Beware of store poor quality of product. Refuse to issue a refund

It was easy ordering, products came quite quickly and were of high quality. The only problem I had was the site had me ordering bigger sizes than I needed.

Received wrong tumbler: ordered 20 oz brown got 16 oz blue, husband’s name half faded. On order, I previewed the item and purchased it but it defaulted to another item. There explanation is that a faded name is part of style. Sent order proof, videos showing all the errors but they refuse to sent correct item. THIS COMPANY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR MONEY. Stay with American companies within the USA and they will honor your purchase and do right by you. My only regret is not looking at the reviews before the purchase. AND I NEVER EVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS even with a minor issue

The bag is great One. The design is so cute beautiful the only thing is I wish that the name the personalization was on top of the bag you know in between the handles, but it’s OK. It looks good on the bottom. Also it’s so cute number two. It’s so sturdy and it’s looks like it’s made good quality and strong. I would buy again.

I was looking for a unique gift and found it on the Familystore. I ordered the personalized color changing mug. I wasn’t sure how the quality would be but it’s great! The colors are vibrant and love the way the image is revealed after adding water. Love it and would recommend.

The design came out nice. Shirt feels like a good quality. My only negative js whenever I opened the package there was a bleach stain on the shirt. If I didnt have to deal with that then I would give a more positive review.

Items arrived only after the 2nd time ordering. Had to file a claim to get the first order refunded and after 5 emails the company admitted the mistake. Actually shocked they asked me for a review. The General Sedulla, Sabine Wren and Ezra jogger tops and bottom all look great. However, the tops are a bit snug and should order a size larger. Bottoms fit great. First time washing them though the draw strings come out. Disappointing but worth the $70 for the pair. There is a button in order to submit a review you have to click and say I did not get an incentive however they offer $5 to give a review.

I was super happy with my order and the quality of the work. My daughter loves it and she couldn't wait to wear it.
