So much fun to wear!
I use to wear colored contacts in high school (100 years ago) and was so excited when a co worker told me that she purchased from eye candy’s website WITH her prescription. I was a little skeptical if my prescription would be available due to my astigmatism but they had it! I received them within a couple weeks and I am having so much fun wearing them.

My favourite lenses
Really enjoy my new lenses. The colour very natural, nobody notices that these are not my own colour. Also the bigger diameter has an enlarging effect on my eyes which I love! I can wear these lenses daily as they feel comfortable on my eyes and don’t irritate. So I would definitely buy my lenses again at this online shop!

comfortable toric lenses
Great comfortable contact lens in market that’s hard to find toric colored lenses. It only 1-2 weeks for the contacts to be made and shipped out and less than 2 weeks for delivery. They’re faster than 1-800 contacts for my toric lenses. I’d definitely recommend them again will be repurchasing.

EyeCandys claimed that they shipped my order, but tracking shows it never left their warehouse. Customer support is nonexistent outside of autoresponders.

I love this company. I’ve been ordering my contacts from them for at least 10 years, and I discovered them through a YouTuber. I’ve continued going back ever since because they never disappoint. I have been using eyecandys for years to order contacts. I have never had any issues and the lenses have always been good quality and comfortable. I have always recommended this site to my friends for ordering coloured lenses.

Shady refund
I ordered online OCT 4. After a week of waiting for a shipment notice I emailed only to be told they had been on a holiday and the warehouse still had to manufacter them. When I pressed to an exact shipment date they gave generic responses like thank you for your patience we are working hard to get out your order. Well #1 I need an exact date because im leaving for vacation so it's great that your "working" on it even though your actually closed due to holiday. #2 that should have been disclosed before check out before I even order the contacts that your order will be seriously delayed due to this holiday. I asked for a refund for two days. Finally someone stated ok I have refunded you. But never came back to my bank account. I waited two days still no pending refund. Finally disputed with my bank and sure as shit two hours later I received an official refund receipt from the company and refund was pending into my account.
I would never had ordered if I was given the information about the shipping delay. I knew the order was going to take a few weeks to actually get to me after being shipped so it's already a long wait when you add a warehouse holiday and manufacturing delays and then refusing a refund it all equaled shady business. I won't be ordering again.

Great Company for Custom Toric Lenses
I needed custom colored tori lenses. Few companies even offer these but Eye Candys does. They produced the lenses quickly and I am wearing them as I type this. They are very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Processing and shipping is fast, especially for a custom product. I highly recommend this company.

I’m a returning customer of eye candy for my contact lenses as I’ve never had any issues with anything including the products as well the delivery not to mention how reasonably priced they are! I recently bought a few pairs of new contacts but forgot to pick out a colour for the promotional part of the package. After I got in touch with a client rep I was able to get them to choose the colour in the shades I’d specified. I just got the preview of them and they’re absolutely lovely, all in the colours I’d generally pick out myself. I trust them implicitly and I can’t wait to try out the new contact lenses they’ve selected especially the grey shade I’ve never tried but always wanted to. Never got my order
Never got my order. I paid for x-route shipping and the only update I ever got was that the shipping label was created. It’s remained like that for the past 2 weeks. I assumed that they were never intending to deliver it.

I dont know what is going on with this company. I ordered the torque pink label. Contact lenses in one pair scratched and burned my eyes. They insisted on sending me a new pair instead of my money and the pair that was replaced. With burn my eyes tremendously.Save your eyes do not order from this company.
