The hoodie was made of cheap nylon, whereas the adverts all show a plush cotton hoodie. I requested a return, and they refused me one.

This is a scam website. The photos they use to advertise clothing look nothing like the garbage you'll receive, and there's no way to get a refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Very disappointed in the product and experience. I felt scammed when seeing the pictures on the website vs the end product. On the website it looked like the coffee mug would have some texture and the picture fully covering the mug, when in reality there are white spots all over the bottom and around the handle. No texture, it’s just a cheap print on a cheap cup.
When contacting Familystore.com, they said there was nothing they could do.
I will avoid buying from this company in the future based on the quality and customer service.

My product came in damaged, I have a chip on the top of the mug. I need to get a return or a re-fund on my order. This was for a mothers day gift and now I will have to find another item

So disappointed in my purchase, nothing like what was shown, the item is too small and they don’t offer refund or exchange, not very good customer support.

Ordering was easy. Not exactly what I thought ordered. But it is nice and I know my son will love it. The way it looked on the site it was going to be a 3d figurine but ended up being a 2d plexiglass 1 in with screen print. Ordered in March and received it in April. I would order from them again.

The items that I had recently received was great and I can't wait to use them both!

This app popped up on a game I was playing, found what I saw interesting. I went on the site and fell in love the Darth Vader Collection. I kept looking and found the 50 years anniversary Darth Vader baseball style jersey. When I saw you can personalize it also I was like....this is mine!!!
