If I could have given a 0 star rating, I would have! I paid for tickets that I never received, due to the company NOT posting them as per the confirmation. I called them over 20x times in one week and the calls all went to voicemail! No response- no tickets! No refund!!!!

Travel Event team has been awesome and very efficient in reimbursing the show P!nk had canceled in Bern.
I've been using their service twice last year already in Hanover, so you don't have to waste your day in front of the door... this year again, I used the upgrade package for Bern (canceled) and Copenhaguen last Saturday. Very well organized, we are the first ones to get into the stadium, so front stage. Of course, it has a cost, but at least you pay what you get... excellent service, excellent team, hope to see you soon again!

I’ve bought VIP tickets from Event Travel several times now, and I have always been very happy. I’m impressed with their excellent website, which is organized, easy to use, and transparent. The website gives you important information you need to know before the tickets go on sale, including cost and details about each package. The prices are fair and I’ve never been inexplicably thrown out or called a bot while purchasing. The website runs as smoothly as any competitive ticket website can possibly run.

I can’t say enough about their great staff and customer service; they are responsive by phone and email. I’ve had my questions answered, and have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. Most recently I emailed with Kristen, who solved an issue I was having very quickly and efficiently. Lastly (and very important!), there has never been a problem receiving my tickets on time.
I’m always happy and feel less stressed when Event Travel is handling a concert I want to attend.

This years pink concert was organised appallingly.

No tickets were issued on time so we had to queue and then go round in circles to collect tickets. It was a joke. Nobody knew what they were doing.

They emailed the day before to say we would be given tickets in the queue, then early morning on day of concert, they emailed to say to collect from pop up tent. Make your mind up.

To top it off, no refund has been given for the OTT postage charge when no tickets were even posted. Add up all the postage fees they've kept and it's in the £1000's!!!!

All in all, they spoilt the trip for us with the worry over getting our tickets and the poorly organised setup.

And if I thought it was bad, just think how the international visitors felt 😠

I have been diagnosed with terminal illness and am in the process of making memories with my partner. I booked a hotel/ concert packing with you buy trying to changed it I messed the bookings etc up.
Thanks to a lovely kind/ patient young lady from your support team she got it all sorted for me .
I cannot be more grateful.and wil be recommending booking.com ti every body. People do great things when nobody sees them. Hannah done that for me today

The whole experience my husband and I had at a P!nk concert in Liverpool was so far removed from the “VIP service” we paid Event Travel over £700 for.  We’d also paid the additional £8.50 ticket delivery fee, then received very late notification that tickets would in fact not be delivered but would need collecting on arrival. Delivery charge was not automatically refunded as one would expect, I had to ask for this back afterwards. I do wonder whether this is a deliberate move on their part and the tickets were never going to be posted in the first place. An awful lot of money stands to be made if each customer forgets to ask for their £8.50 back! After my request they have refunded postage charges. The day before the concert I was emailed again because the collection point had changed and moved to the other side of the stadium entrance. We were further disappointed after collecting our “VIP” merchandise once inside the stadium to find it’s really not VIP at all but a couple of bits and pieces in a plastic bag more suitable for a child, and certainly not for a grown man. There was no meet and greet service, no complimentary drinks, no VIP designated toilets, which we’ve had at previous VIP events (not through this company). In fact the toilets were a free for all, and women had to use the men’s because it was chaos with the queues. At no time did we feel we had the VIP treatment.

The sound quality in the stadium was so very poor and painfully loud that in the end my husband and I had to leave the concert early.  I noted that the price of our tickets had been conveniently crossed out. Overall, we feel we’ve been fleeced. It was an expensive experience, not a good one and certainly not a VIP experience as advertised and one never to be repeated. Needless to say my email to Event Travel about our experience never received a response, they’ve got their money so what do they care? After reading the other bad reviews, I don’t expect a reply from Event Travel. I won’t be using this company again.

I’ve booked VIP tickets 3 times now.. panicked the first time thinking it was going to be chaos , worried about the queuing system etc but Event Travel staff were amazing.. so well organised, honoured our numbers on our hands that other P!nk fans gave us. No rushing, pushing etc and got right to the front of the stage! So looking forward to Amsterdam in July. 100% recommend 👌

I have recently done 2 VIP early entry dates for P!nk in Liverpool. The team are fantastic! Regardless of when the doors open you are the first ones in the arena. I’ve seen some people stating that they weren’t let in that early but it isn’t up to the team, it is when the artists management say it is okay to do so. Smooth process and I had SO MUCH FUN!

Event travel Is great fun ! As a big pink fan ! You always get barrier with early entry VIP, it's always very well organized and emails are sent out timely with all info.
I've never had any issues talking to anyone on Facebook or in person on the day. Having done 5 VIP pink gigs this tour, they have all worked smoothly. Even when my merch bag had a damaged item it was replaced kindly and understandingly.
Gigs are a place of love and fun ! And event travel make this happen.
I just wish the merch bag had a tour book in 😅👍 ?? 🤪

Keep up the good work team ! Your hard work and dedication is appreciated and makes the day safe and efficient.

The team at Event travel are fab! I booked EE for P!nk, my first time doing EE.
Initially I was nervous as kept thinking will it be a free for all going In, I couldn't of been more wrong, we were taken in by a lovely lady nice calm walk to the barrier was not what I was expecting. They kept us informed throughout and for me and my friends we couldn't fault them! Thanks again, see you ok the next Tour😁

Sooooo I think this team are fantastic! Although I didn't receive my EE tickets before the show, the communication regarding what we had to do was simple and thorough! I qued from Early despite the EE as I just love the vibe and P!NK and want to be in a good spot, although anyone EE is going to have the barrier and a good spot without a shadow of a doubt, we were walked in and it was all so calm and just lovely the team were super friendly and very informative every step of the way!

I'm abit confused by the person's comment leaving the 1 star, I was EE and definitely was in and comfortable at the barrier before GA were allowed in? Unless they perhaps arrived late?

Dream team making dreams happen. Front row at the P!nk concert without people running in front of you when you've queued for hours. They kept us informed of travel changes etc too. Booked with them on many occasions prior and always professional 👌

We have been using Event Travel since 2018 for VIP Early Entry packages for P!nk. We have probably racked up 30+ gigs with them now and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way!
All the staff we have had dealings woth over the years, both in the office and on site on the day, are lovely and knowledgeable and will always have time for a chat or to answer any questions.
For me, the organised and slow, calm entry into the venues before general access is the clincher. No stress, no rushing, and certainly no liberties taken! You push or run, and you’re out! I know some people have taken “offence” to simply being told the rules, but when one person is trying to explain them to a couple of hundred people she needs to be heard! I for one am grateful for that!
Some of the negative comments are, unfortunately, beyond Event Travels control and come down to venue security, which they are not part of.
You get in (safely) before ANYONE else and are guaranteed a spot on the front barrier, if you want it - sure it might not be an hour before anyone else, but again, this is down to venue security and sound checks etc - the Event Travel team are on top of everything the second they are given the green light.
I for one am grateful I discovered this team and will be a lifetime customer ❤️

I will only ever use Event Travel when I go to concerts, the staff are so lovely, from the team on the phone to the girls at the stadium; they all go above & beyond.

We had a great experience with Event Travel VIP for the P! NK Summer Carnival Concert in Dublin 21.06.24. We had VIP Hot Seat tickets. My teenage son is Autistic and struggles with crowds.
I contacted the company by email 2 days before the event to see if they could help me in anyway to make the entry a positive experience for my son.
A girl called Jessica Vaughan replied to me immediately and she had arranged for us to meet the Event Travel Reps on the day of the concert and just show them the email that Jessica had sent me.
We met Lyndsey at the Aviva Stadium and showed her the email and she said she was expecting us. She brought us to a quiet area and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes and Lyndsey brought us straight through to our seats.
I cannot thank you two enough for your kindness, your help and most of all your commitment. My son had the best experience and absolutely loved seeing P! NK.
I would highly recommend using Event Travel and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Cannot recommend Event Travel enough! We’ve used them many times over the last few years and they haven’t once let us down. The best experience ending in the absolute best view. I don’t understand some of the previous comments. You pay for vip and early entry and that’s what you get. It doesn’t matter when others get in because you are in first. Everyone is walked is calmly and are taken to the place they want. The ladies are super friendly and helpful both in person, on the phone and via email. We wouldn’t use anyone else now.
Even when there have been a few hiccups out of their control they have dealt with it perfectly, ensuring ALL tickets are personally given out in person long before doors open as long as you are there within the checkin times you are given.

I'm only given 2 stars as the person on the phone was so polite and apologetic. Our tickets needed to be collected from event but the rep had not given the tickets to the box office till after the show started. The gazebo was on the other side to where we was
told. When we did find a rep they were rude and very unhelpful, my hotel request were ignored, what was ment to be a exciting trip for my daughters 16th was completely ruined. Will NOT be booking though this company again! Did not feel like a vip at all.

Perfect. VIP Early Entry to P!nk. Flawless on the day. Staff were lovely. I can't fault them. Would definitely recommend this company.

WoW, what an Awesome team behind Event Travel, Hannah, Chloe and Kristen, thank you so much for your patience professionalism and hard work during the morning the Paul McCartney tickets was released. Its understandable the pressure that day was ranked up. That was not a problem for the Event Travel team, handling my vip requirements with ease and even when at the eleventh hour my dreams to see a live living Beatles legend was not looking strong, especially after I had credit card, Internet issues.
Hannah and Kristen worked their hardest to make it happen, i thank you all and will be forever grateful to you all at ET. This whole experience has been a whole new level of awesome. I will be looking forward to book another trip with Event Travel in the future.

Rather you use this company or not is your choice. just don't expect VIP treatment. don't bother write review on FB they don't handle review very well . people writing review is for your company to improve .
