I am not sure if this is the same business with some of the negative reviews haha. Honestly the shop in Mansfield is brilliant. They usually have an offer running for collection any size pizza £10, always have deals on. We had 2 large pizzas and a chicken side for £22 on Saturday, and the chicken tenders with chilli and honey was amazing.

The lads in there are always brilliant, it does make me a bit worried that its always so empty, because I don't want it to shut down. You can tell the dough is proper, and cooked in a real pizza oven. You won't get a better pizza unless you go to an authentic real Italian place.

The worse pizza I ever order it nothing to eat from this pizza all burn and taste horrible definitely not expecting this after so many times order here but this time very disappointed 😢

Fireaway Pizza has recently run a promotion where one could win a free pizza and Coke. I was one of the supposed 'winners', but when I tried to collect the pizza I had supposedly won from Bournemouth Fireaway they turned me away. I used the promo code I was emailed and my order was accepted but few minutes later I got a call from them. I was told that the manager of this branch refused to fulfill my order.

When I emailed their customer service explaining the situation, they responded promptly with an apology and a replacement voucher code, which I used at Fireaway Victoria. The staff there were friendly and the pizza was nice.

Ordered pizza at the dockside Chatham branch, quoted 45 mins for delivery but 90 mins later it hadn’t arrived. Order tracking wasn’t working, called them but constantly went to voice mail so after another 30 mins we drove to the restaurant to collect only to find it closed, no note to explain why. Do not use

Ordered via online , was called by the team member to say that the order wouldnt be delivered to my designated location near the building but i will have to walk to an empty car park way ahead ; upon questioning said he wanted no further arguments and wanted us to cancel the order from our end . Very suspicious and shady experience ; utterly disappointed .

i ordered 2 pizza and a side and had to wait over an hour to be told the order was cancelled. To then be told it will be with me in 30 minutes. Then had to drive to the shop because the person in the shop couldn’t tell what was going on with my order. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and rude, I would never order from here again, the pizza is so mid.

The guy serving was more botherd about filming himsrlf making pizza s than customers. Pizza & garlic bread tasteless.

Extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery driver refused to deliver to my door, falsely claiming that London apartments must be collected downstairs—even though I live in a secure, gated compound. To make matters worse, they were waiting at the wrong gate and made no effort to find the correct entrance. I never received my food and haven't been given a refund. I have tried calling and emailing the restaurant multiple times, but they are completely ignoring me. Avoid this place if you actually want to receive your order!

After a while, I received a call from the owner shouting at me and calling me lair and he said the refund will be issued within 5 days and asked me not to order from Fireaway again, like I will ever do again.

Got a pizza after a night out on Early hours of Sunday morning, ordered a gluten free ham and pineapple as I am coeliac, it cost £16 for the smallest one which was a big one, it wasn’t nice at al, it was pale n doughy and it was like the ham and pineapple was just sat on top of the pizza and not cooked into it. I have honestly had better gluten free pizzas from tescos and other supermarkets. So disappointing and so expensive especially when it just was not nice. Never again next time I’ll have a shop bought one waiting at home after a night out. 2025 and they still got get gluten free right.

This is my first time ordering after receiving what can only be described as a non authentic pre bought based with plastic cheese at best that’s being nice, no taste & burnt 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣🤣 what did I expect from a menon brother useless!! Never again even the dog refused to eat it

Ordered pizza, waited outside, it didn't turn up, ordered again, waited outside, it didn't turn up. So no pizza and £45 down. Deliveroo did not want to take responsibility. I went into the Southampton branch and the 'manager' couldn't care less. Kept telling us to let him speak and explain, which we did but every time we were getting our point across he tried to belittle us we found them to be completely rude and I definitely wouldn't order from here again as they did not treat us as humans, they spoke down to us and did not say sorry or take any responsibility. Pretty shocking really! Be aware they have no tracking for their delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT. MY ORDER HAD TAKEN ABOVE 1HOUR AND 20 MINUTES TO ARRIVE. MY PIZZA ARRIVED COLD WITH BURNT BITS ON TOP AND THE HOUSE WEDGES WERE COMPLETELY RAW. THE MANAGER HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THE MANAGER’S ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING

All staff were extremely kind with super service and the pizza was amazing highly recommend
