Dan was so helpful in getting me a quote and pictures of my logoed stress ball dumbells for my studio so quickly. I asked if the logo could be bigger and he immediately made a creative change that allowed my business to stand out more. I'm so excited to receive them!

AJ was my customer representative. He is usually the one I go back to every time I reorder pens. This 3rd time I ordered pens was a little disappointing. He helps out a lot (in terms of actually buying the pens) but did not live up to the promises he made regarding sending updates throughout the production. This also led to him to give the production team the wrong address, and they shipped it to the wrong location. I had to spam him with emails to get a response, and it ended up messing up our order. While the production team was not answering his emails, the communication process or system needs to be reevaluated. Other than that, we love our pens, just wish the process was smoother and we had more communication with him.
