I ordered a custom made thermal mug for my son for Christmas. It arrived a week after Christmas and just shy of two months old, the print began to peel. I reached out to the company and provided pictures, only to be offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. This product cost too much for another purchase and not to be refunded or have it replaced. Their response to that was it was not the wrong product ordered so they cannot refund me. Please do not was your money, this company doesn not know how to do good business and to stand on quality products.

The products displayed on the website (likely AI generated images) does not match what will be delivered. I also did not receive an item from my order and after contacting customer service multiple times have yet to get a response.

Did not receive order yet. Tracking number says it was delivered the other day but nothing was here at our residence

Easy to order, fast service, quality product. My granddaughter in Louisiana is expecting a baby girl in March so I wanted to send her something nice for the baby's nursery. The Winnie the Pooh 100 year Anniversary Blanket is beautiful and she immediately sent me a picture of it across her rocking chair. She LOVES IT !!

I’m not happy with my order. I did not receive all my items and one had my name spelled wrong. The cups are cheap cups. Stanley and Swig are worth 30.00 these cups are not. My email says my full order shipped but I’m short two cups and a blanket.

You need to either refund my money or send a new mug.
Also, your mugs are not what’s pictured on your site. Terrible and misleading! Your company is off my list to order anything ever again.
