I’m disappointed with this purchase and my overall experience with this seller. The bag I received did not match the description provided at the time of sale, and the quality was not what was represented.

I reached out to the seller to try to resolve the issue directly, but the response and resolution were unsatisfactory. As a buyer, I expect accurate product descriptions and reasonable customer service when concerns are raised.

Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to proceed with caution when purchasing from this seller.

Got a mug that is far from what has been advertised. Don’t look at their images. I was shocked when I received my order and they replied that the images on the website are not a real product, but illustration to enhance visuals. So nothing to do with what you get! This is an absolute scam! Read feedback on internet about this store before buying anything.

Never received my order and they refuse to issue a refund. They keep saying its in transit and I've been waiting for a month now. This was going to be a special present for my wife so I ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas and I still have not received it as of 01/09/26 and they just keep telling me to wait another week. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company now to get my refund since they keep refusing to. I guess since they are in china they can tell their American customers we dont care since we already got your money sucker!

This Bible cover is great! It looks just as I ordered and my husband loved it. The company was great at keeping me updated on where my order was. I would order with this company again. Thank you! 😊

Beyond disappointed! The ornaments look nothing like they were picture on the website. The ornament appeared to have actual depth (in this case a miniature Sephora shopping bag filled with makeup). What a trick! It was nothing more than a flat piece of plastic looking more like a gift tag to be tossed in the garbage. Pure junk! They are personalized (the name so small it was barely noticeable) so not returnable. I will never order from this company. I paid 10 times more than they were worth!!!

Items not delivered, the tracking is a joke. They just reply that the item is shipped

Ordered this blanket for my daughter for Christmas. She loves the Grinch. And she loves this blanket! Shipping was pretty good. Arrived on Christmas Eve.

My order took forever to arrive, it did not arrive on time for Christmas! When it finally arrived, one of the items in my order was made incorrectly. I reached out to this seller and have yet to get a response!! HORRIBLE!!! The items they did correctly look good but as for Customer service & making sure things are correct absolutely horrible!!! Get your custom personalized items elsewhere!!

It’s kind of hard to track as the tracking lags but it did come in the timeframe given. It is a little thin as well for the price I thought it could be thicker.

This was supposed to b a Christmas present but since it's coming from China not coming til the new year plus it says it's in Illinois but it's not just says that so they can charge more for their products I really don't even want the product knowing it comes from china always cheap material and quality I hope they get caught for doing this lousy business and miss directions I swear I thought I was buying an American made item since location of business says Illinois

I love my Christmas gift. This blanket is in everyway what I expected. I'm a huge Grinch fan and I bought this for myself.as a Christmas gift. It's soft and the colors are so bright!!

Cool shirts, nice material, light weight. Should have ordered 2 sizes larger than what I wanted as I ordered only one size bigger and they fit like a size too small. So I have some super cool shirts that I get to look at instead of wear.

Though tracking updates were not updated for 2 weeks, once it finally reached state side it was reliably updated. The product captures light well and seems of good quality. Happy with the order, my wife really liked it. I ordered November 30th for a Christmas present and unfortunately it didn't arrive until 12-26.

My niece being satisfied with her gift for Christmas. Eventhough I ordered at the beginning of December it arrived the day after Christmas. I now know how to make an order dependent on when I need the item. A lesson learned. Great feedback while the package was traveling.

My order came quickly and exceeded my expectations. My daughter who is a content creator in beauty absolutely LOVED her customized Sephora ornament. It's the perfect gift for any Sephora lover!

The customer service is terrible. The only way to communicate with them is by e-mail, no phone number to call. The Christmas ornaments are cheap junk, with pieces of the ornament missing. You communicate the problem to them and they don't believe you, even though I attached a photo. They say I received what I ordered. I actually think their replies are automated, no human involvement. The company scams you out of your money. Don't do business with this shyster company.
