FasterPay theft

I have been working with you since January 2022 and today my patience has come to an end. For all the time of working with you, there were not even weeks that something did not break or fail on your part. Often you charge my buyers and tell them that the payment failed and after a few hours this payment is credited, but by that time the buyer has made another payment and this leads to duplicate payments. The last time you disable the send-out of funds from my account without any reason was due to some kind of proceedings with your partner bank. Yesterday, all transactions disappeared in my personal account and appeared after a few hours. But today's incident I will not tolerate - you stole $1,000 from me. On what basis? Why is your support team not responding for several days? Do you realize that you provide a HORRIBLE level of customer support? I work with different payment acceptance services, but you are ranked last in all criteria. Customer support is 0, payment acceptance is 0. Have you started stealing yet?

You are lying even now. You still haven't answered any of my questions. I have been waiting for 5 days for you to answer on what basis you stole 1000 USD from me and transferred them to Rolling Reverse, if you always take money to Rolling Reverse from each payment. In fact, you stole this money because it was already in the main balance only because I did not have time to transfer it to the company's bank account. I'm wondering what you would do if I managed to transfer this money to the company's bank account. Would you rob someone else? In addition, I still have not received an answer to the question of when all the money in the Pending status will be settled - for more than a month this amount has only increased and you do not transfer this money to the main balance. Payment is left pending with absolutely…

Payment is left pending with absolutely no information about it. Not even a way to reach through support, as it seems no one will respond.
Bank says money has been sent, second day with nothing received in the account.

Edit: As a response to your response, the ticket has answered with
''Duo to an ongoing technical issue with our partner, we won't be able to process payments. We will inform you once we are functional''

Your response states I was not charged, but my bank says money has been transferred to Fasterpay.
I also have the information from my bank.
The ticket doesn't say anything about the money or if it will be refunded.

FRAUD?

I've been using them for some time for card processing, and they were fine. But in the last month or so, the payment processing just didn't work. It took me some time to notice that, and I lost a lot in the missed sales.

I wanted to withdraw MY money from the Fasterpay account to my bank account, and that feature doesen't work as well!!! So I believe it's a fraud.

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR OVER A WEEK! WHAT A JOKE OF COMPANY!

I have used Fasterpay since 3 years and…

I have used Fasterpay since 3 years and there have never been any problems. But suddenly my account is frozen without any notice and after 2 weeks I have received the answer that my business type is not supported. But it hasn't been a problem for 3 years. I still have hope to get this problem solved.

Fasterpay no real 24/7 suport on business account

I don't know what's going on with customer service and chat. I try for 2 days to withdraw money from my account but when I touch the Send button I see a popup that says that "This feature has been disabled for your account. For more information please contact as via Chat and Suport". In the chat no one answered for 2 days and I wait for my money. It's not fair!

Fasterpay hates usa!

Have had my payments declined and told to try again in a few days for 2 weeks now, sent a ticket to them 2 weeks ago when this started and they still haven't responded, looks like they are too busy trying to defend themselves from being told they are incompetent than to do their jobs. Why does my payment keep being declined all of a sudden? I am verified and made plenty of other purchases thru faster pay then just one day you decide to stop taking a debit Mastercard and refuse to respond to tickets? Losers! It's amazing how many times faster pay has come here to defend themselves in the last 2 weeks but can't take the time to answer customer tickets? I hope they don't wonder why people are complaining about them.I think it's time to start complaining to the business that uses them so they drop them and get a better company.

Finally they responded after 2 weeks and said try again next week, no explanation as to why then I tried loading money again and it told me it wasn't available in my country....I live in Massachusetts USA

I am now wondering if Fasterpay is a scam. I have been going back and forth with Fasterpay for months. They collected money from my shopify store and every day is a bee reason why I cannot get the money. They asked me to send money to a recipient instead and the recipient cannot sign up because their site is not allowing them to. I feel like I am in a Video game at this point.

FasterPay sends money in two (2 ) ways — via Bank Transfer or, via a FasterPay to FasterPay account. If you opt for the second option and the receiver does not have an existing FasterPay account, they are required to sign up to claim the money you sent them.

In addition, there was an issue with creating an account through our website recently. But it has been fixed now. If they are still facing difficulties signing up, you can ask them to send us an inquiry via https://dashboard.fasterpay.com/chat-and-support?conversation for assistance.

You may also contact us via merchantsupport@fasterpay.com to have your transaction canceled and credited back to your account.

FUNDS HELD AND ACCOUNT RESTRICTED!!

These guys are thieves and scammers, they'll defraud you in broad daylight without remorse. I made a deposit of about $927 or so and I converted it to Euro (£) to send out, they kept on refunding my transfer to two different banks entirely (Wise and Clear Junction), telling me that the bank rejected and that I provided an unapproved ID. Then they blocked my account from sending out any money at all, telling me to message them via customer support chat where they'll never ever reply to your messages.

What do you mean by my ID is unapproved? Were you people not the ones that verified me and gave me a blue tick mark?? So what do you now mean by I provided an unapproved ID??? You people at Fasterpay are just not okay right? You just friggin held down my funds for no valid reason at all, delaying me and inconveniencing the people who need that money!!!!!! What's all these rubbish and nonsense?? And it even takes days for you people to give feedback on money transfers, after wasting my precious time you're now restricting me from sending out.

I made an external send out to a receipient, and it was not even the name you people told me via email that I sent money to but another different name. See I don't know what the hell is you people's problem, but I'm damn upset and it's even getting up to 1 week since you friggin held my funds hostile. And you do not also want to respond to my chat messages, you have a useless CS that never replies to messages!! I need my money out of that account, and in my life I'm never gonna use Fasterpay again for anything money sending. Mark my words, all the money you people collected from me from deposit fee and currency conversion rate is the last money you people would ever see to generate as a revenue from that account I have with you people.

You can upload a copy of your driver's license, voter's card, or passport inside your FasterPay account to complete the verification process. Unable to access fund since last year 2021

My account is suspended, I was asked to upload the provided card for verification which I did, after two weeks, I received a mail that my cards are verified.

Since then I have been trying to withdraw my money from fasterpay, is not going through, I keep getting messages that this Features is unavailable for your account.

You can follow the instructions included in the separate email that we've sent to you with the subject line: FasterPay payment account verification request.

Fasterpay refuse to release my money after cards verification.

Fasterpay refuse to release my money after send them more the cards copies requested from them.

Please fasterpay release my money, so that I will pay for my wife hospital bill, what is my offense for keeping my money in your custody for over three months.

Incompetent Payment Platform

Worst Payment platform I have used in my life and will never recommend this for anyone. They have refused to refund my money for over 6 months now. This is an act of stealing. Any good company would always refund their customers for disrupt and issues after payment. Avoid Fasterpay!
