That is very generous to say the least . I bought two of plan properties one in Manchester one in Liverpool and I stand to lose over £300000 . I am sure they have had their commissions which I understand are around 10% of the purchase price . These properties where heavily advertised by them I would like to know where was their due diligence and where are they know when these projects have gone belly up complete SILENCE
Please any one out there be ware when you deal with this outfit

Please stay away from them if you need piece of mind and want to save your hard earned money.
We invested in off plan development through experience invest .
Their sales person didn’t disclose all information and didn’t tell us about financial issues which this development was already facing.
Development went into administration and we are left with nothing .
Worst part was the person who dealt with us denied every thing what he said and wouldn’t answer our calls.

I would like to give less than one star

They do know why. Uk off-plan property market is a sham. International Investors beware!. If it is not built, it may never get build. EI can surely do better than selling glossy dreams to unaware Investors. The UK authority needs to step in and stop this ponzi scheme. It is a stain on the industry and country as a whole

I purchased 3 units through experience invest in 2017. One of them was a ready property and 2 under construction. They promised guaranteed return on the properties. For the ready one, the property manager paid 21 out of 36 payments and is not responding to me any more. I asked experience invest to interfer and they did nothing. Insteadly, they send letters on behalf of property manager, as if they were working for the property manager rather than helping solve my issue. For the other 2 objects which are students accommodation under construction, the developer that was highly recommended by experience invest was arrested recently and they didn't inform investors. They continued to sell units in this failing project to people that I got to know later after his arrest without informing these poor people. The developer mismanaged the project and his company is now under administration. More than 500 investors are now facing losing their money in this project. Experience invest works closely with this developer in this and other 2 projects that face same situation. Several investors in my project are considering legal actions against experience invest after this bad experience. There are othet objects marketed via experience invest that are not paying what they promise or facind financial difficulties. DON'T DEAL WITH EXPERIENCE INVEST.!!

Not trustworthy. Purchased a student apartment, Aura Liverpool, that has now gone into administration. Before I made the purchase, the first construction company, Forrest had gone into administration and was replaced by another but Experience Invest hid this fact from me. When I found out later and confronted the sales person Sanjay but he deflected me to his accomplice. Since the project has gone into administration, he has gone MIA. Bad news

Their service is poor and they are not transparent. They are always very slow in responding to emails and most of the time phone calls not answered on time.

We have 4 investments with experience invest- they have repeatedly failed to meet their payment commitments and when I email it takes a long time to receive oreply which is evasive and inconclusive. When I phoned I could not get through. I am very disappointed

I bought an investment from Experienceinvest, it has gone into liquidation. Trying to get information from Experienceinvest was a nightmare, emails left unanswered and unhelpful staff. I would steer clear. Experience Invest have tried to have this review removed, I stand by it, the investment did go into liquidation and I had problems getting assistance from EI. They were very responsive to begin with but not so later.

Once they took their commission i.e., reservation fee and only serve as a postal service between developer and investor.

Please steer clear and avoid them.

The client manager replied to all of our concerns and questions regarding the student property investment. The property fitted our investment profile regarding the real estate in UK. Buying process was uneventful and through trustworthy solicitors with legal representation and power of attorney.

In there difficult Corona times, I would like to express my thanks to Experienceinvest.
The management, James Logan and especially Nina Aswani displayed attentiveness and transparency. Nina was always at hand to attend to my queries and followup with James and the management, who all seem to synchronize well together. I must stress here that they are really in a top league compared to other companies I dealt with.
They are truly candid and professional. I would recommend them anytime.

It appears that Experience are still promoting Elliot Group even though they know that several of the projects are stalled and that Elliot are not paying the guaranteed returns, investors are being asked for more money to keep schemes alive or face the danger of losing everything already invested. Elliot Group seem to be struggling to raise funds. Elliot fired UrbanBubble and all of a sudden the investment turns negative, UrbanBubble levying excessive fees. Is there a class action out there ?
