I contacted EverTrust, a little bit sceptical at first with it being so cheap & always abit cautious. However, this soon disappeared. I emailed as I didn't want to contact them through Facebook, they were very quick to respond, set up a first meeting, explained everything to us & set up a further meeting to discuss our Will. I have to say that they were very professional throughout, communication was excellent, which is a must for me. Documents were done quickly professionally & accurate in line with what we had discussed. I dealt with Dan & Spike who who both very helpful, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. I had a few questions afterwards which they were happy to respond to. I have been offered to contact them in the future if I have any further questions or concerns, you dont get that with a high street solicitor. Would certainly recommend & can't thank them enough for the professional work they did for us, but it was on a personal level rather than 'a customer visiting a solictor', and it meant so much more. Well done all & keep up the great work that you do.

In my experience I found this company very helpful, they gave me the information I required to be able to make a decision moving forward and plan for the future accordingly. I would recommend anyone who hasn’t thought about making a will or appointing a power of attorney to speak with these guys as they will go above and beyond to guide you through.

Excellent service. An excellent price which is too good to miss. I was offered a discount as part of the NHS staff and I took advantage of this. We set up our will and our power of attorney too. From the first conversation I was at ease with Rhys Daniel and Spike. My requirements were listened too and everything explained well about going forward. I was kept fully informed about how things were going and received final paperwork on Saturday 16/05/25.

From start to finish very professional. All the questions I asked were answered. A email with a rough draft came through a few days later. Then the final copy arrived soon after in the post to sign. Highly recommend this company

We had our wills and LPA’s written through this service. The company was recommended by The NHS where I work. The process was professional and thorough. The content of the will was discussed and we were guided through the options so as to ensure our wishes were represented. The LPA process is lengthy but EverTrust made it painless by populating the paperwork and sending clear instructions regarding signing etc. To complete alone would have be onerous. We’re grateful for the expert guidance and compared with other companies we got quotes from they were very competitive.

Dan was marvellous. He was very professional and knowledgeable as my will was not just straight forward.
He even went over and beyond giving me some advice regarding my parents current position. The Company as a whole were very attentative to my needs and would recommend them to both family and friends.

EverTrust team has been brilliant right from the time I filled a form to redo our wills. They were the first ones to explain about different types of Trusts which made it easier for us to get one sorted soon. Their responses were always very timely. A reminder by message to act on the paperwork was very useful.

The Evertrust Estate Planning company provided zoom meetings as requested for our wills to be written & also our wishes for later life should we become ill/impaired. The company are quick to respond to queries & very thorough with their explanations. We have already recommended them to other family members.

I decided after a death within the family that I needed to get my affairs in place for when it is my turn because death will come to us all,rather than leaving things until you are too old when things are more difficult to talk about. Initially I was more interested in having my will sorted. I saw Estate Planning was giving NHS staff a reduction on FB so I phoned them. Dan was great he explained everything so simply and he also talked me through Lasting Power of Attorney again Simple to understand. So this was my opportunity to get both sorted. Everything was done through email with full explanation. It has taken longer to sort it as I’ve been a bit slow at getting the details required to sort the paperwork. Spike has been very patient and very helpful. I’ve now got the paperwork for all necessary people to sign and it was as simple as that. I did pay the fee on my first phone call to Dan and yes I was a bit worried, but no they have done everything and now my daughters won’t need to worry if I lose my capacity or when I die.
