Best Ever - VIP service! I can't thank VIP travel enough for assisting my friends and I secure our tickets for Paul McCartney in the UK for 2024. Their communications were clear and timely, when our group thought we messed up one of our reservations, they VERY quickly replied to our urgent email letting us know we did things correctly and the made the booking process as easy as it could be. The day the tickets went on sale was CRAZY and the team at Event Travel kept their cool, managed many questions, and assured us that our purchases were correct and that we'd have the experience for each show that we expected. It's easy to see they are the top professionals in the industry. I will trust them 200% for all of my VIP concerts and events. THANK YOU Kristen and team. You are all wonderful.

Avoid at all cost. This is a complete CON. Pink early access at avivia stadium dublin was a disgrace. Told to arrive at 2.30. Had to stand in 20 degrees heat for 2.5 hours. Rang the emergency number to state that people needed water, was told your only standing 1.5 hours and its only 19 degrees you'll be fine. Paid for early access, got in at 17.03, the same time as normal entry. Honestly, do not purchase, for what we paid for, to what we got is terrible. Although pink made up for the horrific experience but I will never give these people my money again. Essentially we paid an extra 200 euro per ticket for a pink bag. Stay clear. Animals would of been treated better. It was that bad that the actual avenue officials had to provide water

The Staff of Event Travel are truly wonderful, patient, kind, efficient and professional. Such lovely ladies to endure the massive ordeal of McCartney presales. I am in awe of their ability to respond so promptly and courteously under the deluge of requests. I am forever grateful for these Ticket Angels, tour after tour they have made my dreams come true. God Bless Kristen, Hannah and Chloe :-)

Excellent, hard-working customer service team. Incredibly helpful. Hannah phoned me up to alert me to a concert VIP package that I'd been previously unable to book and secured a second ticket for me for a different concert date when I'd only been able to book one online. Highly recommend.

Edited to update after the show: we had a fantastic experience. Excellent communication regarding delivery of the tickets, email messages to update timings and the event itself was extremely well organised. We had fantastic seats and a wonderful time. I can't recommend the Event Travel team highly enough

After a morning having treatment for incurable cancer at Clatterbridge, I logged in to my Event Travel account to purchase Paul McCartney tickets yesterday, Wed 19/Jun/24. My phone locked up for a while and although I managed to get through, the tickets were showing as sold out. I went back to the main screen and tickets were showing availability. I went through the same process but could not gain access for the tickets.
I contacted Event Travel via email explaining what had happened when trying to purchase tickets.
Thankfully, Hannah of Event Travel responded in less than the 24hrs that is advised on their website.
Hannah managed to assist in purchasing two tickets for my wife and I.
The Team have been brilliant and I would definitely recommend Event Travel to all.

Had a couple of issues today trying to get tickets for McCartney. Had contacted Event Travel earlier in the day, not thinking you'd hear back like most companies. I'd managed to get a ticket later in the day and then had a missed called followed by an email saying if I'd not managed they'd been able to put a ticket aside for me. Genuinely impressed by how good they were.

We had a problem purchasing tickets - due to out credit card - and thought we missed a front row experience with PAUL McCARTNEY...I sent an email, not expecting a reply...and within 10 minutes, we got a call and got the tickets! A DREAM! These people rock at Event Travel!!! So kind, understanding and they care!!! THE BEST service ever and made our dream come true!

I booked 2 tickets for P!nk’s Summer Carnival in Cardiff and had the most amazing time!

It was my first time using Event Travel and I will definitely do it again! I booked via reservation deposit and then paid off my remaining balance whenever I could before the due date and it was seamless. I was given email updates throughout and the tickets were sent over within plenty of time for the event.

Getting to the stadium and figuring out where to go was confusing but once we found which queues we were meant to be in it was fine. The Event staff were brilliant in sorting out everything and making sure we got into the stadium safely. I’m autistic and get anxiety in larger crowds (part of the reason why I opted for early entry VIP) and I felt extremely safe and at ease the entire time, even when the crowds started pouring in, I never once felt unsafe. (Apart from the train journey home! 🤣). The added extra of customer service on the day was great.

The show itself was incredible and we ended up being right at the front of the stage and got to see everything and P!nk was amazing, as were the supporting acts.

We also got given a VIP goody bag and a laminate which was cute to have as a keepsake. Yes the tickets were expensive but for me it was definitely worth it as this was a once in a lifetime show for me!

I had such an amazing time, I wish I could do it all over again! Thank you Event Travel for the incredible experience :)

Great customer service especially when struggled to find tickets on the app.
Chloe was so responsive by email.
Springsteen was amazing, probably the best performing artist the world has ever seen even in the torrential rain. Hotel was great in Newcastle, if Rebecca from customer support could be in charge of the trams back there, it would be a dream!

This year will be my 15th Pink concert ticket purchased through Event travel, anywhere in Europe, and I can't understand why there should be any negative reviews.
Buying with Event travel is a guarantee of perfect organization, before and during the event. Customer service is very responsive, and on site on D-day, the team is attentive and respectful of fans. I can go without stress because I have total confidence in them. I've never been disappointed.

Avoid this company at any cost it's a scam. Terms and conditions are set to avoid any money back guaranteed. Don't purchase anything from them you will be hardly disappointed. SCAM !!!!

Amazing experience

Brilliant tickets, the team walked us to the front of the stadium, very calm.

I had a problem with my tickets and Hannah sorted it without any issues

Have to say, Event Travels Customer Servoce has been outstanding and in fact, we'll over and above what one was expecting.
I purchased tickets online but the site crashed and my card debited. No reference no booking code nothing.
Suffice to say, I got on to Customer Services immediately and Chloe, was so helpful.
It took a few messages back and forth as literally had zero references outside of screen shots and email adds, but suffice to say within 24 hours it was all sorted and tickets allocated.
When Customer Service is not up to scratch (which sadly, nowadays, often the case) we complain and rightly so.
Hence when you DO get that genuinely great experience that leaves you feeling " wanted and appreciated", then I beleive one should also shout out and compliment those that have proved such great service.

I recently booked some tickets for the Andrea Bocelli concert in July next year and I just wanted a bit of reassurance. After speaking with Hannah I know I am in safe hands. Bubbly funny and great customer service. She gave me all the support needed and I know as we approach the dates I will get good seat allocation. Thanks very much Hannah for the call today. Unclear advertising, unorganized contradictory email information, got gaslit by customer service. Could go on and on but don’t see the point because they won’t listen anyway. I just highly advise NEVER using them. Horrible experience.

Was the first time using them and definitely won't be the last. Went to see P!NK in Warsaw 16.07.23 and had VIP Early Entry tickets. The staff were fantastic, everything went so smoothly and we got our spot in the very front row. I'm not sure what I was expecting as assumed we'd just be joining the queue with hundreds of other early entry holders...but No, there was 120 of us and we were the first people to go into the stadium, and were escorted in, hence being in the front row, even got to hold hands with 2 of the dancers. The whole trip was a dream come true.I highly recommend !!!!

Absolute rip off company, paid over £250 for a VIP ticket for the Pet Shop Boys in Liverpool. The ticket arrived a week or so before the concert, the actual price on the ticket said £80. I was no where near the front, we certainly did not get in any earlier.. The VIP goody bag consisted of a cap, a lanyard, a travel mug and a programe. so basically we paid £170 for that ! So basically they took our money and exchanged it for a £80 ticket

Although I had a few issues getting the tickets ( I didn’t receive tickets until literally 5 days before the event) whenever I emailed or my boyfriend rang through to customer service they were always so helpful and were eager to assist. Special mention to Kristen who kept me updated and reassured. Even after we received tickets they rang my boyfriend to check we had 100% got them. We purchased the ultimate diamond experience and it was sooo worth it! All staff were so friendly and helpful, amazing experience and show. Would 100% use event travel again. Customer service is 10/10!!
