We did a corporate order for clients for Christmas. After we paid Tom Pickworth told us our colors were not avail. Then our product wasnt avail. So we switched from yeti to hydro flask because he could get it quicker. its january 23rd and we still havent recieved a product that was supposed to be here first week of december. And no response from management in 3 weeks. do not use these guys

Foam Hockey Stick Hats for the win!
Tom has helped us get branded foam hockey stick hats twice now for one of our favorite events of the year. The hats were great - well made, branded perfectly, well priced, and shipped quickly. But it's Tom's customer service that has brought us back again and again. He's helpful, knowledgeable, super quick to respond and was a big help getting the first order to us on a tight deadline! Looking forward to deciding on the giveaway for next year's event!
