I have been dealing with FabricUK for many years now and always received a good standard of service. On the odd occasion I have had an issue, they have dealt with it quickly without fuss. I would recommend (and have done) and continue to use.

I was recommended Ajaz, and Fabric UK, for purchasing an impact screen for a golf swing studio. They managed our bespoke measurements without difficulty and had the product out to us within 3 days of ordering. This is a high quality product with excellent craftsmanship. Delivery was efficient, even if I wasn’t able to track it. Thanks

I have used this company for many years . Their service goes above and beyond . Staff always happy to help , if they haven’t got what you need , which is very rare they will source it for you

I have shopped here for many years and always received outstanding service from Ajaz and his entire team.
It’s sad reading negative comments which I find hard to believe.

I put my order in nearly 2 weeks ago, got an email a couple days later saying shipped, still not received it. Tried to contact through Facebook messenger and email with no response. They don’t provide you with a tracking number. If I don’t receive my order in the next two days I will be going to trading standards and I will go through my bank to get my money back which is over £60!!

Sent parcel back (we paid the postage which was actually around £5 cheaper than they charged us) messaged once I knew they received it asking about refund to be told they will only refund the amount for the cloth and not the £14.70 postage because I accepted the parcel on delivery. Haha so it’s ended up costing me around £28 for postage altogether.
Joke of a company!

I ordered samples of silk fabric to make sure I got the colours I needed for a project. The sample colours were perfect and I went ahead and ordered £80 of the fabrics. When it came, both colours were different to the samples I’d received only the week before. One I could still use but the other was too different. I emailed them but got no reply. I’d just about given up when a pre-paid mailing bag came in the post requesting the fabric be returned. I took it to the post office to be told the label had already been used and therefore not valid. I then paid out of my own pocket to return the fabric. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve had no contact from them (they’ve ignored another email) no refund and no replacement. I’m £40+ out of pocket. I raised a case via PayPal - they ignored this too. I have now escalated the case for PayPal to review, hopefully I will be reimbursed. I’ll never buy from FabricUK again, and most certainly recommend no one else does.

I sent a query to FarbicUK (Ajaz) about their Golf Impact Screen fabric. All my questions were answered promptly. The service I received was excellent and accommodating. I have subsequently made my order. I would recommend Fabric UK 100%.

Customer service is rude, seems like you have to email every time you order to make sure they send out the order as I presume they would be happy to sit on it.

I have put 1 star but in fact I would not rate them any stars poor communication. In fact NON. Would ever use again and certainly would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM...

Honestly some of the best customer services I have ever received, they really went above and beyond.

The materials are quality especially for the price.

Fantastic customer service. We had quite a bespoke request for material for a projection screen with large, complicated sizes, etc. and Ajaz couldn't have been more helpful to get us sorted and help us meet our deadline. He gave us great advice. The finished product required some sewing (so we could hang it correctly) which he was able to arrange for us. Will definitely be going back to this company in the future. Thank you Ajaz.

Somehow a mix up occurred with my order resulting in my receiving fabric of a different colour to that which I expected - whether it was my mistake or the website or a combination of both will remain a mystery . This company acted decently in sending out the correct colour at their expense for which I am most grateful …. Superb customer service . Thank you.

Fabric arrived nice and quick which is my only plus point, 1st fabric received had all drawings on it half way down the headliner so is unusable, spoke with them on the phone guy seemed happy to help replacement was issued,

Replacement arrived, headlining was a completely different colour so can only assume the 1st stuff received was the last of that roll, another phone call later explained the situation after being prepared to send the fabrics sent back to them, and told it’s a different batch, it will never match the headlining of my vehicle and that basically there is nothing they can do to rectify it,

The second fabric received is miles off the colour of the car I told them it was navy to no avail and guy on phone the second time was quite short and rude when trying to explain the situation,

So now I have 1 fabric with chalk or paint lines on it half way up and one the completely wrong colour,

So would not recommend this company for quality of product or customer service really.

Their shipping costs are very steep (I paid £15 for 7m of fabric), so I was expecting to receive it pretty quickly. Tried chasing them up after a week, but didn't get any email reply, and when I called they told me someone would call me back to help - they never did. Fabric finally turned up after 3 weeks and is good quality, but I can't say I'd recommend using this company due to their poor communication and slow turnaround.

Ordered 5 meters of scrim foam from them was told they had despatched that was a total lie never sent it and had to get a refund vie pay-pal, they do not answer messages AVOID this company because they just tell lies

I have dealt with Fabric UK, several times over the years. Always helpful, quick delivery, goods arrive well wrapped in a clean dry condition. This company has always gone the extra mile for us.

Ajaz from KBT was very helpful, great communication and super speedy delivery of a custom made golf impact screen for the simulator I'm building in my garage. I received the screen, which feels excellent in terms of quality, just two days after placing the order, outstanding!

Great value for money in comparison to the premium screens you can buy from some other golf simulator 'specialist' companies, thoroughly recommend.
