When I had a question about why I had heard nothing about my order being sent they sent me a nice reply saying I had not completed the order. They were very nice and showed me how to complete my order. Great Company and Products.

I received the complete cross stitch kit however the pattern was too small for me to follow. I emailed the company and within a few days they sent me a pdf version of the pattern one that I could zoom in and see very pleased with my experience

Very quick response to replace lost order. One item was no longer available and I was able to add a replacement. Very happy with follow-up.

Whenever there was an issue they resolved it. Have sent replacement kits when beads did not stick, and always quick to answer e-mails and correct things to make me happy. Quality pictures and excellent customer service.

The quality of the customized picture is great. And I really like that the diamond drill bags are numbered. My only drawback is that the canvas has so many creases in that are very difficult to remove and the diamond drills don't adhere well in those creases. Also with my latest purchase I have large areas of black and white and many of the round diamonds are over sized which makes them bunch up and pop out because they just don't line up. Otherwise great product

This company is very trustworthy, they answer your questions right away. I have been using them when ever I want diamond paintings they have really pretty ones.Try them you won’t be unhappy.

My kit arrived short of beads and I contacted the company and they immediately took care of my issue and are sending me more of the diamonds.

Very helpful and willing to do extra in order to keep a customer happy. I appreciate everything. Thank you 😊

They always replied to my emails. They were honest. One item was out of stock so they offered an exchange which I appreciated.
My only issue is I wish these wouldn't come folded. I cannot seem to get the folds completely out.
Maybe they would consider rolling them up on a cardboard roller and ship them that way?

These turn out beautiful!! I'll be selling them at a vendor show. I can't wait to show them off!!

So far so good. If I get the missing rhinestones, it will be a great experience

Never received order

Company has great communication. Really easy to work with and great Diamond Dot Kits.

It was a good experience just wish they had what I ordered, but they were very understanding and refunded my money. I am very pleased with them.

The diamond art was beautiful. My daughter loves the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, so I made it for Christmas for her. I bought a red frame for it.

Customer service is excellent! My original order was delivered to the wrong address and they kept in contact with me daily and within a week I received a replacement. I definitely would order from Everyday Deals again. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help I love the items I have had and would highly recommend you to my friends and any problems sorted straight away thank you again

I thoroughly enjoy the products from your company. I received an email stating that one of the items I wanted was out of stock and I was offered replacement options! That doesn't happen with very many companies!! Thank you for that!
