The office staff were very helpful and flexible on our booking, which kept changing. The drivers arrived within the allocated window and were quick and efficient with the packing. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition and was unloaded without incident. We had no language in common with either driver but surprisingly this was not really a problem. Very good price and very happy with the service.

Cheap and reliable service. Used twice in three years. Very good experience.

I would like to say that Dorsaf Lassoued attended me with a high level standards for client-operator. She answered all my questions very professionally and kept in touch, through the whole process.

Our overall experience can be divided to 3 parts :
1 - initial contact/ sales process/ - excellent! - Idalija was very attentive and professional. i would give her a top score indeed of 5 points - well done!
2 - the collection of our good - was disaster ... the track arrived 5 hours late ( at 3 pm ) and without any helper ( beside the fact that we booked a helper and paid for this service. after waiting for another 5 hours driver himself asked his friend (a driver of another track) who helped to carry our staff to the car - so i would give this part only 1 star
3 - delivery of the goods - track delivered our goods on time and everything was in order - so i would give it 5 points as well.
i would recommend this company but their operation teams have to step up!

I have used you European Moving twice as they were very quick in answering questions, organising transport and giving extra support. I also found that they had the best deals for an European move. The customer service was always on hand when I needed support or advice.

The first contact throught the chat of the website has been difficult to made, since I have not received any answer/quotation.
After a second message, Dorsaf Lassoued called me back and sent me all the needed info and followed very well the whole process.
We did a shipment from Belgium to Paris, and she followed all step, being very kind, attentive and professionnal despite some struggle on my side.
My only remark would be toward the guidelines that should hilight in red and bold, that until payement is not on the bank account, shipment is not possible.

European Moving did a great job helping me sort out my move from London to Prague . Due to the current uncertain situation everything was in the last minute and really stressfull. They were flexible on the dates and collection time, my move coordinator Georgi did a great job in keeping me up to date with everything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Removal Team did not Speak English - just broken English, with words like "Help" and "No" being the most used.

Decided not to utilise the full size of the Luton Van up, instead 'guessed' the weight of the load using the height of the suspension as a gauge of weight!

So, they left more than half of our belongings behind and tried to con me into booking a second Removals Van. Instead, I found another Removal Company who managed the remainder with no problems at a quarter of the Price and none of the trouble.

European Moving are a hilariously, incompetent Removals Company - as I said - DO NOT USE.

I used European Moving to move a 1 bedroom flat (~500 kg) from Cambridge UK to Amsterdam NL, in COVID time, just after UK had announced quarantine restrictions. My move manager was Ida. Ida was extremely helpful and easy to contact also after the contract was signed. She responded really fast to my emails and with clear answers. Even after office hours she made herself available which I really appreciated, and I would say more service than you would get elsewhere.

European moving does subcontract movers for the jobs and gives you updates from them. I had read mixed reviews and will admit was a bit worried about it. My experience was as follows - and I recognise some things from other reviews. You are paying a very competitive price compared to other moving companies- the consequence of this is not in quality but in the amount of flexibility you need to have. The pick up time was set for the morning but (also due to heavy traffic and hard rain) ended up being at mid-night, and arrival time was approximately 3 hours later than estimated the next day (21.00 instead of 18.00). This instability makes arranging extra help very tricky (which I arranged on arrival but they had to leave but my boyfriend ended up being fine on his own with the driver).

My driver was a really nice man, very careful with my things (pack them properly if you want to protect them -- they have no extra blankets etc in the van - but they do secure things properly), did heavy lifting when loading and unloading the van, and spoke good English. My advice is also to be smart and order your boxes from heavy to light for better stacking. Everything arrived in perfect condition (including a large plant) and nothing was missing.

So, if you have a tight schedule on pick up and arrival time, and not willing to help with the heavy lifting don't choose this solution. If you are willing to build in the flexibility and can do some of the heavy lifting this is a very good price -quality choice to make. I wasn't prepared to pay a very large amount of money (the next quote I got was 1000 pounds more) as I only had few items to move - but they held sentimental value. I would recommend this service to others which have less financial space, and that don't mind/ and can be more flexible.

We have not yet actually gone through the move itself, but in planning our move from Denmark to Austria about three weeks from now, Dorsaf Lassoued has been genuinely nice, helpful and competent. We had a few things to figure out on our end and move dates around and clear things up with her and she was super helpful, got everything sorted out for us and could generally be counted on to keep her word and call us back when she said she would.
If more service people were like her, our life would be a lot easier. Thank you!

This could have been a much better service if communication between internal teams was better.

Pros
1- Good competitive price
2- The truck was right size with side loading making loading easier
3- Arrived on time and delivered on time.

Cons
1- Too many people involved not knowing what has been agreed with agent
2- Driver speaks no English
3- Driver is just driver and not a packing expert (or even knows how to pack a truck). My wife had to get on truck and arrange packing.
4- Do not take payment by card. You can pay deposit by card only which in this day and age is unhelpful.

i booked a moving from palma de mallorca to bordeaux and it was a success but to much glitches , the worst being:
- the driver of the van was early for pick up because it was more convenient for him, i am the one who pays i should decide!
- the driver of the van was only speaking polish, communication was horrible
- i booked for an helper which was "forgotten" by european moving, fortunately i found someone in last seconfs
- the delivery was scheduled on wednesday and the polish driver show on monday because i suppose he drove all night and was willing to take another contact, that is not serious!
- fortunately the staff of european moving was friendly but they are careless regarding the choice of driver and the respect of time schedule
- in the end i should say you get what you pay for, low cost service for...low cost

European Moving came reccomended by a friend who did the London to Amsterdam move a year previous. They could not of been more helpful and brilliant at communicating the process step by step. They picked up our things from a storage facility on the day and time decided and dropped right to our door the next day bang on time. Communication over whats app by the driver was super efficient and easy. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They can't be beaten on price either as we had the same job priced by other companies some double and triple what EM did it for. Would recommend to anyone moving country.

Disgusting, disorganised, didn't follow COVID guidelines, I've overpaid and they won't process a refund, their management won't speak to anyone on the phone, their sales people grab money and disappear, none of the essential departments talk to each other, avoid this company like the plague (ironic in these times).

Excellent service, reasonable cost

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY INSISTED I PAY IN ADVANCE OVER £2000 to ship my Household furniture and goods. They collect money from you and refuse to pay the Polish moving Company and now the Polish company are refusing to deliver my goods until they get paid and European moving are no longer answering the phone...THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED WITH MY HOUSEHOLD GOODS, THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING ANY CALLS AND I AM CALLING THE POLICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Appalling! Please don't be seduced by the price like I was.
Initial quotes are very competitive but as you get into the detail the price quickly escalates. Unless you know the weight (not just the volume) of your load then avoid this company - they do not provide any guidance on this and you may end up paying for two loads!
The quality of the service was very poor, with detailed inventories not followed and items left behind; items poorly packed and damaged in transit; little or no communication and customer support.
This company sub-contract packing and shipping to sub-contractors - I can only assume this is the reason for the appalling service. Even the sub-contractors on our job had nothing good to say about European Moving!
Please do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this company.

I would not recommend to use this company to any of my friends or enemies. We loaded our furniture in the UK well protected and in good order. We paid for one week storage In one of their warehouse in Folkestone before delivering to our new place in France. When we received our furniture yesterday it looked like it was just thrown in into the lorry with no logic or order for uploading goods and without any protective blankets we provided. Many of our furniture was found on arrival with many scratches and breakages. The driver told us that only one person was put to load his track and that he was just throwing in our stuff without any care. I have immediately contacted the company providing photographic evidence of damages incurred and their response was very unsatisfactory denying any of these was their responsibility. I am chasing them for a response and will pursue the matter further as this is not the service I paid for. I am found with broken parts of furniture which makes it impossible for my family to use and would have to throw away. Shameful service and already discouraged some friends that are about to move houses and were intended to use their services. I will never use them again for our return trip to the UK or any other time. I wish I could post photos of how the goods were loaded in to their lorry to make you realise how this company works.

I am not satisfied with your response. I have no mean of responding to you via Trustpilot however I have already provided all photos as evidence how the furniture arrived via email to the move manager on the very same day that tour lorry arrived. My furniture was loaded by myself and the driver on the day of collection from my Uk address. This was done in a very careful and efficient way. Subsequently my furniture was stored by you for one week and then reloaded by your company and then delivered to my French address. In your response you are also saying that you are glad that most of my furniture arrived safely.....that is not the case, the majority of my furniture was damaged and/or scratched. The only items that were not damaged were the clothes in the boxes. It’s been now over 2 weeks since I emailed all proof of this and many emails to my move manager and still waiting to hear from anyone from your company.
