absolutely amazing! I ordered the tucker chocolate lab a few days ago and its just arrived and OMG it is absolutely gorgeous! I didn't expect it to be as small as it is but its a perfect size to take it on adventures. I will deffo be ordering off them again and I recommend ordering from here because there amazing x

Love my Douglas Weimaraner so much she is adorable her name is Charlotte and she is just so precious I can't wait to get gear for her and take her out to a bunch of places and the collar fits her well thank you guys so much.

Perfect, beautiful packaged, my daughter loved making a video opening her essa. Also really appreciated the whatsapp updates. I actually still can't believe how great the quality is. It stands, sits, lies down and with a lead it's easy to move around to do tricks. Absolutely brilliant and my daughter takes him everywhere and I spent a fortune on pet supplies. Only suggestion would be to have more of a choice of accessories for sale on your website, for example harness, leads, collars, socks, bowl, toys and dog bed because it has been tricky getting the right sizes and would have saved lots of time just adding to order instead of many days out to local pet supply shops. My daughter hasn't seen them yet as they are for her birthday on Monday but she is going to be over the moon with them. The gorgeous pink tissue paper and cute sticker is such a lovely touch. Really understanding! Offered to reserve a dog since it was in low stock. Gave me extra cute bows for free! Trust worthy and good discount. I recommend as it’s so much cheaper, reliable and quick to get to your home! Very real Douglas, I love it so much I adore the border collie!! The packaging is adorable and in great condition!!

I purchased Wolfgang, the Pointer and Chase, the Border Collie for my granddaughter. They arrived very quickly.
I must now confess that I looked at the small box and thought I had been scammed, as I didn’t believe the 2 dogs would fit in it. I opened it to see the authentic dogs, beautifully wrapped.
My only problem now is that the Border Collie is so beautiful, would my granddaughter hate me if I kept it? 😜

We bought Bella the golden retriever. Great to be able to buy in UK, extremely fast delivery, great updates and packaged really nicely, such a lovely thought went into packaging what is for my daughter a new member of our family! Really pleased with the Douglas Border Collie ordered for my daughter’s birthday. I’d been previously messed about by an EBay seller and so was looking for a reputable company selling the genuine article. The ‘ESSA’ arrived quickly and was packed with care, it’s a genuine Douglas and the correct size etc that was ordered. The quality is great, I couldn’t be happier with it and can’t wait to gift it to my daughter who has been asking for this soft toy for months now.
