Not made to last and no repair service
Eufy X9 in use less than 3 yrs. the roller connector/housing in the robovac is broken and there is NO Eufy repair centre in the UK. An expensive purchase and no back up repair system A really poor product

Purchased robot hoover which then went down in price by £20. Their guarantee is to refund difference. They would only refund with gift cards so it’s not really a refund!

Eufy S1 Robot vacuum cleaner
Eufy S1 Robot vacuum cleaner.....First vacuum cleaner broke.... took an age to sort out then Eufy agreed to a replacement robot....that then took an age too sort out... replacement Eufy S1 finally arrived but that did not work either as the dirty water tank would not fill. Under the Consumer act which I quoted to Eufy they eventually agreed to a full refund.....which I'm still waiting for. Eufy robots are unreliable and to compound that there after sales services are ridiculous. For instance it can take days just to get a reply to an email and nothing can be settled over the phone.

My experience of Eufy products has been very positive. The problem is if you have to contact their support for technical assistance. On this occasion I asked for help with the setup of a video doorbell and they6 sent me a step by step approach using the Eufy security app. Problem was that one line of the instructions just does not exist in the app. Asking for clarification of this and they repeatedly fail to answer the question. This suggests to me that they may be using scripted responses because they are a Chinese company and are unwilling or unable to engage in an email dialogue to sort out technical problems quickly. I have now given up trying to get a straight answer from them.
UK customer service is a joke
Replacement hoover was supposed to arrive on the 17th of November 2025 got delayed with the courier until 8 o’clock then didn’t turn up. Didn’t turn up the following day or the day after that or the day after that. Courier tracking wasn’t updated called customer services several times emailed them several times. All I got told was to be patient and they couldn’t offer me any further updates wouldn’t put me through to a manager wouldn’t provide any further information.
Good item not so easy to set up with booklet!
So its a good price with no subscriptions...The installation instruction book is Rubbish help!
Help line did there best and it did help me figure out my issue....The app on my phone is not very easy to use or understand takes some working out bit like the phone/ door bell/ chime hub unit.
Extra buy needed was sd card and it was not made clear where to use it depending on your purchase...so mine needed to be in chime unit in the house...other door bell issues still to clarify but its a one off cost no subscriptions just s lack of your product info in booklet or on down loaded app!!
E340 doorbell
E340 doorbell, utterly terrible. Had it a couple of weeks motion detection detects everything but humans on all sensitivity setting. Battery lasts a couple of weeks. Bring back my ring, suck up yearly cost

I purchased this robot vacuum for my photographic studio (across two floors) and was initially impressed — so much so that I bought a second one for the upstairs. When it works, the X10 Pro Omni does perform well: vacuuming, mopping, the suction is strong, and the smart features sound good.
But here’s the problem: the reliability and customer service are terrible. Both base stations developed leaks, we submitted requests for repair or replacement, and were told we were “back-ordered.” For six months we couldn’t use either robot. This after spending about £2,000 on the two units. More recently, one of the robots has stopped working entirely and we’re again hitting the same wall trying to get anything resolved.
We run a busy studio with pets (including a long-haired cat) and people coming and going — so I expected a robust machine + reliable support. What we got was a device that, yes, can work well, but fails too often and leaves you stranded. Customer service has not been responsive. At this point I had been planning to upgrade to the newer “Pro” model — but after this experience I’m going elsewhere.
Bottom line: The hardware shows promise, but the service and support let it down catastrophically. I cannot recommend this unless you’re comfortable with the risk that you may be left without support.
Worst Vacuum Robot.
One of the worst vacuum robot I had. I had this robot few months ago. It was giving me some alerts like clean this or that it was ok but after 4 months it started gives me alert clean tray and I started clean tray 2 or 3 times a day but alerts still there. I spoke Eufy they try to fix it but failed and they decided to replace it. It took more than to months to replace it with refurbished one. When I received it says it’s disconnected.they try it fix it over the phone but failed and now they are saying to replace the base. I’m very disappointed with their service and especially with this cheap product. And don’t know how many months it would take to fix it. I’m out of robot almost 3 months now. My product is still under 1 year warranty.
AVOID to have this EUFY USELESS ROBOT. it’s just waste of money.
Not Really Fit For Purpose
After purchasing the doorbell camera, set it up and all seemed fine only to find it would only randomly detect people, our milkman who visits at 3am has not been detected yet. Then we found the battery would last less than two weeks. I connected customer services about the battery and they couldn't care less and told me to take it back to where I purchased it from. Shockingly bad customer service for a shockingly bad product. I purchased this to replace a Ring doorbell because they put up the price of their cloud service, but their customer service was second to none and I now wish I stayed with them.
Warranty not upheld
Warranty not upheld - don't buy any of their products.
I bought a brand new, unopened set of 3 cameras and hub from a third party (not a shop). Registered all the cameras for warranty. But only a few months in and a camera had completely died.
Contacted for a replacement to be told because I didn't buy from them the warranty wouldn't be honoured.
Really don't think it should matter where I bought it from. They were brand new, legitimate products, made by Anker (Eufy).
I'll never buy an Anker product again.

I’ve had the worst experience! They couldn’t advise the delivery date, I asked to cancel & they said to refuse the delivery but the delivery driver just left the product at my door!
I ended up having to return the item with their prepaid 2 day/48 hour postage label.
12 days later I am being informed that the product will be at their warehouse in 2 days and it needs to be inspected before they will issue a refund which can take another 3-5 working days! I didn’t even open the box!
I am beyond frustrated and angry! Disgusting level of service

The Eufy RoboVac X8 Hybrid commonly experiences issues such as being stuck or trapped, which can trigger error 6, and also problems with the laser sensor. Other issues include the robot getting lost, going in circles, or experiencing charging errors, often due to software glitches.

Perfect and value for money.
I've had my Eufy L60 Hybrid for 18 months now.
Absolutely faultless operation.
Once you have the maps created you can set it anywhere upstairs or downstairs and it'll work out its location and clean.
I've mostly hard floors with a couple of mats and it tackles both well.
Plus side! I only need to pull out Henry when doing stairs or hard to reach areas.
Not a very good 1st impression
Not a very good 1st impression. Received scales with battery included from them. The batteries were flat and I had to buy new ones. They didn't want to refund the cost of the batteries. This really doesn't fill me with confidence on the quality of the scale & in their customer service should an issue occur with their product. I will most certainly not recommend them
Multiple Trustpilot companies
Initially I was impressed with Eufy and bought a number of cameras and a hub, but I discovered that every time I used another appliance, like most people I have a phone and an iPad I had to log in again and again. It became a real pain, the suggestion is to set up additional account for other appliances but, DONT DO IT. When I did I lost all my cameras and had to load them all in again. These days the operation of this software is very poor. They seem to make good kit but have been let down by the software.
Video doorbell glass lens cover…
Had a problem with the glass lens cover on my video doorbell - it fell out in my hand when I removed the unit for battery charging. Contacted the company and communicated with Anker support. Apologetic, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Complete unit replaced free of charge, with new one arriving within 7 days of first contact. Can’t recommend highly enough.
DO NOT BUY you have been warned
