I would highly recommend European Moving. They are quick in response, fast in delivery and the pick-up for a lower price than other companies. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Driver arrived 3 hours after the agreed pick up time window, which led me to miss my plane during the pandemic. Did not get any support or apologies from European moving. I will never use their services again.

The quote from European Moving was £1000 cheaper than the others I had and the service was excellent. Very good communication before hand, very friendly staff, flexiblity (I had to move the date twice and that was fine) and an excellent driver. I would absolutely recommend them for European moves.

European Moving have taken my 'fully refundable' deposit and are refusing to return it. While they have acknowledged on several occasions that I am due a refund, I have still received nothing (I have been waiting 10 weeks).

Don't use these people they are not trustworthy and have stolen my money.

Communication is a little difficult sometimes, depending on what languages you speak. Especially with the driver, as it seems most of the time the driver does not speak English, I had a polish driver for example, and was just lucky that he spoke some German (I am German).
That is mainly because none of the drivers are from European Moving themself, just hired from third-party companies. In itself, that's not a problem, only that everything is going through another party and that slows everything down.
Therefore I also felt not entirely comfortable/safe giving everything I own to another company I had never spoken to before or even heard of.
More upfront info and transparency about that would definitely be good!

Amazing service! Our driver Adam was so helpful, efficient and friendly. However, during lockdown I found it difficult to get in touch with my account manager and ended up having several different ones which did make me doubt the move was going to happen. On a more positive note it did happen and all went very smoothly which was down to our fabulous driver Adam. Thank you very much :-)

Après avoir reçu un devis valable 5 jours pour un déménagement France UK, j'ai procédé au versement de l'acompte de 50€ pour valider ce devis au bout de 4 jours. A ce moment-là, le versement de l'acompte à bien eu lieu mais le montant du devis avait augmenté de plus de 100€... après plusieurs coups de téléphone (je vous passe les informations/réponses incroyable du genre « désolé on ne peut plus rien faire car maintenant que vous avez payé c’est validé en informatique donc on ne peut plus remettre le premier devis… ») le devis final était supérieur de 20€ au devis initial. Le jour du ramassage qui devait avoir lieu entre 16h et 17h, aucune nouvelle de la part de European moving à 19h passé. Bien sûr les bureaux étant fermés aucun moyen de les joindre. Après plus de 3h d'attente en se demandant si le transporteur allait vraiment venir, le ramassage a eu lieu. C'est le seul point positif de mon expérience, le chauffeur a été super très serviable, professionnel et beaucoup plus joignable qu'European moving une fois les numéros de téléphone échangés. Il m’a tenu au courant de l’avancé du trajet, et la livraison a eu lieu à l’heure prévue. Aucun dommage dans les cartons.
Suite au ramassage raté, j’ai contacté European Moving, qui m’a dit qu’ils feraient quelque chose afin de compenser le ramassage catastrophique.
Depuis plus aucune nouvelle !
En bref un chauffeur au top ; European moving des amateurs incompétents qui vous relance tous les jours jusqu’au paiement du devis puis plus rien….donc si vous avez le temps et l’énergie de vous battre pour votre déménagement, bon courage !

Después de dos meses de incertidumbre al final todo ha resultado bien.
El conductor encantador y muy profesional pero la organización bastante mejorable. He tenido que ir llamando cada pocos días para preguntar por fechas de recogida, de llegada, entrega de contrato, y no me ha gustado nada haber tenido que pagar la mudanza una semana antes de que me mandaran el contrato.
La persona de referencia que tenía por teléfono (Dharifa) muy agradable y dispuesta.

I had a move with them from the UK to Spain during these tough corona times.
I really appreciated their flexibility and reactivness to the changes of dates that I had to make.

Communication was good, all items arrived safe and sound after staying in storage with the company for a few weeks at my request.

Collection was within the 3 day window, delivery was within the two weeks.

Good and hassle free job. Thank you!

Although I had my doubts at first, and on the day of the move found it nearly impossible to get in contact with the office, I can honestly say the service was really good.

The van arrived at the time I was told and the loading was quick and very easy. The driver and co-driver were really nice and helpful.

They got my furniture back to Cornwall the next day, and arrived at 10.30am. As I wasn't going to be there the driver kept in contact with my daughter and the delivery ran just as smoothly.

We've used European moving to move from the UK to France. We had two vans and paid extra for assistance to unload in France up to the 4th floor.

Loading the van in the UK went ok although the second driver arrived at 14:30 while we had booked a morning slot (9 to 12).

For the delivery in France, the two drivers carried between them less than 10 boxes out of the 160 items in our inventory. One of the driver looked unfit for someone that had to help us carry boxes and furnitures. European Moving admitted: "We know that the second driver was older and he arrived tired to your delivery address for that reason he couldn't be faster like your helpers in place". We think the fact that European Moving knew that one of the drivers would not be appropriately fit for the task indicates they knew he would have difficulty fulfilling the job. Yet they did not believe us when we told them. We also had difficulty with the other driver who refused to carry more than the 2 boxes he had shifted to the 4th floor, when asked. We contacted European Moving but could not get hold of our account holder on the day so contacted someone else from European Moving in the UK. Upon his advice, we sent pictures of the second driver sitting in his van. We were then told that they could not consider the pictures since they could not be sure when they had been taken. The drivers spoke no English and depsite the fact that we were told that someone from European Moving speaking Polish would call, we never received that call.

When we complained and asked for a refund, European Moving wrongly claimed that the drivers had done all the unloading to the ground floor which is why they did not help with carrying boxes and furniture to the 4th floor. This is untrue. We all helped unloading things from the van but European Moving chose not to believe us,

I also have to say that it took several emails and phone calls over a two week period for our account holder to get abck to us and decline to refund for the extra service (help from the drivers to carry boxes to the 4th floor) we paid for but did not receive.

Overall, very disappointed customer :
- late driver
- unfit driver
- did not receive extra service we paid for
- impossibility to get hold of our account rep when we had problems

Basically, once you've paid, they dont seem to care anymore...

European moving use third part movers and i suspect have no vans of their own. My collect was due with in a three day window, Monday to Wednesday with minimum 24 hour notice to be given. The driver and van arrived on the Saturday prior with no notice being given. Tried to contact European moving by phone and e-mail no response.
Van loaded as fortunately most boxes packed, driver was very good. Delivery made and offloaded.
European Moving did contact me on the Monday after my e-mail on Saturday and the coordinator was as confused as i was.
Received an apology via an e-mail explaining carrier got the dates wrong. My contract is with European moving, so they got it wrong, they are suppose to organise and keep people informed that is what they get paid for. Bad communication.

We contacted a number of removal companies for quotes and European Moving came in the least expensive by far! Especially as we wanted a Luton van (and man) to ourselves, that would drive straight from our 3-bed house in Sheffield (UK) to Uddevalla (Sweden). All other companies could only offer us part-loads that would take 3-4 weeks and cost MORE than our own dedicated and direct van and man from European Moving. Our contact at European Moving was Fatima. She was based in Spain, which made it a little tricky when I tried to call her once and could only get through to someone who didn't speak English, but it didn't matter as she was always responding to my emails in a timely manner. She was also very patient with all my questions and was always very helpful.

The only restriction with our booking was that it had to be max 20 cubic meters or 1,000 kilos. This volume / weight was fine for us, as we weren't bringing any furniture. We weighed each box, as we packed it, and added a column to the European Moving excel inventory spreadsheet to log the weight, which was handy. It turns out we reached capacity a little earlier than expected, 999kg to be precise, so we had to leave some kitchen bowls, oven dishes, pestle & mortar etc. But apart from that, for a family of 2 adults and a toddler, who had lived in a small 3-bed house for 8 years - the space / weight capacity felt adequate. In total we had 62 cardboard boxes of various sizes + 11 loose items such as 3 guitars, 1 large keyboard, 1 pram, 1 child carseat and so on.

The van turned up at 12pm on the Monday when we had been allocated the morning slot, meaning it could've turned up any time between 9am and 12pm. The driver was Polish with very little spoken English, but he was helpful and professional. He also kindly wore a face mask, as we had asked for this, as did we. It took my husband, his friend and the driver (3 relatively big men) about 45 mins - 1 hour to fill the van. Although there was plenty of space left in the van, but obviously we weren't allowed to utilise the space, as we had already reached our weight capacity.

We then cleaned the house and flew to Sweden the next day, on the Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, at 10am Swedish time - the van turned up. Again, our driver was really helpful with the unloading of all our belongings. It was all done in half an hour and off he went to the next customer.

We checked our boxes for any damage right away and we opened our special items such as guitar cases, the keyboard case etc, and everything had arrived in a good condition.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from European Moving!!! Especially as they were so affordable in comparison to many other companies. Even when we had paid the insurance for all our stuff on top, it still came in very competitive in comparison. For the insurance we went with Letton Percival - also a really great company where we had excellent service from Ian Harrison. I did this very last minute, so I would highly recommend booking the insurance with at least 3-5 days to go. I stupidly did it the same day as the van was departing, but Ian still managed to sort it just in time.

Peor no puede ir. Contratamos una mudanza para hacerla el día 19 y entregarla el día 24, con salida de España y llegada a Holanda. El día de antes, el 18, nos llaman y nos dicen que no pueden hacer lo contratado. Que la mudanza la tienen que hacer el día 21, hoy. Que llegarían entre las 08:00 y las 10:00 horas.
Y aquí estamos esperando que aparezcan. Hemos llamado y nos dijeron que llegarían en 15 minutos o 1 hora. Algo absurdo, porque estamos en un pueblo pequeño y ese margen no parecía muy real. Por supuesto no han llegado.
Hemos vuelto a llamar y nos han dicho que llegan en 1 hora. Le he pedido que me digan donde está el conductor y me han colgado, he vuelto a llamar y estoy esperando que confirmen si es verdad que llegan en una hora o no.
A ver como acaba esto... Os informaré

I've moved with European movers twice. Each time has been easy: great communication before the move, flexible drivers happy to do what they can to help. I can't imagine a better partner.

I was in a tricky predicament and had only 2 days notice to arrange an urgent upload of my UK home full of furniture and possessions and transfer/deliver to a remote location in the northern part of Spain. I needed to speak to someone who could hand hold me every step of the way and reassure me throughout the entire process, and l found this in Ida, who thoughtfully explained all my options and proactively called me at various intervals after I'd booked, to check that all was happening as planned. Ida was exceptional and a credit to European Moving.
I'd booked a van with a man and felt confident throughout the entire upload - Piotrek was well equipped for the job at hand in the UK and more particularly in Spain where he had to first of all navigate the Luton van through tiny and narrow streets in a village with less than 150 inhabitants and then proceed to physically carry all my furniture (with the help of 2 others) up 3 flights of stairs. He removed the door at one point, put my bed back together, re-inserted the drawers into a marble top unit. He truly was extraordinary. I am deeply indebted to European Moving and would highly highly recommend this company. You can't go wrong. Thank you immensely!

Entreprise malhonnête je ne recommande pas du tout.
J ai eu à faire deux fois à cette entreprise, une fois en tant que client et une fois en tant que prestataire.
En tant que prestataire j ai été contacté par un employé Ivaylo afin d aider un chauffeur polonais à charger son camion. 6 mois plus tard cette entreprise ne s est toujours pas acquitté de sa dette et ne répond même plus à nos mails.
Nous avons également fait appel à eux afin de rapatrier du mobilier de Belgique vers la france. Chargement catastrophique, aucune protection sur le mobilier, des chauffeurs qui rentrent en conflit car n appartenant pas tous à la même société il a fallu choisir qui devait partir le premier. Ces chauffeurs ne sont ni déménageurs ni professionnels

Prestation ou l on me dit que le chauffeur apportera son aide au déchargement mais ou le chauffeur n´ a strictement rien fait. Malgré ces remarques au près de European moving aucun retour ni geste commercial
Cette entreprise ne vérifie ni le soin apporté à votre mobilier et se cache derrière leur téléphone en cas de litige
Je le répète entreprise Malhonnête qui ne paye pas ses prestataires

Scammers sales representatives who take quickly as possible your 50 euros to trap you in a contract that you can not escape

The refund of the 50 euros takes 30 to 90 days ..... i was told by the scammer who never accepted to let me out of the deal

You must know that i have asked to cancel exactly the same day that i got called on the phone by the scammer named Hossam that was Saturday morning and then in the afternoon i realized that i didn’t have the money and that i had been forced into a contract

Just avoir then and ban this company !!!

Despite a mixed bag of reviews, I decided to use this company as they were the most reasonable. Excellent service from start to finish. Charming Polish driver arrived on time to collect and goods safely delivered in good order to our house in France. Would use again
