ook ik een lidmaatschap…

Waarschijnlijk ook ik een lidmaatschap afgesloten zonder dat ik het wist en nu al weken bezig om me geld terug te krijgen of duidelijkheid erover, wat een rot computer die ook maar steeds terug mailt wat een gezeik zeg!!

On our Fabletics website, we offer two ways to shop: as a guest or through our VIP membership. When the VIP membership option is chosen, the details and conditions are stated before the order is confirmed to keep things as transparent as possible.

As a VIP member, you get access to exclusive sales and discounts, but you also have the option to maintain the membership for free by using the "Skip the Month" button between the 1st and 5th of every month. When a member does not skip, the monthly fee is simply converted into a Member Credit that you can spend on the website at any time.

Do not ever buy from this brand.

I was charged for a membership that I never intended to sign up for. After contacting customer service, they agreed to issue a refund, although I still lost money due to the USD to EUR conversion fees.

What is even more concerning is that I specifically asked customer service to delete all of my personal information and remove my payment card from their system. Despite this, I was charged again the following month.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to worry about being charged after requesting that their information be removed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

If you are registered on our US platform but use a European bank account/credit card (or vice versa), our system will always charge and refund the exact original amount in the store's base currency (e.g., USD). Any conversion fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or international transaction fees are determined and processed entirely by your own bank or card issuer, which is completely outside of our control.

When a customer requests the removal of payment details, our team processes this immediately.

I had items lost in the mail and they did not replace or refund

I had items lost in the mail and they would not give a refund for the items. I called over several months asked to provide a letter from the company it was sent to. Provided that letter and no one reached out to tell me that I would not get a refund or replacement items. Horrible customer service.

I bought some thing on the site and I end up with an vip membership with 59.99 € every months and it been 5 months with out me noticing, don’t buy any thing here till you understand the condition, don’t be a fool like me, I try to get money back today and is was no luck and to cancel the membership is also not easy I don’t event know if they are going to stop charging me

Overall experience

One time i forgot to skip the month, i was one day too late. Costumerservice was very helpfull, and callend the 50 euro charge. They allowed me to skip the month regardless.

They deducted 59.90 e from my card for a VIP abonnement something I never wanted but might ticked when finishing an order.
Also the leggings I bought on Black Friday sale are very poor quality! Please be aware!

Niet doen !

Ik wilde graag een complete set bestellen. Na het plaatsen van mijn bestelling bleek deze echter ineens niet meer leverbaar. Ik heb direct gemaild dat de set nog steeds online stond, maar dat er blijkbaar een fout was. Vervolgens heb ik aangegeven dat ik mijn geld graag terug wilde.

Daarna kreeg ik bericht dat ik een tegoedbon van €90 zou ontvangen, waar ik mee akkoord ben gegaan. Het geld van de tegoedbon heb ik niet ontvangen, maar vervolgens is er zonder mijn toestemming €60 van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Toen ik hierover wilde mailen, kreeg ik geen enkele reactie meer.

Tot mijn verbazing blijk ik nu vast te zitten aan een abonnement, terwijl ik nergens akkoord op heb gegeven en ik dit direct heb opgezegd.

Ik verzoek u dringend dit abonnement per direct te beëindigen en het afgeschreven bedrag van €60 terug te storten. Ik heb geen producten ontvangen en ben onterecht kosten in rekening gebracht.

Pas op oplichting

Ik had kleding gekocht en kwam drie maanden later achter dat ze telkens vip abonnementskosten van €59,- van mijn kredietkaart hebben afgehaald! Ben een half uur kwijt geweest met het zoeken naar een email adres! Ben benieuwd hoe lang het duurt voordat ik een reactie krijg en opzegging daadwerkelijk lukt!
