The Cottage was lovely and in the middle of the village of Tideswell, Derbyshire. All the amenities were on the doorstep, lovely area for walking and close to Chatswell House. Thank you to Amy for sorting some minor issue we had. Very helpful and everything was sorted out very quickly.

Rented the Painswick ARCs for my 60th birthday weekend. Great location and facilities. Registering people staying was a little tedious but did not alter the great weekend we had. Emma and Kirsty were great.

Finest retreats were so easy to use and Danielle went above and beyond to help. Always answering my questions quickly and really friendly.
The tree house we stayed in was off grid and amazing. Andy the owner was lovely and very attentive. Local pub was lovely, will def be back.

We had excellent contact and the information was correct about the booking. The property was as described and right where we wanted and met our needs very well.

I'm almost reluctant to leave a review of our stay at the Old Vicarage at Talland because it's such a wonderful experience that it feels like a best kept secret. But for sheer pleasure and comfort amidst beautiful surroundings above a secluded Cornish bay, it seems unsurpassable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dart Retreat. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The booking process was very straightforward and the only issue concerning a payment receipt was quickly resolved after a phone call with a very helpful staff member.

Highly recommend a stay in Kelsick villas. We were a family of three and stayed in room Catbells. Very spacious with magnificent views. Very clean and tidy comfy beds. Stayed many times in Ambleside over the years and this is an absolute gem of a place. Friendly manager (Christian) who was very attentive. Used the parking pass which was a great bonus. Very central, will definitely return.

We have just spent the most incredible weekend with a huge group of us in Ty Penbryn in Wales and OMG. Not only was the property itself everything we needed and more for a varied group of people from kids to adults with all sorts of wants and needs the rooms and the house itself wwfe spotless. We could not fault it. From check in to check out the service and communication were excellent.

We are already scouring the website for our next stay!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family of 25. Ring o Bells is a great small locals pub, friendly staff & great food. If a big group then you must prebook, there was 15 of us and the food was fresh & hot.
Please note that the hot tub is advertised as wood fired, it's not, it's electric, so no need to order extra logs. We had a firepit, a wood fired bbq and still lots of logs left.
Please be aware that you have to keep noise levels to a minimum, noise monitoring in place. 60dB between 10pm - 8am and 75dB 8am - 10pm.
No outdoor use after 10pm, so everyone has to go indoors. Wasn't a problem for us a the weather wasn't good, very windy & wet so we were ok with it.
The staff are very helpful and always there to answer questions, couldn't fault them at all.
On the whole, we had a fabulous week and would love to return one day

Just the right amount of required things in there although a better fridge would be useful as we ended up using the stream to cool milk etc.

We stayed as a family at Hickleton Hall at the beginning of June for a family funeral. We are originally from Thurnscoe, but now live in Scotland. We wanted somewhere close and a place where we could all be together. We had an amazing experience staying at the hall. It was absolutely perfect for us and we definitely would consider staying there again in the future.

Comfortable apartment in a nice location. Access to everything we needed. Well equipped. Great to have a safe place to park. All necessary information was sent us well in advance. Happy to return another time!

Since Marie (Finest Retreats) took over managing our two holiday lets in Cornwall, the service has been excellent. She is proactive, responsive, communicates brilliantly with guests, keeps occupancy strong, and deals with any issues quickly and professionally. It's a real reassurance knowing the properties are in such capable hands. Highly recommended.

We had a problem with the booked house.
When we reached the duty manager, Amie Hardy, she was so kind and helpful.
Amie was very sympathetic and understanding. Within a short while she had selected two alternative properties nearby. She gave clear directions for locating the one we chose and contacted the owner immediately, ensuring the property was soon ready for us. After a horrible start, we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Emma was alway quick to reply to any queries I had about our booking and overall Finest Retreats gave a great service

We stayed in Belle Vue Appartments in Filey. This was our second stay at these appartments and we have already booked for next year. The location is great, you open the door onto the main street, but the appartment is really peaceful. The appartment is modern, bright, well eqiuped and really clean. The booking process was really easy. Staff even called us back because they had missed our call and gave us a discount on our booking for next year because we were returning customers. Overall we were really pleased with the whole experience.

Filey in North Yorks is one of our favourite places and to discover the finest retreat apartments there helped make our stay. So much so that we returned this summer happy in knowing what to expect and we weren't disappointed. Our one bedroomed first floor apartment was central, had private parking and was just a short walk from the beach.
The instructions for gaining entry are clear, and, once inside it feels light and airy. The communal spaces are light cool and have attractive pictures on the walls.
The fixtures and fittings are of good quality, it has a great bathroom, good quality accessories and a well equipped kitchen including a choice of coffee makers and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Everything you need for a great stay.
We booked this over the phone and a link was forwarded for payment so an easy process.
(Apart from booking this we had no need to communicate with anyone as everything was fine on arrival so we can't really comment on how staff dealt with queries)
