What a sly way to try to scam

What a sly way to try to get people locked in to there, we take our cut for nothing.
Free check NO
You get to the end and they expect you to sign up so they can take a cut of your claim, the claim you are entitled to with no one taking a cut.
Do not bother
Edit to reply : The so called free check simply tells a person they have a potential claim, it does not show you any information which vehicle or who the claim may be against, so like I state it is a sly way to draw people in.
If you have a potential claim you will find this out in the near future without the help of a company who want to take a percentage of what you are owed.
So there is no actual free check just a partial check until you pass your case on to them.

We DO offer people the chance to complete a free check to see if they could be eligible to make a potential claim.

Once the free check has been completed, we then ask whether you would like to submit a claim with us. This is completely optional and no one is under any obligation or pressure to do so.

This website 100% is a scam

This website 100% is a scam. There’s literally no reason to use a 3rd party intermediary for things like this, and the fact they have the audacity to mention Martin Lewis’ name on some of their Google ads is a sham. Reject them, and refer to Money Saving Expert to find out the latest info on car finance payouts etc.

We make it clear on our website that you can claim for free, without using a CMC, first to your lender or to the FOS.

However, you may be confusing us with another brand, as we do not use that name in our marketing.

Seems like a scam

Seems like a scam. Came up as a Facebook ad and seemed too good to be true. First red flag is the fake trust pilot score… I had to google to check and the real one is less than two stars. Also their domain name is very similar to another very legitimate website with a 4+ score. Be careful

Be very cautious and do your research

Saw the advert on Facebook with a great trustpilot score and the offer of a 30 second free check. Firstly if you read the small print under the trustpilot score it’s not their score!! Secondly the free check isn’t a free check you have to sign a legally binding contract to get confirmation. For me the one it brought back was a recent 2025 agreement that I know is compliant to the new legislation. Be cautious!!

Scam! Please be aware!

SCAM! I was contacted by this company today. I checked the website whilst talking to an assistant. Trust pilot Four stars displaying. They sent me a form they wanted me to complete and I said before I complete I will check out if you are genuine. They hung up!

Scam

Scam. Says they are 4+ star reviews and they literally only have 1 star reviews and only 2 of them. Wish I checked before signing up to their agreement. AVOID.
