Tried to register and was told that the 'confirm password' did not match password selected when it did. Registered a different way and then tried to order but then kept getting told that the checkout total didnt match my receipt total ? And to click checkout again to refresh which didnt work. Gave up and ordered (easily) from another pizza place.

I was delivered not one, but two of the incorrect pizzas, and then received poor customer service where I my pizzas were not exchanged. Communication over the phone was poor, and staff had a disgruntled attitude.

I ordered a pizza from the woodgreen branch and it was delivered 1.5 hours later on a Tuesday evening, the shop is only 2 miles away, 1 hours delay is outrageous and for this reason you losing a regular customer,not happy and don't recommend.

Absolutely hands down my favourite pizza 🍕 shop in Barnstaple!! The staff are helpful and very accommodating!!

Very good pizza but nothing special making it the best pizza ever. Very good pizza for your money but was not happy when I went outside and my napkins blew away. For that reason I will rate it 4 stars out of 5

Ordered using their own app, which said the branch was open. Money taken. Email sent that the order was confirmed with a collection time. When I arrived the place was shuttered. I called several times but gave up. Found different opening times on google. Waited 2 hours and called them. They answered. Unapologetic. Collected the (tasty) pizza hours 3 late. Again no apology - I thought at least a free dip or a voucher of something, but nothing. No response to complaint

Didn't deliver all the order, tried phoning the store for an hour solid, no answer, no call back from message left on answer machine.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered from Deliveroo. My pizza which doesn’t have chillies on the menu came covered in chillie oil. I called up to explain I’m not a fan of chillies and the menu doesn’t say this has chillies and the guys said “we get may complaints” so I asked for a refund. He told me he cannot do that because only his manager can do that and he isn’t in until the morning. In the meantime my Deliveroo app still says order on the way so I cannot process a complaint through the app either because it’s technically not a complete order. Feel like they are doing that on purpose to avoid refunds. They also offered a discount on the menu deal 2 in the menu but still charged full price. My pizza is literally covered in chillie flake oil. And I cannot even attempt to get my money back. What are the chances the are even open in the morning for said manager? Slim. I’d avoid it. Shame because it used to be a nice pizza.

On recently visiting the store with my granddaughter i most upset to observe a Sikh that making the pizzas wasn't using store protocols, such as not wearing the hygiene gloves when handling the food. Also I was dismayed to notice that when he was selecting toppings from the front counter his rather long grey beard was trailing in some of the toppings containers and my eyes nearly popped out of my head, to which I could stand no more , and promptly cancelled my order! And left immediately with my disappointed granddaughter who was quite hungry. I don't think i l be visiting the carlton parade store again! Or any other fireaway branches. I felt it was my duty to inform the public on this matter, so no one gets food poisoning.

For some reason rude people keep taking over the Belfast, Antrim Road branch, thankfully we have multiple pizza places within metres, so Fireaway gets mug money, looses further reputation & we (the good working class folk of North Belfast) shall watch another installment of disgraceful franchise tenants lose their seed investment as they go on their merry way.

As for Fireaway, Terrible short term business model, parting mugs with considerably mo' money than sense... zero respect for local communities, s'all money these.... C'est la vie.

I would recommend collecting this pizza if possible as it does not travel well and usually delivery drivers take a long time and that will directly affect your experience having the pizza I collect from my local one and it’s very reasonably priced and tasty

Came into the Cardiff branch and ordered a guy starting taking my order and as I started to say my order he answered the phone as I was explaining my order.

Customer service is shocking here.

Bhomi Patel from city centre Leicester Fireaway pizza is very friendly, she provide excellent service. My son loves pizza from this place staff is very friendly and provides brilliant service. I wish I could give more 🌟 stars to them.

We went for Pizza lunch today with our grand daughter in Fulham. The restaurant was empty. We ordered. The pizza came in a card board box. No plates no cutlery no napkins. We had to ask for all this. We got on pizza platter to put slice.
Very disappointed because the pizza itself was amazing. Best pizza in town but the service was terrible. It was almost like the guy was doing us a favour. That's not how customer service should be . Hence 3 stars otherwise I would have given 7 stars

The workers were super kind and the pizza sent me above heaven. They also gave us a small starter on the house, recommend to go there.

Ordered £42 worth of food to not receive the delivery . No attempt to buzz the flat two entry point intercoms just a one ring missed call from an unknown nunber . When chased delivery was lied to insisting they called multiple times from the shop which is untrue ! Should not be allowed to trade taking money and no goods in return

We ordered 3 pizzas for a party of teens that were leaving to go out. The Pizzas arrived so late that they had to carry the food with them on the way and also all 3 pizzas were burnt. I called up the sore and gave our recipt number from deliveroo but the shop said they could not find the order. Will never be useing them again.

Wonderful service at fireaway pizza in wimbeldon. Great staff and great delivery. Very quick service too. Absolutely brilliant!
