TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Very disappointed with this company. My removal order was cancelled after deposit was paid without my consent. Now it's been almost 3 months and still haven't gotten my refund. A complete nightmare- More than 2 Months and still no refund!
A complete nightmare! The worst customer service I have ever seen! The driver was not briefed at all about the job and, after loading the van, he told us that he was going to arrive one day later than we were assured by the company. Basically, European Moving just put the itinerary on Google maps and hope for the best! I was forced to rearrange a great number of things in order to reschedule the moving, including some costly issues.
We also paid extra for floor assistance in London and Barcelona but we were never provided with such a service. More than 2 months after, we have not been refunded yet, and judging by other comments we will have to take legal action in order to recover our money.
On top of that, when I called multiple times asking for an explanation I was not even given an apology. It took me several weeks of chasing just to get them to send an email to the Payments Team putting me in copy. As other users have already complained, you can just contact directly the Sales Team, which basically tells you that they can’t do anything and at some points they are plainly rude. I have not ever heard yet from the Payments team and I currently doubt about its entire existence…

Also on the day of the move from Zurich to Paris -- when I was very unhappy with the driver that was sent to me -- I contacted Madjid and immediately within two hours he was able to send me a new driver that was excellent and offered me the best customer experience with moving my personal effects carefully and responsibly to Paris. Great service
We used the full load (20m3) service to relocate from London to Frankfurt in July 2020, including storage for a month.
Moving coordinators were very helpful, everything went smooth. Both the collection and delivery were made on time and all our items arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Entreprise incompétente et malhonnête. A éviter !
C'est une entreprise à la fois incompétente et malhonnête. Fuyez, à éviter absolument.
Pour illustrer mes propos :
- nous n'avons pas été livrés durant la fourchette convenue (entre lundi et mercredi...les cartons sont arrivés jeudi)
- on devait être prévenu 2h avant la livraison, au final european move nous appelle 1h après l'arrivée du livreur
- european move a justifié ce retard d'un jour en expliquant que le camion était en panne. Ce qui était faux, car le chauffeur, sous-traitant, a expliqué qu'il n'avait pas reçu le paiement d'european move à temps. Il n'a jamais été en panne. Cette entreprise prétexte régulièrement de cette panne à ses clients et ment à ses clients pour masquer ses manquements.
- il manquait 4 cartons lors de la livraison. Le livreur a refusé de signer l'inventaire que nous avions adressé à european move, car cette dernière ne l'avait jamais communiqué à sa compagnie. Or, european move impose de faire signer cet inventaire à la livraison (??!??)
- le service client au téléphone n'est absolument pas compétent, et accorde peu d'intérêt à votre dossier une fois que vous avez réglé la facture.
- on vous explique qu'un responsable va vous appeler alors qu'en réalité il a démissionné plusieurs jours auparavant,
- lorsqu'on demande d'activer leur assurance pour la perte de nos cartons et de nous indemniser, tout est finalement compliqué et la société cherche à s'exonérer de toute responsabilité.
Bref, un vrai cauchemar. Ne passez pas par European move, la pire entreprise de déménagement que j'ai connu.

Nous sommes persuadés que votre coordinateur de déménagement était constamment à votre recherche de mises à jour. Cependant, veuillez garder à l'esprit que pendant qu'ils contrôlent le véhicule, les chauffeurs ne peuvent pas utiliser leur téléphone et que nous devons donc attendre qu'ils soient à l'arrêt pour nous contacter.
Les boîtes manquantes ne sont toujours pas activées, et nous aimerions en savoir plus à ce sujet. Veuillez envoyer un e-mail à votre responsable de déménagement et nous transmettrons à la direction pour qu'elle s'en occupe. Nous nous excusons pour les actions de ce chauffeur.
Nous sommes un service à bas prix et nous gérons un réseau de chauffeurs à l'échelle de l'UE, nous tenons à maintenir la qualité des normes de conduite et, dans ce cas, nous effectuons des recherches supplémentaires pour vous.
Nous sommes heureux que toutes vos affaires soient arrivées saines et sauves et nous vous souhaitons le meilleur dans votre nouvelle maison.

My whole experience of this company has been excellent. The transport coordinator, Ida, was helpful and was regularly in contact. Both drivers, pick up in Spain and delivery in UK, were friendly and as helpful as they could be in these covid times.

Good but could be better
+ my stuff arrived in good condition and on the day they had said / cheaper than other suppliers
- I didn't know what time the driver would arrive and he didn't call to tell me he was here.
I didn't have the driver's number who didn't speak English.
European moving charged me £100 more because they pretended I had 600kg instead of 500: I doubt it as no heavy furniture, just books

Move from France to England
I was very pleased indeed with the way everything worked in moving the contents of our house from France to England. All dealings in advance with European Moving were prompt and clear, and answers were given swiftly to my questions by email or phone. On the day of the move, the van and driver turned up early, and was happy to wait until the stated time to start loading the van with us. There was a slight language barrier, but this didn't prove to be insurmountable. The driver was excellent, good-natured, patient, very good at his job in packing the van and clearly experienced. He was early the other end too, and again happy to wait until we were ready.
He was very helpful in unloading too and nothing that had been transported was broken or damaged at all. I was pleased with the price we paid for the entire move and with the service we received. The only reason not to give 5 stars was that I would expect to be able to communicate with the driver more easily than was the case, either in English or in French (in this case), but we had to work via someone else on the phone.
