I popped in today to purchase a necklace for myself and a gift for my daughter. They had plenty of beautiful pieces and the saleswoman Samantha was really friendly and helped me pick out a stunning pair of earrings! Lovely shop and great all round customer service!

Iv been looking for good quality fashionable silver for a while. I found Essential online and their range of rings, big spinner rings and cute midi rings were perfect for me.
I had a little trouble with sizing and originally ordered way to big, but a quick email to their customer service and they were super helpful, sent me out a measuring tool next day so I could re-order immediately.
They also have the cutest Huggies and studs which are perfect stacking earrings, safe to say I bought quite a bit and will be buying more!
Every arrived so quickly, I couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered online for the first time recently. Orders came promptly with tracked delivery. I had an issue with ring sizing/some faults with pieces I've ordered and Alex at customer service was very responsive and accommodating in exchanges. Really appreciated it.

Daughter bought a bracelet and the plating wore off after one week, returned it to Guildford branch to be rudely told that’s what she should expect of costume jewelry. Very rude staff

Tried exchanging a ring, only for it to get lost/stolen in transit. Alex was great in helping during the whole process and sent the ring I initially wanted at the end of it all.

Had an amazing experience using this company. Ordered the wrong size necklace, contacted customer services and by the next day they replaced my necklace with the correct size. Would recommend this company and I would definately use them again!

Having purchased early Christmas presents in store, I had forgotten about gift boxes. Due to the store being out of town, I decided to contact Essential Jelewery online. Jacqui was very helpful in advising what size boxes I would need, and had them delivered for Christmas. After a lovely experience I would definitely recommend Essential.

Best customer service I have ever received. Had trouble with getting the right size ring for my finger however Alex kept me fully informed with the progress on tracking down the right size to posting it to me and updating me on its arrival.

Delivery was really fast, my rings arrived in 2 days with free delivery - and they are really good quality.

I sent some rings back for a refund and some for an exchange, and when I contacted customer service in regards to this, Lydia was extremely helpful and sent me my refund within the day.

I ordered silver jewellery from Essential Jewellers on 6th September which was a gift for a friend. I have not received the packet till today. I emailed their customer service and they replied back but they could not track the packet and never responded after that. I paid extra £4 for delivery while ordering but that Royal mail delivery is not traceable. In store they do not respond as they are not responsible for online deliveries. I am not sure how to go ahead to get refund .
