Would actually give no stars. Selling tickets which are standing single file on fire escape stairway beside circle seats. Not on their seating plan. When questioned with security and even management - how they can sell these as seats/standing - they are unable to answer and just throw people out. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs

Accessible Access was fantastic. Attended last night with my disabled daughter. The box office helped us with tickets and we had priority access for an event that was sold out. Overall we had a very positive experience which I think is important to add reviews for, not just negative. Just make sure as a carer you get your tickets in advance.

I have emailed twice about this issue and I cannot get an answer - I want to know if I can bring my own plastic pint cup from last time as I am growing a mountain of them in a kitchen cupboard and do not want to pay £1 for yet another plastic cup! It’s a scam in order to make more money!! I will not be buying any beverages in the future if you are not allowed to bring in your own plastic pint cup!

No one replies to lost property enquiry. No phone number that lets you actually speak to someone. Only option I have now is to travel 2 hours to the venue to see if they have my item. Dreadful.

Twice may carer has tried to purchase ‘Access Requirement’ tickets but both time we were met with non replies and sent round in circles. We have been unable to book suitable tickets at all. I hope performers start moving away from this venue as it isn’t accessible and from the other reviews seems to be very unorganised.

I bought 5 tickets for my family to see your show at the Hammersmith Apollo for 4th March. Unfortunately, after spending £145 on train tickets we found out the gig had been brought forward but we (along with 60+ people outside the venue) never received any email or post to notify us of the date change.

Eventim are now refusing to refund any money for the gig tickets, stating that we ad to ask for a refund prior to the changed date (that we were not informed about). The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

No Crowd Control.
This Venue have all their customers queueing from Apollo right down to Riverside Studios. For hours most evenings. They seem to forget these are our Homes they are outside making noise and throwing litter.
We even have to walk on the roads to get home as pavements are all blocked with their customers. Unacceptable. An invasion of my privacy having all these people right outside my Windows most evenings.

We queue for an hour, then got made to queue for another because an issue with them scanning the tickets

Saw love actually in concert today. Beautiful venue and no problems with staff at all. However, the venue was ice cold. Everybody kept coats, scarves and hats on throughout performance. I had disabled seats and sitting in the cold for 3 hours made my pain flare up to new heights

I was refused admission solely because the bouncers didnt like my face. UNACCEPTABLE. It was 6.30 pm we had just arrived from brighton by train and were completly sober.the bouncer at the door ( fenale) simply chose to dislike my face or appearance though i was well dressed quietly behaved and absoluttely sober! It is unacceptable. We were waiting for this evening since before the pandemic.

I would give zero stars but don’t know if that’s possible. Had booked to see Olafur Arnalds over the Queen’s funeral weekend. I tried on multiple occasions to contact this shower of turbots by phone to see if the gig was still going ahead given the situation and London gridlock. Could not speak with anyone. Just answerphone. Their website was misleading in that it said “rescheduled” and still does. This lead me to believe that it was rescheduled (duh). When emailing the promoter to find out when the reschedule date was a week ago, they told me that it had gone ahead on that weekend. Down £82 and feeling pretty hacked off. Never going to book a thing with these clowns again.

Too many people in the stalls. Could literally not move or get back to the space I was in after going to the bar. Toilets got progressively in a worse state during the night, and not getting cleaned. The toilet floors were dangerously slippery.

Lack of security and very aggressive staff with insulting accent

A Jason Isbell event was cancelled twice over two year period. Eventually requested refund. Money was transferred to an obsolete account which I had expressly told them not to do. They will resell the tickets but I have potentially lost £60. Do not deal with these people unless you are prepared to not get your money refunded to the account of your choice.

Show was amazing. Theatre is beautiful. However, staff were extremely rude and borderline aggressive. There was no signs or people saying you can’t take food and drink in. However, once you got to the door they try to confiscate and bin all food and drink. With the rise of living costs this is absolutely awful. Going to the theatre is a luxury and expensive. It is not unreasonable to take in your own food and drink. They tried to take ours away from us but we ended up taking it back and putting it in the cloakroom which on its own costs £2! There is no need for the rudeness and aggression and if the show had not been as amazing as it was this would have completely ruined the experience for us.

They canceled event and not refund fully. I'm alraedy dissapointed cancelllation and now angry with financial loss.

Time on tickets was wrong showing door open time and not show start time so was over 2 hours early for show

Lack of crowd management made it dangerous

Only one of 12 doors open meaning crush to get in and no access as liability of bars wc or merchandise as it was too busy and dangerous

Terrible experience and would avoid this venue for any future shows as clearly no control of venue or required safety systems

I was left furious,,,,
On entrance to the venue,all my drinks,sweets snacks were removed from my bag and thrown in the bin in front of me.told i cannot take them in...
I was there as the doors opened.
I wasnt given any choice to go back outside and eat them then come back in....
THEY WERE REMOVED FROM BAG AND STRAIGHT IN THE BIN WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
i go to venues,buy the ticket and like to spend lots on programes,ice creams and souveniers of the shows.
Only thing i like is to have snacks and drinks of my choice that no venues sell.....
THE GUY REMOVED THEM STRAIGHT FROM MY BAG THREW STRAIGHT INTO BIN ...LAUGHING SAYING I CANT TAKE THEM IN.
i will never go to any show at this venue again...regardless off what is on..
ITS A REAL SHAME AS THE MRS BROWNS BOYS TOUR 2022 SHOW WAS GREAT.

Very disappointed that Eventim Apollo doesn't refund booking/admin fees (in my case a whopping GBP13.50 for two tickets at GBP30 each!) when an event has been rescheduled. I have had to cancel a few tickets of events rescheduled due to COVID but no other venue I have dealt with has this policy. When an event is rescheduled the ticket holder has no control and should not be penalised.

Fantastic venue unfortunately the staff let it down. They are extremely rude and abrupt. They talk to people like dirt. The show was amazing so that helped ease the disappointment when we first entered the Eventim Apollo.
