Bestel hier niet, oplichters
Ik ben ontzettend ontevreden over dit bedrijf. Ik had een abonnement bij hen en daar stond nog een credit op waar ik gewoon voor had betaald. Tot mijn verbazing hebben ze deze credit zonder enige reden verwijderd. Toen ik hierover contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik geen fatsoenlijk antwoord en zeker geen oplossing.
In feite ben ik gewoon mijn geld kwijtgeraakt, terwijl ik netjes betaald heb. Ze weigeren mijn betaalde bedrag terug te geven en schuiven de verantwoordelijkheid steeds van zich af. Dit voelt heel onbetrouwbaar en absoluut niet klantvriendelijk.
Ik raad iedereen af om een abonnement bij dit bedrijf af te sluiten, want ze gaan erg slecht om met betalingen en klanten.

Great Product, But Terrible Billing & Support Experience
The product itself is great. I was initially very happy with my purchase. However, I experienced serious issues with the billing process.
After my first purchase, an unauthorized amount was deducted from my account. I emailed customer support, and they responded saying the amount would be credited. That refund never came.
To make matters worse, the same thing happened the following month – another unexpected charge, even though I never agreed to any subscription or recurring payment.
I’ve been trying to email again, but no one is able to assist. When I try to use the online chat, it says “channel no longer available”, so I have no way to get help.
All I want is:
1. My money refunded
2. My account closed to prevent further unauthorized charges
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Please sort this out immediately.

Ik vind het hele prettige leggings
Ik vind het hele prettige leggings. Heb een aantal jaar geleden een paar gehaald die ik nog kan dragen. Het enige jammere vind ik dat je niet met iDeal kan betalen, en 50eu per maand kan veel zijn voor het abonnement (gelukkig kan je een maand overslaan wat ik soms vergeet haha). Verder alles echt prima!!

Clothing is very good, administration and information of returning items is not very customer friendly.
1: When asking for a return, I never get an e-mail with the RMA-label.
2: For a return I have asked several time via e-mail for a return address. Never a response.
3: I have tried to call, always busy, and they don't have a holding line.
4: I tried to sent it back to the address of their own label, doesn't exit, or the postalcode doesn't match the address
5: When I finally find somewhere on the website (not in the obvious place) an address.
6: Looking at the Track & Trace, they are received by Fabletics.
7: I have e-mailed several times to get my credit back. No response.
I think I have done more then enough as customer to help the company, but I do think, it should be the otherway around.
The customer journey goes very well untill I have received my packaged. After that ....... the customer is gone

Goede kwaliteit en soms hele goede deals. Daarom ben ik al jaren lid.
Wel altijd goed opletten omdat ze een soort abonnement hanteren en als je niet iedere maand laat weten dat je geen aankoop wil doen die maand er bijna 60 euro wordt afgeschreven.

Onmogelijk om je lidmaatschap en maandelijkse credit card afschrijvingen te stoppen!
Ik ben al weken aan het proberen mijn lidmaatschap en de daaraan gekoppelde creditcard afschrijvingen stop te zetten. Ik ben het lidmaatschap tijdens een reis in Amerika (San Diego) aangegaan. Mogelijk heb ik een fout in mijn emailadres gemaakt bij het aangaan van het lidmaatschap want niemand in het bedrijf kan mijn account terug vinden, zowel niet met mijn emailadres als met mijn telefoonnummer (0612662801) als met mijn creditcard. Ik heb ook geen ordernummer gekregen, waar ze telkens naar vragen. En ze zeggen dat ze omdat ze geen account kunnen vinden daarom ook niet mijn afschrijvingen kunnen stoppen. Iedere keer als ik contact met ze opneem wordt ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Niemand helpt mij en je eindigt met een robot. Ontzettend vervelend allemaal. Ik heb een nederlands telefoonnummer doorgekregen om contact mee op te nemen maar ook dat lijkt niet te werken. Alles voelt als een grote scam. Als Fabletics dit leest neem aub contact met mij op via mijn bovengenoemde telefoonnummer want ik wil van mijn lidmaatschap af en wil dat jullie niet meer maandelijks geld van mijn credit card afschrijven.

Bestelling gedaan twv 28 euro. Ontvangen en so far so good. Krijg ik 2 weken later ineens een melding via Paypal dat Fabletics 54 euro abonnementkosten heeft afgeschreven. Hoe dan? Heb ik kennelijk ineens een VIP abonnement. Ik voel me opgelicht!

Opdringerige klantenservice
Slecht bedrijf. Ik werd lid en kon toen dingen met korting bestellen. Ik begon toch een beetje te twijfelen aan mijn lidmaatschap en wilde het toch opzeggen en mijn bestelling annuleren. Normaal gesproken niet al te moeilijk, zou je zeggen. Maar de knop om je lidmaatschap op te zeggen zit goed verstopt, en om je bestelling te annuleren moet je de klantenservice spreken. Ik ging daarom naar de live-chat. Wat een enorm opdringerige lui daar. De mevrouw in de chat wilde mijn bestelling niet annuleren en mijn lidmaatschap, dus ze vroeg wel 5x of ik écht wilde opzeggen en niet een bepaalde deal wilde. Uiteindelijk had ze nog een soort speciale deal zodat ik zou blijven. Hier heb ik natuurlijk voor bedankt. Ik heb nog nooit een klantenservice meegemaakt die zó opvallend sales gedreven is naar klanten toe. Voor mij nooit weer.
