FatFace - FROME Anmeldelser 

Not a usual FatFace shopper ordered the wrong size item. Took it to the Frome store to exchange or return couldn’t exchange but they made no offer to return it for free- didn’t know that was an option till I arrived home. Customer service very helpful and resolved the issue without any change for return. Shame the shop weren’t more helpful!

I ordered something online to be delivered to store. This took a week, with an email inbetween, on the promised day, to say it would be delayed by another 2 days. Other stores manage to deliver for next day pick up. I'm disappointed that FatFace cannot offer this service. Once it was ready for collection and I went into the shop, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have purchased a few mens shirts from Fatface and found them to be of very good quality and in a choice of many colours. My husband loves them thank you.

Lovely clothes, nice discount offer, quick delivery for collection from Frome Fat Face, very cheerful very courteous shop assistants, the clothes fit and I wore them all day on December 3 2025 for my 75th birthday treat outing - in the Royal Opera House and the Duchess Theatre - and Christopher’s. Sorry - no photos of this, but all the same “Thank you!”

Ordered Mable dress and comfortable straight legged jeans to refresh Autumn wardrobe. Very pleased with both items, both versatile pieces. Easy process and very friendly customer service

Great Customer Service. A good welcome upon entering the Store and Ana was very helpful given we wanted to exchange an item.
She was knowledgeable and very helpful in finding us the right size on the rack and checking it was more suitable than the one originally purchased.
We then went on to a further unplanned purchase as we became more engaged with the staff and the store

Want to say a big thank you to Mags and Ettie - as I could not find a Fatface leather grey handbag that M & S were selling online but was out of stock. They checked Next, John Lewis and Sainsbury and their own stock room. I compromised on an identical grey bag but it was suede. Everything about it was what I’d been looking for ie the colour, size, the length and width of the shoulder strap and it was lined. Best of all, these lovely ladies found the item in sale stock. I’m very grateful as I’ve made a nuisance of myself with family and friends looking for this bag for a few weeks now

I visited Fatface Frome branch last week and was offered help by Roxy.She was extremely helpful and happy to assist in any way she could.She even fastened the strap on the sandals I was trying on for me.Although all the Staff are very good in this Store she went over and above.Overall a pleasant experience.

My husband loves Arlie tops and when Fat Face has a sale I always buy him one as they soon sell out. I ordered the day before at 4.30pm and as promised it was in store and ready for collection the following day. The service was excellent with tracking at each stage. Frome store assistants are friendly, efficient and welcoming.

Went in to buy flip flops today with my partner but had none in our size in the styles we liked. The sales assistant Ana was incredibly helpful in ordering them to home, saving us delivery cost. She was very good at persevering with what was a difficult till. Very hard working young woman.

My wife visited the store in Frome for the first time today and was greeted by Adele. My wife was looking for a pair of jeans but was unsure of the size that would fit.Giving Adele her requests she was given a few pairs to try on. Adjusting the booth to give her a better view in the mirrors.She ended up purchasing a good fitting pair. Once again Adele thank you for the service provided.

The staff couldn't be more helpful! Jack and Ana are particularly helpful, polite and friendly. Jack explained all the shopping options to us and helped with decision making. We will certainly do more shopping in this store as a result.
