I have bought a regular stock of waterproof 4oz fabric for items I sell on Etsy at GB Dog Shop. I cannot thank these guys enough for their help and their professionalism and when I need the stock quickly, they go out of their way to make sure it happens. As I offer personalised products with a choice of 25+ fabric colours, I never know what will run out first so being able to order certain colours quickly when stock runs low means so much to a small business like myself. Thanks guys.

Just wanted to say I've received my order this morning, after buying fabrics over years from many different sellers, the fabric I received this morning is the best quality I've ever seen. Not only that but it's exact what I've been looking for int erms of what I want to use it for. Delivery was so fast too. Honestly ecstatic, thank you so much

Created an order more for a single cut of one type of cloth. Got the confirmation email expecting delivery within a few days. Still waiting for delivery nearly 3 weeks later. Refund requested.

This company sell some relatively good fabrics offering postage free which is goods. However recently I placed order for red hessian and received black . Thinking is made a mistake I checked on my order and no I had ordered red . I called their customer service and the girl said she’d put the manager on . Well he needs to learn a lesson in manners and most definitely customer service . He was rude and accused me of doing it wrong and then proceeded to say “ wha do you want me to do about it you want me to pay postage well I’m not if you want it replaced and send back the black you need to pay it “ mmm do you think this is how you speak to a customer . Number 1 telling them they’ve done it wrong is apalling . The most rudest man I ever spoken to . I ordered another red as I felt bullied by this man and I needed it . After putting down the phone I rang my daughter and she was appalled if it had been her she would never bought red from him she would have gone elsewhere . I will never recommend this mans company to anyone and I’m now going to place this on every social media site as this was the worst experience I’ve envisaged in this current climate .
I do hope nobody buys as this has cost me double for your mistake not mine rude man !!!!!
Just like to say after posting this review I was called by the manager who informed me I was mislead to believe that the man I spoke was the manager I fact he was employee who is going to be spoken to I hope . Thank you to the manager for apologising on the rude boys behalf really appreciate the call and thank you for taking the time to call me very nice of you . I do hope you take steps to correct the man that some to me thank you

FabricUK is easy to deal with. Order came quick to scandinavia & emails were quick relpied. I've been very pleased for the waterproof quilted fabric ordered in many ways. It was nice and easy to do and sew. Everytime we go out, many timed in a day it makes me real glad to ser my dog happy and warm with this jacket.
The quality of fabric is - still after using it for weeks and months shown its worth paid for. Also what was promised, that it would last in many kinds of weathers and the fabric is strong, thats absolutely as it was said.
Lowest temperatures we've use it this winter were -24'c, it kept my dog warm and the fabric it self didnt turn "noisy" in low temperatures just as so many other fabrics has done.
Wev'e been in winter and rain, it suits for all weathers. Whats important as well that its end and rain proof, behaviour of my dog says it all, hes happy and loves to play longer outside, also fabric lasts other dogs mouths when playing and discovering and having adventure the woods. Cherry on the cake is, that the colors are very delightful, especially when sun is shining.

I enquired if Fabric UK could supply and make replacement seats for my 3 seater garden swing on Monday afternoon, after supplying the dimentions, going over the material recommended and agreeing a colour all over the phone I agreed a price and was told they would take approximatly 1 week. The finished product arrived on Thursday at 8.30am just 3 days later. The product and workmanship was excellent and the seats were fitted and in use by 11.00 am, Excellent service. I had ordered some fabric to be delivered however Ajaz called me immediately to let me know that the fabric was stuck in customs and so might be a few days late. I was grateful that he’d let me know and if I didn’t have a deadline I wouldn’t mind at all, however I explained how important it was to ensure I had the fabric by a certain date and Ajaz did everything he could to ensure the fabric got to me when promised. I found Ajaz to be extremely reassuring and helpful and he definitely went above and beyond to meet deadlines and get the fabric delivered to me.
I’m very happy with the fabric and I will use this company again. Thank you to all the team

Really great company! I’ve been buying fabrics from Fabric UK for a few years now, they’ve got a great range of materials and the customer service is spot on ~ quick replies and superfast shipping which helps massively when I’ve got a crazy deadline looming! Highly recommended, thank you 😊

I ordered some fabric from this company on the 4th of December and received a conformation email. I needed this fabric for a textiles project. By the 14th of December, I was concerned as to why I had not received the fabric or any emails about the absence of fabric. I tried to contact them using the contact form twice but to no avail. Then, frustrated, I called them and the customer service was frankly sub-par. The person who answered the call was borderline rude, trying to blame me as to why I hadn’t received the email or even looked for the email, telling me I should ‘check my emails’, despite having gone through my spam and my emails several times to be 100% certain that I hadn’t received it. He seemed sure that the email had been sent out and that now it was on me as to why I hadn’t got it. The fabric was apparently out of stock. He tried to ask me if another colour that was in stock would suffice. It wouldn’t. He constantly complained that he couldn’t hear me (not politely), despite me speaking loudly and clearly into the microphone. I am appalled. Never ordering here again and definitely not recommending. In fact I will tell everyone I know to avoid this company. Took 39 days to get a refund.

* update....after my review as seen below was left I recieved a reply. I recieved an apology and a full refund. Just wish it hadn't taken me having to leave such a review to get the problem sorted.*
Sent out damaged fabric, I rang and some to Ajaz and got a very rude reply. I requested their e mail address so I could send photo of damage. Sent photo and have heard nothing back. Disgusting customer service.

On reading the reviews on this company I felt I had to put pen to paper and explain my recent experience.
I have a gazebo at a house in Spain that needed a new double retractable sunblind canopy. After a lot of searching I found this company under KBT and rang them, spoke to Ajaz and found they may be the answer to making these items to my spec. I wanted material that would withstand intense heat in the summer and be able to remain in situ through the whole year, rain or shine and not rot like the original cotton ones I had, and opted for the sun screen mesh.
I submitted a plan of my needs and some photos to Ajaz who discussed my requirements on calls to me , even allowing me to listen in to a call to his italian suppliers of the material to give me peace of mind that this material spec would meet my needs.
I read the previous reviews and was quite concerned but was pleasantly suprised to find Ajaz most accomodating and reassuring. I went with my gut and after placing the order 3 weeks ago the blinds arrived today looking excellent. They are a perfect cut to my plan; excellently stitched with attention to detail and I have no doubt they will work perfectly for my needs. If they don't I will let you know, but can't imagine I will be doing that. Thank you Ajaz and team. Saved me a lot of work. Highly recommended

Order fabric on the 1st September. 12 days went by and no sign of dispatch so I used their contact form (the email address on their website doesn't work) but received no reply. Waited a few days and contacted them again using the form. Finally got a reply saying the material was out of stock and would be sent when they had it. When I asked when that would be I was told "i will confirm as the chap is away ill", whatever that means. Not once was their an apology and if I hadn't chased it up, they wouldn't have bothered to let me know.

Cut to the 22nd, still no sign of dispatch and I'm now fed up and gotten what I needed somewhere else. Used the contact us form to tell them to cancel my order and give me a refund. A week later, and 2 more messages and still no reply or refund.

What a joke. Don't take orders for things you don't have. If there has been some issue, inform the customer. Apologise for the issues. Give a refund when asked. Honestly, it's not difficult to offer basic customer service!

The one good thing is I only ordered a small amount to test this website before I ordered anything else so at least I know now to take my custom elsewhere.

I ordered some material (3 lots) in the evening of 9th June and received my order lunchtime on the 11th June. I didn't receive an email saying it had been sent and thought I'd google reviews, when I read some of them I started to worry I shouldn't have ordered with this company - all I can say is I am glad I read them after I had ordered and that I DID order, as the service I have received has been brilliant. Given the current situation, to have something in my hands less than 48 hours after ordering is brilliant. Some of the big high street companies have taken over 12 days! I guess everyone's experience is different with every company, but mine with this one has been brilliant and I would definitely use them again. The material was exactly as described on the website, arrived amazingly quickly and was well wrapped (actually double wrapped). All in all, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs! The canvas fabric I bought was supposed to be treated and waterproof ready for outdoor use. After making an awning for a pergola, it shrunk in the rain! The company refused to accept that a waterproof product shouldn’t shrink and ridiculously claimed it is ‘industry standard‘ for 100% cotton to shrink. The company were rude in their refusal to try to rectify the situation. Trading Standards now have the details of this case and hopefully will take appropriate action to protect consumers.

Fabrics marked in stock were not and order was not sent. No communication until I followed up 7 days after purchase. Was told fabrics would be dispatched the next day. 13 days later I had to follow up again when I was told some of my order had been discontinued. Fabrics arrived badly packaged and damaged. Still waiting for refund of fabric that was discontinued. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable.

Chaotic best describes their ordering system. Couldn't find my order on the system initially, pointlessly and needlessly argumentative customer service, took my money but fabric not available.... could go on but have wasted enough time on them. Will never attempt to shop there again. Suspect they might just be agents

This company could be so good but I write this review so that it can improve. I have shared my concerns with the company but have had no official response. My basic problem is that if you want fabrics and sprays etc. you have to do these as two separate orders despite it being the same firm as you are taken away from this website by clicking 'products'. This adds to the postage charge and makes the whole process a lot harder. My problems were compounded by my order being lost in the system, the wrong item sent and then having to send photos to prove that it was the wrong item. To the firm's credit, they were never rude (brusque, yes), they arranged for the item to be sent back and for the replacement item to be sent in good time. Thank you.

I ordered my fabric 20th August it still had not arrived by the second week in September. I had to call the office, the customer services was terrible. They answered the phone rudely and I could hear people swearing in the background. I then had to remind them of my order as they could not find it on the system. I was told someone would call me back. No one did, I just received my fabric 3 days later. The fabric was a different colour to the photo on the internet, so I called in. I was told I was not allowed a return but they could swap the order for a different colour. When I called back I was then told I could not even swap it as the fabric I had was now "useless to them" I will not ever use this company again.

Made an order of wadding of this company. No lead time was mentioned on the website and the product was available. I expected delivery with a week. A few weeks later I rang up and asked what had happened with my order and was told that it would not arrive for another couple of weeks. Then asked to cancel the order and the member of staff confirmed this.

Fast forward another couple of weeks on I notice that I haven't received any refund and my order of wadding arrives in the post well over a month after I've ordered it. I rang Fabric Uk 5 times trying to get a refund for the package and get it returned without having to pay for the postage from Northern Ireland and take the financial brunt for their own mistakes. Trying to deal with their extremely incompetent staff who can barely bumble out a half hearted sentence has probably taken a few years off my life. I was told on three occasions that I will be rang back but was never contacted. I never received a refund or any further communication.

Clearly they're more than happy to scam their customers out of their money and time. Buy from somewhere else with a bit more morals and respect for their customers.

This company took my money without delivering the item I paid for. I chased it for 2 years with no luck. I've just come of the phone in tears, and this had nothing to do with my previous purchase.
I placed an order and was trying to enquire about delivery which they charge £10 for but can't even tell you if it's a morning or afternoon delivery, you will have to stay in all day, £20 if I want it at a specific time and that in life, nothing is free, there's too much red tape to go through, I should call the courier companies to make life easy for me because I live on a different planet. Wasn't sure why all these things came from. When I asked for his name, he gave the name and said "and put into brackets, nothing in life is for free".
