A friend who I sometimes do some dress alterations for bought 3 garments from this scam (AI picture of shop front, no doubt). She thought that she would easily be able to return any she didn't like/want. When they eventually arrived from China, crumpled into little bags and of course nothing like the pictures, they were of excruciatingly poor quality and it rapidly became clear return was well night impossible. As a dressmaker, I have never seen such badly made garments. The material was vile shiny, stiff polyester. One was at least of a reasonably attractive print and colour, the one I am reconstructing (there's loads of the horrid material) is a darkish coloured pattern, with some rough top-stitching/hemming in white. Do not go near this company with a bargepole - although I suspect they have long gone, having taken people's money. My friend unfortunately used her debit rather than credit card, so cannot get money back. I did ask her if she'd checked their credentials, having seen their advert on FB, but sadly she didn't. I never buy anything from a FB advert until I've thoroughly checked it out.

My review is very much the same as others. Dresses arrived made of cheap material with no proper labels on. Cost me £25.90 to return to China (what a fool I was, but what else was I to do as they were not good enough to wear outside the house!). Small amounts of money were offered as a refund instead of returning the "garments" but it was a pittance compared to what I had paid. Promises were made by email that money would be refunded upon receipt. I have tracked the parcel as far as China but once it gets passed to the couriers there it becomes an unsecure connection.
My advice is to steer clear of Evie and Rose of London!!!!

I am so cross with myself! I usually check a firm's credentials before buying.
I didn't, totally believed the hyperbole about the firm's background.
I had not received my items after 3 weeks,
So, I then came onto TrustPilot, in order to check reviews. 🥵🥵
When the 'bits of crap material' arrived, as others have said, nothing like as advertised,as linen and cotton mix - they were polyester (if you can call it that), smelt awful- i decided to walk away seeing as the items might be very toxic.
What a shock!
The 'dresses' were completely different, certainly unwearable and not fit to give away, as advertised.
I tried contacting the email address that was provided and surprise, surprise, it was no longer active.
I can not even check the website now and zero ability to contact them.

It looks like I have been blocked!! The scammers have my money.

I want ro ensure, at a minimum; That this 🤬🤬 scammer does not have access to my personal details.
I have sent this issue on to my credit card company, regardless, to ensure that I will be protected.

More widely, I don't want to see other genuine customers being scammed.

So then - i think that my refund is lost..🥵😱🤬🤬

As the items were less than £100 each, I cant even put in a Section 75 claim on my CC.

Lesson learned!!!!

Absolutely rubbish. Nothing like the described product. Just awful.

My lovely linen dresses for a summer holiday arriving via Royal Mail from London, turned out to be a load of c... from Hong Kong! Dresses were of a cheap polyester material, no sizing, wash instruction. or manufacturers label, not even the correct colour. Nothing like the photos on line. Absolute rubbish, wouldn't put my worst enemy in any of them. As for a refund forget it. Not heard a word from them. Stay well away from this site, big, big scam.

I don't like the 2 dresses that I bought. They are cheap quality and look awful when I tried them on. They are much too big for me and I want to sent them back and get a refund. I get no reply to emails.

Nope - actually based out of Hong Kong, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, however it is a lie- don’t let the name fool you. And for those who actually do order this crap DO. NOT. SMELL. ANYTHING. Quality is laughable, obviously.

Total scam, polyesters material, nothing like dress in advert.
Refused full refund, only 20% offered.
Do not buy from this company, or any advertising leafey print dress.

Item is not as the description . What a load of rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They're from CHINA not London.

Be careful when ordering from this company as sizes and quality are not what you may expect and the address for returning goods is:
Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China and not London as the name suggests making returns impossible.

After some time, not next day,I received the 2 dresses..not what I was expecting from the online photos and description. Not embroidered linen/cotton. Instead, a cheap,printed polyester with no labels,or style as advertised. A total waste of money, which as a pensioner ,I can ill afford. I should have read these reviews. This is a totally disgusting scam. Stay clear!

Please do not use this company. The quality of their clothes is cheap and nasty. And don't even consider returning anything to them - this process is a never ending nightmare. I was eventually offered a 10% refund for the items that I didn't want with the suggestion that I could donate the 3 items, presumably to a charity shop. Believe me, no self- respecting charity shop would want them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Item took 4 weeks to arrive as it came from China not London. Item arrived without any paperwork and it was a scrunched up dress which was no different to a piece of rag. Return cost was £25+ as no London address (of course). They offered 10% refund to keep the rag or donate.

Like many other reviews, shirt nothing like the photo, very different colours , shiny polyester fabric not natural fibre, took quite a long time to arrive, insecure website so difficult to see how to even get a refund. I should have checked the reviews before buying

Total scam. Company purporting to be london based with next day delivery. They are from India and take 17 days to deliver something which is nothing like the item you ordered. But you can easily get your purchase price back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Short Term Right to Reject. You can do a chargeback on your card. You must notify this scammy company by email first within 14 days of receiving the goods, give them 7 days to collect or send a prepaid label to return the item (its their responsibility as they have broken the law). If they don't, then contact your bank and ask for a chargeback due to breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015 and state the reasons. Your bank will refund your money and get it back from them. Good luck

Product looks nothing like the item on the website. Returns have to be sent to China. If you send them to the'returns' address on the packaging, they say they haven't received the item and you don't get refunded.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I RETURNED AN ITEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE AND THEY THEN SAID IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS AND WOULD NOT OFFER A REFUND. I RETURNED THE ITEM BECAUSE THE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE. STEER WELL CLEAR!
