I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size of label for my design but the order had already been processed and the money taken from my account. I was able to resize the label and spoke directly to Georgia, who resubmitted my new design. The bigger size resulted in an additional cost of £14 which they waived for me. Really happy yet again.

Excellent value and good communications with helpful actual human beings and not wretched AI 'assistants'

I’ve left multiple 5* reviews for fast labels and have previously only had good experiences with them. This is the first time something has gone wrong with any of their prints but I was quite shocked at their response. Firstly they’re not fast anymore. Mostly because they’d been providing such good service in the past I imagine, but they either need a name change or to increase capacity. Not such a big deal, of course, but does make the service less valuable than it once was. BUT now my trust of fast labels has evaporated with my most recent experience: they printed thousands of labels of a number of different types for my business and one type came back with the colours totally off. The proof looked perfect, but the labels looked nothing like the proof. After a thorough investigation (over a week) into why this was the case they tried to charge me 50% to reorder the labels THAT THEY PRINTED WRONGLY! I refused that of course and stated they needed to print the labels again correctly for free and send them to me, which they did tbf, but my trust in them has gone. How can you accept it’s your fault then expect the customer, whom has already been extensively delayed by the wrong labels being sent and an investigation, to foot half the bill???!!

(Or likely their entire bill and probably still a small profit for them thinking about it!)

Nope. Sorry once-fast labels but that is no way to treat a (previously) loyal customer.

I've used them for several orders and recommend them highly. They are so quick, they should rename the company super-FastLabels! Plus, any issues (and I had a minor one) are addressed without debate. An excellent service. Oh, and it's very affordable. Thank you, Lawrence, et al.

The labels are the perfect size and not too expensive. Also I am able to just repeat my order each time. We have been using their service for our labels for a couple of years now, and have always had a good product.

First Class service. Second time I have used Fast Labels. I had difficulty submitting my own art work for another design but via telephone call I was assisted easily through the process for the exact label I required. Extremely helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. This is how a business should be run. Excellent. I will always use Fast Labels.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by FastLabels. I've used them many times before and will use them again. The design review for my latest order highlighted an improvement I could make. I contacted support and Georgia made it incredibly easy to tweak my order.

Had an issue with my delivery and the parcel was lost. Contacted fast labels they got back to me very quickly and rectified the issue. New labels sent out with speedy delivery so I got my labels in time for my event. Thank you guys!

I always judge a company on how they respond to problems and issues.

I recently sent a first order to fast labels that came back with a small problem ( which was really my fault). I contacted fast label to see why and if anything could be done. They were superb - not only did they do a reprint, but also helped guide me through the issue and solution - they could not have been more helpful and supportive. I now just received the labels and they are perfect!

Would I recommend them - definitely!
Would I reuse - Absolutely!

In the world of terrible AI, call centre queues and support, they are breath of fresh air.
