I ordered Dougles German Shepherd plush toy for my 5 years old son and he absolutely loves it.
Great quality product. The material is very soft and comfortable to touch.

Amazing service! Personal and friendly touch. The attention to detail and the packaging were above and beyond. These plushies help my daughter with her anxiety; she uses them as an ESSA and takes them to school as a 'School Buddy', which brings her so much comfort. I will definitely be buying more. Highly, highly recommend this seller—very reliable and genuine Douglas dogs!

I ordered the Douglas Napoleon French Bulldog Plush Toy for my nephew and I am very happy with the experience. The quality of the toy is excellent and exactly as described. The service was fast and reliable, and the item arrived well packaged. My nephew loved it. I would definitely order again and recommend this.

Fantastic service - above and beyond
Fantastic service so helpful and went above and beyond!!
We ordered an ESSA teddy for my daughter for Christmas but she decided she did not like the eyes - she is autistic and very particular! I contacted Aida to see if we could exchange and she was more than happy to organise and helped us choose the right one sending us pictures of the dogs available and their eyes so that my daughter could be sure she was going to be happy with the chosen exchange.
Exchange arrived really quickly and even came with a free gift.
My daughter is so happy and I will be saving Aida’s details as I will not be shopping anywhere else for future Douglas teddies!!

Amazing customer service and brilliant…
Amazing customer service and brilliant products. My daughter is obsessed with Douglas dogs (ESSA’s) and this site is perfect with a great choice. Fast delivery rather than waiting weeks and weeks when ordering from American sites. Paying for great quality and perfect customer service. Had several orders from this site and could not be happier, Will continue to use this site as family run and just feels more personal.
I would give 6 stars if I could
