Same thing as others complaints. Ignorance. 0 customer service. Closing support tickets with 0 support. Multiple requests to verify the same form of payment. I thought we've got through this in 2008, but here is SlowerPay. Worst, never use them.

My account was suspended and I don’t know why. Tried contacting support for days and I wasn’t replied to..tried Facebook support, no answer.

They suspended my account while I was trying to deposit, and asked me to provide a copies of the previous cards that I have used for verifications, already I have verified all the cards I used on there platform recently except one, but the still asked me to verify again, I uploaded all they requested, and since then they stopped responding to my messages, they will read ur messages and shun it, Both on Facebook, app and even email, I sent them a mail , they will create a ticket for me, saying one of their agent will attend to me, for getting to a week now I haven't seen any response, customers service is even slower than a walking snail🐌,

My account was suspended which I was asked to upload some documents and I did.....I later received a message that my documents have been verified least for one which I was again asked to provide more documents on that one....... uptil date I haven't received a feedback regards to the documents submitted. I tried to chat them up via every channel but they are not responding......

Fasterpay are opposite of there name, poor customer support and taken longer for varification and now my fund is stock with them don't no how to move out my fund and i need it urgently for my medical bill.

If zero star was allowed I would have given them. They're fraudsters. I was scammed of 10$ since February and close my account for no reason. No refund made. Total scam. Your last reply from the chat was 6weeks ago no no option to refund my 10$

They works, but so slowly. Support responds but not as often as I would like. Sending money is unstable. You can try them if you aren't in a hurry.
PS. This is from my personal experience, maybe I'm unlucky.

Atrociously slow customer support for a website that handles currency transactions, there are businesses that rely on it's services to make money, and these people put a NON-EXISTENT spending limit on 'guest users. But for whatever BS reason, have their page set up to make you think you'll get in touch with somebody within the next 12 hours, WRONG. Now I assume they'll give me some LIE about how long it's taken and how they've had an increase of users, ALSO WRONG, it's summer time so the amount of people actually signing up goes down unlike winter times, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS REGARDING MONEY, RAN BY MID.EAS SCAMMERS FOR YOUR IDENTITY!!

Please guys refund my money back to my card account if you are not willing to release it. How on earth can I send a fund and its taking two weeks now and the status of the transaction is still reading pending? You guys have zero stars especially regarding attending to the customers. 😭😭

I made a recent transaction on faster pay from more than a week now..it is still showing pending.i don't know how long they want to hold my money but I am seriously disappointed in an app that the name implies paying fast.please approve my transaction and release my funds..I even emailed them but they take forever to reply

Good day. I have regretted using fasterpay as a reliable app for my withdrawals. I made transactions for the past 14 days and my withdrawals have been pending. I have been seen as a lier and someone that cannot be trusted by those I am owing money. I have recently gotten police treats and fasterpay has been the cause of this disgrace as they have taken so long to allow my withdrawals. I have pleaded for a quick review on Facebook messenger and even sent them mail severally but all I have got is more reasons to regret. Please, kindly do the right thing as soon as you can.

Opened an account. Uploaded all my details. Then they asked me to send an actual selfie with my ID. I did all of that. They then proceeded to question why my passport is different from my country of residence. After answering all their questions thoroughly, I am being ignored. This is a real violation of personal information and extremely unprofessional. Never experienced this in my life. I have messaged numerous times but absolutely no response. My advice is to stay faaar away. There are better, more trustworthy competitors.

Says a lot that I went through the effort to register a trust pilot account just to write this review.

It's a pity I can't upload a picture here, I said this guys are bunch of scammers. After my review here 2 days ago I was told to message them on Facebook which I did but just for them to tell me to inform the sender to verify his/her account after telling them this below more than 2 weeks now

I don't have the person's contact as we only transact on a crypto p2p platform where he bought crypto and decided to pay with fasterpay, and I believe no one can send money out of fasterpay without verifying their account according what you guys told me when I just registered. so I agreed to accept fasterpay payment because I know if he's able to send money to me then he's account has been fully verified.
so if he's yet to verified his account what does that have to do with me? it's over a month now where would I find someone that we only transact on crypto p2p platform?

It's more than 2 month and 2 weeks now and you're just telling me to go and tell sender to verify account how does it concerns me? Why don't you have the seller verify their account before allowed to do any transactions as you did to me? Now I only had a transaction with sender on a crypto platform and since then we never had encounter I don't even know the person so if they have issue verifying their account talk to them directly why sending me? You allowed transaction to go successfully you're now telling me after we've completed our transaction to inform them to verify account who does that now? Please just release my fund I'm fed up of your useless account
