The deposited funds are normally reflected in the e-Wallet balance immediately. However, in some cases, it might take 3-7 business days for the topped-up funds to become available. The time depends on the deposit currency, bank processing time, and the bank's 3DS Authentication. We can see on our records that you topped up your account on 24-Feb-2022 – and six days later, on 02-Mar-2022, the funds became available and were already used.

Top-ups to your wallet may take up to 3-7 business days depending on the processing time of the account where funds come from. Your funds became available on February 1 which is within the normal processing time.

Our team has been in constant contact with you through ticket 65429 and has not left your inquiries unattended.

We appreciate your cooperation in the verification process, which is required before you’re able to transfer money from your wallet to any bank account. You may now send money from your FasterPay wallet to your bank account or other wallets with ease.

We can see that you intended to transfer your FasterPay wallet balance to a bank account. Such transactions are subject to strict review. We needed to confirm your identity to protect you from unauthorized use of your money.

Unfortunately, the documents you provided did not meet our requirements - which differ from one payment service provider to another. Section 2 of our Terms of Service (https://www.fasterpay.com/terms-of-service) describe such requirements. This also means we can no longer provide you with further services.

To proceed with a refund of your available balance, please convert the money back to USD as it was the original currency upon deposit. Please follow these instructions to convert your money:

- Open your FasterPay account and go to the “Send Money” section.
- Choose the account you want to convert money from (EUR wallet) then choose the currency you want to convert to (USD).
- Please enter the one-time code that will be sent to your email address.

Transfers made from FasterPay to any bank account are subject to strict review. We verify your identity to protect you, as an account holder, from unauthorized fund transfers and to protect businesses from possible fraudulent activity, too.

Our team has been in constant communication with you since you initiated a payout on January 17. You only managed to provide a complete and valid set of documents by January 27, and that’s when your account was fully verified.
