Horrible Experience - Does not even deserve a single star.
I hate to even have to give them one star - but I was forced into it to be able to leave a review. The AI enhanced image of the product was so misleading its a joke. They say the product matched the description - but it was not where close to matching the image - which is what everyone uses when they shop. This kind of fraud needs to be called out and condemmed.
They refuse to refund my money and I'm mad a heck.

The picture was not what I received
The picture was not what I received! In the picture it was a ceramic statue and what I received was some acrylic with a sticker attached! The description did actually say acrylic but the photo was a ceramic statue. Just show people what they are actually getting! Never ordered from here anymore!!

Once i placed the oder received email…
Once i placed the oder received email confirmation then within 7 days got one with tracking information took about 3 days to be delivered which is great . My daughter absolutely loves the pokemon anniversary cup . They also are very good with communication when you have questions they reply within 1 day.
