Order was lost during shipping
I had purchased a pair of contact lens but unfortunately due to postal strike my order was lost during transport. I informed customer service and they replied within a couple of days and offered to replace the lost my order, no questions asked. The item arrived in a couple of weeks. I have to say I am very impressed and satisfied with the level of customer care from eye candy. Thank you.

Very cheaply made contacts
Very cheaply made contacts. I ordered a yearly pair. One of the contacts have a rip already and it’s been less than a month of wearing them. I don’t have nails or anything. Update: They reached out to me through email and asked for me to remove the review. They wanted me to take a picture of the ripped contact. It literally ripped in my eye and I threw it away right afterwards. My eye was super red afterwards. Told them I didn’t want a refund or replacement. Just won’t be ordering from them ever again.

After wearing contacts purchased from this company my cornea became inflamed, I thought I was going to go blind honestly but after taking them out - six hours later my vision was restored to normal.
Do not buy from this company, these are not safe.

Unreliable delivery
I ordered a pair of contacts several weeks before I needed them. A week later they created a shipping label. More than a week after the item still hasn't actually been shipped.

They have a nice selection of contacts to choose from, maybe have multiple models with different color eyes so the buyer could see what contacts look like on dark brown eyes or blue eyes.

I have been using eyecandys for years! My orders always arrive when they say they will (minus one time - and they gave me credit to replace the whole order). My prescription is always correct, and the colors are awesome!

Timely, Affordable & Captivatingly Stylish!
The lenses and tweezer set came in time for the event I needed them for. The lenses are easy to put in, and comfortable enough to wear all day, even dusty conditions! They make my eyes look so big I hardly recognize myself in the mirror; if it's this hard for me to look away, I can't imagine how it must be for others.

I had an issue issue where I needed to cancel and reached out immediately within the time frame to do so. They initially said that was no problem, but they have completely given me the runaround and refused to do so. This is a joke of a company and they are withholding my money and I plan on filing a claim.
This is the shadiest business I have ever ordered from. I suggest finding somewhere more professional with better practices.

First of all the team behind eye candys are so sweet!! I messaged them about the contacts and they got back to me very quickly and they were very helpful and kind!
The contacts them self were INSANE. They are affordable, light weight, easy to use, the colour opacity is incredible and super comfortable on the eye! I own about 8 of them and I definitely will be buying more. I use them for cosplay and this is definitely my favourite brand for contacts. You can even get a prescription on them if you wear glasses. They are incredible. If you’re thinking of buying them.. stop thinking, just buy them. This is your sign! 😍😍😍

Beautiful Aqua Lenses
I’ve only gotten contact lenses from this company once, but they were definitely better quality than one than one’s I’ve tried from another brand. Didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes, and the aqua colour was very bright and opaque! Would def recommend :)
