This company, based in China I think, rather than a London-based clothing boutique, is a scam. I placed an order for 2 dresses. Both were supposed to arrive by RM Express. After 1 week, I contacted the company on their email address, as only 1 dress was scheduled to come from China, not 2. That dress arrived today, 2 weeks later, by EVRi, but was such a thin, squashed up item that bore no relation to the photo. When I tried to ask for my money back, and to cancel the second order that has disappeared from my radar, I keep getting a "returned mail" message on my PC. Has Evieandrose done a runner in China?
I have given up trying to get any money back, or contact from them, but CAVEAT EMPTOR to any future buyers.

Absolutely awful. Do not buy from this company. It is a complete scam.

Total scam. Poor quality. Battered my refund starting at 15% and keep the ring. Got them up to 50,%.

Took ages to arrive and when my two dresses did arrive, the fabric was cheap polyester and no where near the linen look that was advertised. This is the second time that I have been misled through online scams pretending to be something they are not, but it will be the last! DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY - cheap, tacky and definitely one for trading standards!!

Appalling 'service'
They took my money and did not deliver what I paid for.
No communication whatsoever other than to promote what they sell and to say that the item will be arriving!
They even emailed me to ask what I thought of their non-existent service.

Such a beautiful headband at a great price, delivered quickly and in beautiful packaging! Highly recommended.

I have tried to contact them several times for a return address so I can send back the headband that doesn't fit me and j have had no reply

Beautiful product (jewelled headband), but faulty. One gem fell off immediately upon trying it on and the neighbouring gems were ever so slightly loose. When I emailed to return, I was accused of pulling the gem off as apparently that’s the only way they can ever come off. I was really looking forward to wearing the headband with my wedding outfit, so I’m not sure what reason I would have to ruin the headband myself. Unfortunately, my need to return was handled very poorly and I would not recommend the company. I was very polite and I understand we don’t live in a perfect world, but the owner clearly thinks everyone is out to get them.

Headband arrived and is absolutely stunning - honestly, the pics on their website don't do it justice! I purchased the GAIA headband on sale - the pics online make it seem like it's got a dark grey/black under-silk color, but it's actually a light-grey so really blends really well with all the hardware/diamante! Way better than I imagined in-person. Nice 'heft' to the product without being too heavy to wear, certainly doesn't feel cheap or chinsy like some bejeweled headbands can be. Also, my shipping advice included an incorrect tracking code - once I alerted e&r to the issue, Lisa responded in under an hour with correct details and reassurance all was in process for arrival. Great product, great customer service.

I ordered a headband late on Monday evening, it was the Angelina, and realized the next day that I'd paid for the wrong postage - I needed it for Saturday. No need to worry, the item was despatch the following morning & arrival was 48 hours later, beautifully packaged, and the headband is fabulous, can't wait to wear it. It's that gorgeous it's had the approval of both my extremely critical daughters!!! Thank you again
