I did 2 P!nk gigs last week with eventtravel early entry tickets- Munich was like a dream 💕 it’s totally worth the money … Angie, who walked us in is absolutely fascinating, cool and lovely. Also the other girls (I don’t know the names unfortunately)
The entrance for Saturday show of p!nk was a little more stressful and the sun wanted to kill us ;) but again it was angie with speaking to us and telling what will happen, asking if everybody is ok and assure that everything will turn out fine (and move us to the shadow:) )
So eventtravel vip tickets are a little expensive - but it’s totally worth it 💕

Honestly without these people our night would not have turned out so great. I forgot to ask for their names but these two ladies who were standing at the VIP stand during the P!nk concert deserve a raise. They went above and beyond and helped us so much! Even when all other staff members could not help, they managed to pull it off, I can not thank them enough! We booked with eventim, but I will only go for eventtravel from now on. Thanks again!

I bought 3 x Ultimate Diamond VIP tickets for Lana Del Rey at BST Hyde Park through an Event Travel pre-sale and I must say, I have been well impressed. Yes I probably could have got the same tickets cheaper through some of the official sellers (although Event Travel was listed on the BST website as an official supplier), but I did not have to wait ages in a queue or run the gauntlet of them selling out.
Everything that was promised as part of the ticket was delivered - free event T-Shirt, free sparkling wine, all inclusive VIP bar area, free vouchers for the food retailers and great view of the concert.
My tickets arrived promptly, well ahead of time and in the build up to the event, I was constantly kept updated.
I will use Event Travel again, without hesitation.

They’ve gone above and beyond with customer service for me with the P!nk tour in 2019 and again in 2023. Ticket were despatched internationally and arrived in less than 3 days. When I was away, they sorted hotel delivery and stayed on top of it to ensure I had them in hand prior to the concert.

On event day, they were ON IT! Response time to emails was within minutes and when we had issues with venue staff, they were quick to appear and address the problem and find solutions immediately.

The on-ground staff at events are absolutely brilliant. They made us all feel very welcome, they did everything down to even fanning some of the crowds in Paris at the venue because it was a little bit warm. I am not even joking!

I cannot recommend Event Travel enough and I’m very thankful for their great customer service.

My partner and I saw the Pet Shop Boys at Leeds Arena, using Event Travel’s VIP package. Though initially skeptical about the price, we cannot recommend them enough. The tickets arrived by next day courier as promised, and the event information pack was received five days before the gig via email. On the day, the early entry queue was perfectly managed and we were escorted inside to receive our VIP wristbands and goodie bags (VIP lanyards, PSB baseball cap, programme and travel cup … all great quality). We were then led to a further queue, in an area with own bar and wonderful, polite staff. Finally, after our drinks, we were walked right to the front of the stage, for the perfect view of what was the most incredible concert.
We will always use Event Travel in future, the service was excellent and professional, as was their communication and management on the day.
We cannot recommend them highly enough … 5 stars, 10 out of 10, superb!

Not only was the concert amazing but the service pre and during the concert has been exceptional - our goody bags were ready for us on arrival and the whole experience of booking with Event Travel has been wonderful. We will definitely use you again!

Bought 2 tickets in the gold circle for pink in Hyde park with 1 night hotel included. Everything when according to plan and happy to say so after reading negative comments, would definitely book again if I couldn't source from ticketmaster.

I booked a hotel package and a show at Villa Park. Event Travel emailed me 2 days before travel to say my hotel was overbooked and they were shipping me out to another. I was upset and disappointed as I was traveling from London with a group of people all staying at the same hotel and using the travel facilities from there which meant that I was the only one of the party put elsewhere. It caused a few issues as I had to use Ubers to travel between hotels which Event kindly refunded to me. I did appreciate that

Oct 2022 I bought 1 x VIP Hot Seat Package to see my absolute idol Pink at Villa Park. I saved Christmas money and birthday money to pay for my ticket I paid £345.00 plus cancellation insurance which totted up to £378.00. My invoice stated Block M1 or C6 with a clear view.

I arrived there at 4.40pm to find chaos outside. No organisation at all. Doors hadn't opened at 4.30 as stated on ticket it was gone 5pm before they opened. ViP merchandise pack was a glitter effect cheap bag with a folder inside containing postcards of pink. A cheap beaded bracelet that a 4 yr old could of made out of a craft set and a VIP lanyard to go around my neck.... Absolute joke. My ticket that was sent literally 5 days before the concert stated Block M2 Row C. My invoice stated Blocks C6 or M1. I contacted via email as phones were not being answered. Email stated i had been sent correct ticket... when i looked on their website for my account the website had changed Hot Seats to Blocks M1, C2 and now also Block M2. Absolute con and a massive rip off. They dont want to know once they have your money. Stewards at Villa Park were absolutely useless. People were blocking the walkway at the front of the blocks once Pink had come into the stage they were stepping over the 2ft little wall from out of the standing floor section and Stewards were standing amongst them and not keeping it clear or the top of the stairwells clear. A very clear breach of fire safety regs. Bars and food stands were staffed mainly by kids who seemed half soaked and queues were horrendous because of how slow the service was. Queues for food stand also queued up the stairwells blocking / restricting access. Screw lids were taken off plastic drink bottles. When i asked her to leave it on i was told it was their policy and it had to come off. I asked what about drink spiking. I wanted the lid on. In the end i told her to cancel the drinks.

When i sat chatting to people sitting around me they had paid £162.00 for their ticket. That was £180.00 less to what i had paid. No way did i feel like a VIP. Quite the contrary.... as the concert went on the very selfish person in front of me stood up all the way through and in the gap where i could of seen the artist on the stage was their phone recording every single track..... i had to result seeing and watching the concert on the large screen. I may as well of stayed home and watched youtube afterwards... i left feeling devastated. I did not have a good seat, it was not a VIP experience. Totally ripped off. Ive tried calling since then. No answer just keeps saying all callers are busy. Emails do not get responded either. Im trying trading standards next. If anyone is reading this do not hand over your money...

Horrible bait and switch. We booked a concert and 4 star hotel package. At the last minute due to “operational” issues we were assigned to a “3 star” hotel that I know to be dirty and sub-par. We were told we would receive a paltry sum as a refund, but so far - nothing.

We booked VIP package tickets for Pink Summer carnival tour at Villa park. As VIP customers we were expecting complimentary drinks and nibbles. Having previously having booked VIP packages before, which were excellent, we were really looking forward to this package but No we got nothing so this was a big let down. All we received was a VIP complimentary collectable ticket besides the ticket.
The event stewards had no idea what they were doing. When we arrived at the gates we asked where we should go only to be passed from pillar to post from steward to steward. Eventually a head steward gave us golden circle wrist bands to go on the pitch. This was because he couldn't find out what we should have received/ hospitality. As I have 2 bulging discs in my back this was no good to us whatsoever as I can't stand for long periods of time. He told us not to tell anyone that he had given them to us.
Having listened to other people talking we weren't the only people who had trouble with the VIP experience and the stewards not knowing what they were doing.
We eventually got into the stadium and before going to our seats we took off the golden circle wrist bands and decided to queue up to get a drink. There was only one bar,serving both beers and soft drinks. After queuing for an hour I finally got served to be told that they had run out of beers and the fridges were empty. I ended up getting double drinks of the only lager they had left. To top it off they only had one card machine to use between the staff. They were short staffed and it was cash only. The queues were immense, considering that the stadium must have known for quite a while about the concert it was an absolute shambles.
We had booked the shuttle bus return so caught it to get to the stadium and back. The coach taking us had no air conditioning and as the weather was really hot it made the 35 minute journey very uncomfortable.
The only good thing about the package was the location of the hotel and the hotel itself, the Ibis Styles, just a 10 minute walk from the train station.
The concert was amazing but all the trouble beforehand put a downer on the whole thing. I definitely will not book to go to Villa park stadium or use Event Travel as we feel like we have been scammed.

we purchased 4 vip tickets for bruce springsteen for myself, my wife ,my disabled rock chick daughter and my son and paid a £1500 deposit
Around a year later they requested the balance , which i tried to pay in the portal. I was convinced i had paid as the portal said the payment was being processed. Finally they rang me up to say it wasnt paid, i offered payment over the phone and they refused to take it as they didnt offer that facility. Again i tried to pay over the portal which again said payment being processed.
Next thing a get an email from event travel to say that my booking was cancelled and that they were retaining the deposit.
I rang again and offered payment over the phone and they responded with the answer NO.
It does make me wonder if this has happened to other people and maybe event travel do not want the remaining balance, as they will keep your deposit and resell your tickets for a higher value ,as they were a sell out. This business stinks and my daughter says thank you, as we have a hotel booked for the weekend in london and that she hasnt been to the national history museum before.

Trustworthy company offering a great customer experience. Bought early entry upgrades for the Robbie Williams concert in Lisbon. Communication beforehand was seamless and early entry perfectly organised and very smooth. I would definitely do it again and can highly recommended Event Travel.

What an experience!! My husband and I purchased the Farewell Yellow brick road package with Event Travel for our wedding anniversary and it was definitely worth it. We arrived to a lovely glass of sparkling wine, we felt like royalty lol. We then took photos with Elton’s piano (a real pinch me moment for old fans like us). The merchandise and goodie bags we were given were fab!! We were given amazing seats at the front, in fact we were so close to Elton I could’ve sworn he gave me a wink ;)

Overall, we had a lovely evening and we will be using Event Travel for all of our concerts!

I went to go see Robbie Williams in Lisbon. I had the Early Entry Package. The show was amazing. All information was communicated perfectly with tickets being sent on time and arriving the next day from when they were sent. Hannah the VIP host was very lovely and helped us secure a spot right at the front. The customer support was quick and helpful. Chloe, Anais, Justine and Kristen were very helpful with all my questions.
Thank you again for everything I will definitely be booking with them again.

i’ll keep posting to let the public know you are a scam and not to waste their money on cowybodys. my previous comment which has now been removed by yourselfs stated that i paid £590 for VIP Robbie Williams Tickets and i got a cardboard TIcket 😂😂😂😂! the event staff took note of the company name and advised they are cowboys! Please don’t waste you’re money
