Essential is a fantastic company! I’ve had multiple pieces from here, all great sterling silver. On the occasion my anklet broke, out of the guarantee period- I contacted them and Ellie the lovely customer service assistant had me a new one sent out free of charge. Amazing service. I came across Essential whilst looking to buy some necklace extenders. I was amazed at the choice of items available, their value for money, compared to other jewellers and speedy delivery - arriving 2 days later. I ended up buying 2 new pendants, a ring and a bracelet as well as 2 extenders! I am really happy with my items and the extenders are great to let me change up and layer my necklaces. I will definitely be visiting Essential again.

Bought my wife a pearl necklace from here and honestly couldn’t tell the difference in quality compared to a much more expensive well-known brand we’d looked at. It was less than half the price as well. She loves it, so can’t really ask for much more.

Ordered Sterling Silver Earrings, when they arrived they were badly tarnished, not wearable , contacted the email provided on website 2 weeks ago and had no response!!

Very poor customer service. Ordered a pair of earrings online to replace a similar pair I’d bought elsewhere and lost. They arrived the day after I found my original earrings so I got in touch asking to return them as no longer needed. The package is completely unopened yet I’m told I cannot return them due to hygiene reasons, even though the package is still completely sealed. Really poor customer service.

Just went into the shop to buy a chain as mine broke. The staff member couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service, I will be back. Thank you.

I have been buying jewellery from essential for a decade and always loved it. I received two pairs of earrings for my birthday just over a month ago and one pair has already broken. As I liked them my friend did not keep a receipt so I cannot get a refund. I am upset as why would you keep a receipt if you liked the item.

I had ordered some earrings online for a friend, however the order had a little hiccup going through. Upon contacting Essentials, the agents, Alex, was more than helpful in resolving my query. I felt the service went above and beyond, and has been the best experience I have ever had with a company. They replied in a timely manner, and made me feel very valued as a customer. For me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewellery now, the quality and service are both 10/10.

The lovely brunette lady - annoyingly didn’t ask her name - was very helpful in finding a necklace chain and even put a link onto my pendant for free when we couldn’t find what we were looking for. Great service and will be back!

I wasn't sure if I was ordering the correct sizes when I ordered two rings and I was completely wrong. I was able to exchange them for the correct sizes at no cost and hassle free. Delivery was quick and the quality of the rings that I bought are great. They’re both stylish and cool. I have received many complements on my rings and I’ll definitely purchase more jewellery from this shop.

This is such an incredibly company. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff in the actual shops and hassle free exchanges with speedy postage on the return and sending out of the new sizes. The staff in Southampton branch are so helpful. I went in just before Christmas and they were fantastic! It was so busy but the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service. Sent my anklet back to be resized. Contact customer service told me what to do and responded quickly. This was done free of charge. Absolutely amazing service.

i purchased a ring and it was delivered on the 13th of december. there was a couple of minor black marks on the stone which was annoying but nothing worth returning as it wasn’t noticeable from a distance. aswell as this the band of the ring had a couple of scuff marks. today however the stone had fell out of the ring after lessthan a month of wearing it. very disappointing considering i paid £25. I also bought a matching necklace and the stone has also fell out.

i must give praise to a very polite helpful young lady called 'Bella , she was a joy , nothing too much , gave suggestions and helpful advice .
i thanked her for being polite and helpful.
pity we didn't have the same experience in other shops.
