, quick to answer my questions and a real pleasure to deal with, whilst Callum Entwistle was fantastic during the install, very thorough with his explanations and a brilliant representation of the company.

Regarding a broadband circuit that Firstcom recently installed - Carly was responsive around the installation and kept us fully updated round it's progress. Outside of Firstcom's control there was a fault with this particular circuit and by email Carly was able to sort this out with no fuss and handled everything great. We are up and running now and pleased to say received great customer service from Carly - keep up the good work.

Please can I just say a big THANK YOU to Callum Entwistle who has visited site on 2 occasions and has patiently worked through 2 days of difficult frustrating situations concerning us moving.

I would also like to thank Carly Winrow & Luke Eden who have worked tirelessly in the back ground to get us up and running, Carly has rang me on every stage to keep me in the loop.

Very happy with Firstcom, we have used them for many years. We have just had an upgrade on our broadband/telephone system, Charlotte our project co-ordinator was excellent. She kept us informed throughout the project and answered all our question promptly. i would 100% recommend Firstcom.
