Terrible customer service. Called 5 times and no answer. Would not call us back. What is wrong with with customer service now days???? Finished buying from them!😩😩😩😩

Thanks to Robin H for responding promptly to my question about required clearance on a RV sofa! Sometimes it is difficult to interpret item description so I appreciate the human input.

ordered a part that they charged 28$ for. They called to verify the shipping address , and said it would ship that day. 5 days later I called to verify it shipped, they stated it was coming from the manufacturer, had not shipped, and they could not tell me when it would ship. I canceled the order , ordered it from another company who also gets it from the manufacturer, and was given the price at 9.99 , and 3 day shipping period, within a hour I had tracking numbers. Avoid Etrailer.

Provided some excellent answers to a complex question I asked and guided my purchase decision.

She helped with my question and also found a way for me to solve my issue. It sure is nice to have somewhere that you can get information when you need it.

He answered my question and I have ordered the parts he said. I hope to install them when they come in.

Unfortunately I didn't get any information about why etrailer re-identified this model as NC63FR. It caused confusion and if there's a reason for calling it a different model number I would appreciate knowing that.

Miserable experience dealing w/ returns.

Charged me $15 to return a $30 item.
Customer service and RMA process is horrendous.

Hated dealing w/ the entire process.

Will just go through Amazon in the future.

The service I received was outstanding, a little screwup from the postal system but other than that everything is good. I had the unit installed today on my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid, after the install I couldn’t shift into gear, the toad was not connected to the motor home, we think it may have something to do with the relay switch. It goes back to the shop next Monday.

Gwendolyn was able to advise the correct RM # after I tried multiple searches in your website. She also shared a brief email conversation. That doesn't happen with the 'bots'! I also located an installation video that should answer questions when I get to that.

I needed a 3” wide 26.5 “ long 7 leaf slipper spring, to no avail anywhere was able to order a 30 inch long one from you folks, not installed yet so still not sure it’s going to work but it should, I hope ?

Received an answer and explanation concerning the Hitch I was inquiring about.

Jameson was very thorough and knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision on the replacement electrical panel with converter. My electrician agreed also.
