I have been shopping with Eyecandys for a couple years now and always loved the ease of use of their website, the fast shipping they do, and how well packaged and secure my order always is! My recent order was lost in the mail, via USPS, but Eyecandys made it right and is shipping out a replacement order. I am so appreciative of their quick and thorough customer service. I will continue to buy my acuvue circle lens from them!

I’m always iffy when I try new lenses…
I’m always iffy when I try new lenses but these were so comfortable. I’ve had3 different orders and all came on time ! I bought some more subtle lenses for a puppy eye look & genuinely no one could tell unless I brought them up ! Can’t wait to try diff styles.

Having colored lenses is fun again now that I have found this company who makes them for Astigmatisms.
The delivery is quick considering that they are custom made. I wish there was a way to have better contact with them besides email. The time difference is hard to be able to communicate. But they do answer. Maybe a live chat or phone service would be good in the future. But the contacts are great and I’m happy to keep using this company to play around with my eye colors.

Shipping cost is out of control!
They have a pretty big selection of contact lenses but they are pretty basic from the few that ive gotten. If you are looking for a major eye color change this is probably not the place you want to look. Also pricing is a bit high except when u can find a sale but even then the lowest ive found was $16.00 for a mystery box pair an shipping is out of controll! The cheapest cost for shipping is $11!! Thats outrageous if u ask me!

Responsive customer service team
I originally decided to try contacts because I wanted to stop wearing glasses. My glasses have been leaving dark marks on my face that won’t go away, so contacts seemed like the best option for me.
I ordered a pair of toric contacts for my astigmatism from EyeCandys. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I didn’t receive any shipping updates or communication for over a month. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded very quickly. They offered either a full refund or a replacement shipment for the package that had been lost in the mail.
Since I really needed the contacts, I chose to have them resent. The replacement arrived about two weeks later. To make up for the inconvenience, the EyeCandys team also included an extra pair of contacts as a gift, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture.
Both pairs came with a lens case and a wear-and-care guide. Following the instructions, I soaked the lenses in contact solution for six hours before first use. Once I put them in, they fit comfortably and my prescription was accurate. My vision was almost as clear as when I wear my glasses.
While the shipping issue was frustrating, EyeCandys handled the situation professionally and made things right. Their customer service was responsive, generous, and helpful throughout the process. Because of that, I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.

Great Contacts Supplier!
The contacts I ordered (Acuvue Define Moist - Vivid Choco) are absolutely stunning. Despite the fact that I had an international order, the shipping was faster than expected and everything came in perfect condition. My order was unfortunately stuck at customs due to the recent import taxes imposed on all international shipments. As a result, my shipment still hadn’t arrived after a month. However, the Eyecandys team kindly reshipped a replacement order with no charge to me.

Buyer Beware
Placed an order on February 5th for 2 pairs of colored lenses (one toric, one normal). When they arrived, one of the toric lenses had a tear/hole and I notified the company immediately (Feb 18) and was told they were shipping a replacement immediately. Inquired 2 weeks after as tracking showed they still had not shipped yet. We'll now its been almost 2 months and still no replacement, tracking no longer exists, and customer service no longer responds after requesting a refund. While I was hopeful I found a place finally for beautiful colored toric lenses, sadly after this experience, I will no longer use nor recommend this company.

Regarding the initial issue, we typically request photos of any damaged lens in its sealed packaging to assess potential manufacturing defects. In this case, we proceeded with sending a replacement immediately as a gesture of support.
Unfortunately, the replacement shipment is currently on hold due to customs inspection, which is outside our control.
We have now processed a full refund for the toric pair. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

After ordering, the communication was good and simple when it came to my inquiries. For a bit, I did not know when my item would arrive, but the tracking and shipping soon told me. When I reached out, I also received a quick response and useful advice. The lenses themselves are comfortable and easy to use.

I had a really positive experience with Eyecandy Lenses. There was an issue with my order because the system accidentally saved the wrong address and information, which could have been very stressful. I have tried the black circled lenses previously. The design itself is pretty , it does make your eyes look bigger and doll like without too dramatic looking. However , after a while wear it did dry my eyes out a bit. Maybe not the best for dry / sensitive eyes. Overall is good.
