I have been ordering from this company and very happy with customer service, and helping in anyway they can. Quick to respond to emails. Prices are very reasonable and shipping is pretty quick

This was resolved better than I thought it would be. I was going to cancel my order and re-order with my correct address, but they changed it for me so it could be sent out quicker. Many thanks for your quick service.

I love this company. They have absolutely beautiful pictures that would please everyone. And, unfortunately, I had one of the pictures I ordered sold out. They were so quick to inform me, and allowed me an opportunity to replace the picture before shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I made a mistake on shopping address and it was fixed right after I notified you. I buy from you a lot and I love you merchandise.

I have brought from this company for years. I love the different diamond paints they have especially at a low price. I would highly recommend anyone that does diamond paint to check them out. I promise you you won't be disappointed.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande sur ce site et ils ne m'ont jamais déçu.
Les prix sont attractifs, les délais correct et le SAV est sérieux.
Alors, continuez comme cela.

I had to contact customer service about my order. They were fast to respond and corrected my error. Great selection available on website to choose from!

I love these products. Not sure what to do with my points or how to use them. I also forgot to add my free blind box to my order. I don’t know if you can help me out with that or not.

Ils répondent rapidement à nos questions. Service courtoi.

É importante saber, da disponibilidade e correção como tem me atendido sempre que preciso de algum esclarecimento.
Compro na Everydayedeals há anos e sempre fui bem atendida e satisfeita com minhas compras

They are always on top of any problem there may be. It gets fixed right away. I really love shopping with them.

The representative was very helpful. I received a picture that the colors and codes did not matchup. Representative helped resolve this problem by sending a corrected picture. Kept me well informed of what was happening and answered all my emails in a timely manner. I will be ordering from this company again. I did receive this item on October 29 so I will use that date.

Great company. Have ordered from them several times. Very good kits. I had to cancel an order unfortunately and they were very understanding. Offered to help me change my order and then refunded me immediately.

I love doing the diamond painting. When ordered I would like to be updated on shipment. Order and it takes about 3-4 weeks to receive and in that time I don’t hear anything until it arrives in mail.

All my questions were answered asap. Very thorough!

Response to my email was quick and answered my question. My order # was included. Great job!!!!

This is my first time ordering. After I placed my order I realized I made a typo in my address.I was concerned I wouldn't get my order.I messaged the company and first thing Monday morning I received word from them saying no worries they corrected the address and said if I had any questions to contact them.I wish I had discovered this site sooner cant wait to get my order. They went out of there way to help responded right away most companies dont.I know this will be my new place for Dimond art.
