Easy to use website but even more importantly, excellent fast customer service responses.

Tim was extremely patient with us and was kind throughout the whole process. He was efficient and answered every email quickly. This was an almost two month affair with some things taking longer to process on our end, and Tim was helpful in every step.

I worked closely with Senior Account Manager Jamalle Connolly who patiently guided me in the process of designing playing cards to support/advertise the company for which I work. It took us a few days and several proofs before it looked just right to us both. Lead time was four weeks for the fully custom decks of cards, but we received them in three. They look perfect! Our artwork is exactly what we wanted, and the cards look and feel professional. Branded Promo was also $2.00 less than the next closest competitor. We couldn't be happier with the product and the customer service!

PROS: Communication/responses were very timely--quick and helpful. The logos appear to be strongly adhered. Ollie was friendly and good to work with.

CONS: Packaging was not very strongly made: The box it came in was in pretty rough shape and a few of the pots inside were broken. The pots were pretty much as advertised--they're plastic, so if you're looking for something sturdier, this wouldn't be it. But for our purposes they suffice...just a bummer that a few were broken. I think stronger packaging would have helped.

Rio gave us an excellent service from start to finish. Clear communication, guidance, and results that exceeded expectations. Order placed at the end of March and already received today. On point! Will definitely order again.

I have to give a shout-out to Nick J. for a great customer service experience! I had initially ordered a product from a different company, only to be told a few days later that the product was not available. So I did some shopping around and found Branded Promo. I inquired about the product and was connected with Nick. After a few email exchanges, he informed me that the original product was also not available, but that he had some options that he would look into. To make this long story short, I'll just say that I cancelled my original order with the first company I dealt with (I had already paid up-front for a product they didn't even have!) and worked with Nick. He found a great alternative, worked with me on the branding, got the order delivered to me 10 days eateries than needed AND got me a great price! We're incredibly happy with the finished product and would definitely do business with both Branded Promo and Nick J. again!

This was my first time buying from Branded Promo. I worked with Leo, he was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I love the end product. I will be using Branded Promo again.
