This company is a total scam!
Pretending to be a London based company, when originating in China. I am a pensioner and spent £62.90 on two items. When they arrived they were shoddy goods that would shame a charity shop. We learn by our mistakes.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Synthetic nylon printed fabric put together with an overlocker, no skill involved.dress would cling get static electric and most likely highly flammable.
Customer service from China very difficult offered 10 % refund return would cost £22.50.

Claimed to be a UK based retail shop but if fact the products are shipped from China with low quality, wrong sizing. When initiated return request on the same day of product receipt, the seller keep delaying the return process by offering unreasonable discount for compensation. When finally requested return for fulll refund, a return address in some rural area in China is provided but without a prearranged shipper. I am obliged to pay to look for a shipper by myself and has to pay for the shipping cost upfront. Custom declaration procedure is troublesome and requested information from seller was not provided. Finally sorted out a return method by my friend in Hong Kong but the refund rruqes
Was rejected saying that the products are not returned within 30 days of product receipt. All deceptive and scam! Be careful about this seller!

This is a nothing short of misrepresentation. I would suggest it's manufactured by China and of similar poor quality to Shein. A waste of money and after a two week wait it's going straight to the charity shop. Doesn't deserve a one star!

Very poor quality. Dress skimped - sleeves too short and skirt narrow. Very disappointed - does not look at all like the publicity picture. Basically a scam.

Despite Royal Mail delivery, the 4 items came separately and at odd intervals , only later did it become clear that they had been sent from China. They were all badly finished off, 3 dresses of the same size ordered were very different sizes, the material described as woven cotton was polyester and spandex, one had no label re composition and the top ordered was nothing like the website photo. In order to get a refund, I had to refuse increasing discounts, provide much photographic evidence to show the issues and was then given an address in China to return them via tracked mail which cost £39. Their returns policy claims that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where goods are faulty or not as described, the customer is NOT responsible for the return postage but although I got a refund for the 4 items, they will not accept responsibility for the postage. They were polite during our email "conversations" .
The back story of a mother & daughter(s) run company for 30+years having to give up trading due to rising costs is currently being used to sell the same clothing under at least 3 other "shops" Margaret London, Adelaide London and Olivia London, all with the same impression given of selling off existing stock. Buyers, BEWARE. I cannot recommend this practice & have reported it to my Credit Card company and to The dept for business & trade/counterfraud

The company give a cosy impression of a family business in trouble. Clearly a lie. The dress I ordered looked lovely in the picture although now I realise it didn't promise what I expected. The wild flower dress is terrible. The fabric is horrible cheap polyester although there is no label saying what it is or washing instructions. The print is blurry. Looks like a zoomed in screen shot. I am going to return. Wish me luck. They must be breaking trade rules all over the place! Don't touch with a barge pole!

Free Shipping on all UK orders. Fast reliable delivery with Royal Mail. NOT TRUE. It took 14 days for my 2 items to be delivered, they arrived in a package about the size of a bag of flour and it was delivered by EVRI.

The blouse I received was faulty, front fastening was for a male (left to right, as opposed to right to left) and the cuffs were buttoning on the inside of the arm! I have asked for a full refund but they are merely offering me a partial refund and to send the blouse to a charity shop!

I ordered four tops, only one of which has arrived. It bore no resemblance to the picture which depicted a matt finish fabric and was in fact shiny synthetic material. I am sure the remaining 3 will be similarly shoddy. I am worried this fake company exists just to compromise my personal details. Avoid this company like the plague

The advertisement running on YouTube for wonderfully flowing linen blouses/dresses is an absolute sham. What arrives is something that is closer to a synthetic football shirt.. I urge fellow shoppers not to follow my mistake.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from this company. I should have done my research, but I presumed by the name it was a UK company. Not so! Took a few good weeks to arrive. When they did, they were too small, too narrow and the quality of finish was non existent. Contacted the company twice and was ghosted until I was told to ask for their return address. They replied and offered me a 10% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and I could keep the items. When I told them no , they came back with a revised offer of 20% and if I didn't accept this I would need to send the items back to China if i was wanting a full refund. I was told they do not re-imburse p&p. ! We eventually settled at 25% which means they still have £54 of my money and I am left with 2 worthless pairs of shoes. I would never have dealt with them if I knew it was not a UK company. Would not recommend.

After waiting some time I eventually recieved the dress but not the one I ordered! Like the majority of other customer reviews it was nothing like the advertised garment, wrong size, very poorly constructed awful rough polyester material and no labels stating type of fabric, where made or care instructions. I emailed the returns address. They requested photos back front and size label. Unable to send these as no longer any response from them emails queued or not sent. This site needs to be taken down or investigated by Trading Standards before they con any more honest women. What disgusting beings Evie and Rose are. Michele

This is a scam. Goods were a very cheap badly made copy of the advertising photo. Returns have to be sent to China.
Do not recommend buying anything.

The vendor claimed the product would be shipped via Royal Mail next-day delivery, but the dress took two weeks to arrive because it was actually shipped from China.
The dress bore no resemblance to the advertised pictures. Instead of a cotton/linen blend, it’s made from a cheap synthetic material—I wouldn't pay even £10 for something like this!

The dress that was ordered was a midi cotton/ linen type material with a gathered front & pockets: the one that arrived was a cheap looking shiny material completely shapelss and was a maxi. I asked for a refund and was offered 10% of purchase price and I could keep the dress, this went up to 15% and then 20% which were refused. Eventually they asked for it to be posted back using a tracked delivery all the way to China! Awful experience, do not order from them.

Very badly made the thread does not match any of the colours in the Fabric and the length of stitch is too big.
The fabric itself has multiple flaws/faults and the sizing is wrong.
The story that this was a family business in London closing down is rubbish it comes from China and trading standards should be closing these people down. It’s not worth returning so I am adding them to my sewing stash and hopefully I can use it for some craft projects.

These are Chinese con merchants. Goods come from China and are cheap and nasty and nothing like the photos on the website. When you ask for a refund they offer partial refunds to keep the rubbish or send back to China at vast costs. Fight them in whatever way you are able - they shouldn't be allowed to con people - it's scandelous.
