Fantastic delivery and original parts and friendly service

I bought a new Eskuta taking it for a ride after 10 minutes stopped working
I called the office for help they told me nothing we can do and said just fill out a form and email it and the Engenire will call me waited 10 days nothing happened so I called and they told me it has been booked this is one month waiting
Not good not empress

I went on the eskuta website to look for an electric bike, I found what I liked and started an order. Within 5 mins, the lovely Sara was on the phone to see if he could help. I explained that I was in Shetland and really would like a scooter. Sara agreed that they could deliver the bike to a shipping agent in Aberdeen as the costs for them to deliver to Shetland would be high. Eskuta kept in constant contact from letting me know that the bike was ready, to when it would be delivered to the agent. The delivery guy also called to let me know what time he would be delivering it to the shipping agent so that I could let them know to expect it. Honestly the customer service was excellent and the Eskuta is exactly what we’ve been looking for. I would highly recommend Eskuta if you’re looking for something economical and fun to boot!

Good conditions, but milage is was getting 30-35

My Eskuta experience.

Sara in sales was brilliant. Took me through all the options and gave me a great deal then sorted out delivery to best suit me. Kept me updated until I was passed over to the delivery team.

I chose the SX250 series 3, mounting bar, rear storage box and an extra battery.

Delivery team kept me up to date and delivery was bang on their ETA. The driver explained the operation of the bike very comprehensively.

First run was great. Pulls away really nicely. Pootles along at 15-16mph with ease. Smooth quiet and comfortable. Feels like riding a regular scooter but silent and at a leisurely pace.

After sales. I realised I didn’t have any information about the tracker. Called customer service and an email was sent out immediately.

Very happy with the whole experience. Now just itching to get out and ride!

Matt Potter from eskuta is an absolute top bloke, really went out of his way to provide me with excellent customer service. He even spoke to me on the phine after work hours and has agreed to meet me so I can pick up my bike after work hours.

Sara couldn’t have been more helpful during my purchase and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m looking forward to receiving my SX250 S3, which is being delivered earlier than I’d have thought possible. I’ll update this review once I’ve got my hands on it.

To be completely fair. They are not even deserving of 1 star. I would give a zero star. They completely mislead me. I am based in a hilly area and they confirmed the bikes wouldnt have any issues going up the hill. It did. And to my suprise and dismay they refused the return. Im now stuck with bikes which are completely useless. Only buy a bike if your delivery locations are on routes which are flat. Otherwise these are useless.

Did i mention the identical bikes are selling on ebay. Which i would recommend buying there due to ebays buyer protection and refund policies in case they dont perform as expected.

I hope this helps someone like me sat on the fence.

I've had my Eskuta for coming up to a year, and had my first service for the bicycle. The company gave me a courtesy bike that had a flat tyre, but re assured me that they would compensate me for the inconvenience and get the bike back to me within 3 business days. Received the bike today and the driver was extremely friendly and patient. Great works guys, you've earned a returning customer for the years to come. I'd love to see the company introduce a e moped next!

I was lucky enough to win the KS-350 scooter in a competition in december. And its amazing! Its nifty, easy to use and holds the charge extremely well plus a spare battery came with it which is a bonus.
The customer service was absolutely fantastic and it came before christmas (i didnt expect it to arrive til new year) door to door delivery with a member of their team doing the deliverys which ensures safe arrival. They contacted me with a specific time of arrival on that day and stayed true to it. All in all its a really high quality sturdy scooter and my hisband is over the moon with it

Not useful even for short distance , battery discharges very fast , couldn’t go more than 1mile , looking to file a refund

The reason why I applied to this company is that I found the assortment here very big and interesting. I liekd plenty fof bike models, nevertheless I was able to choose only one. I chose it and ask customer support about all the details concerning shipping and delivering, because bike is fragile enough to be damaged while transportating. So, they answered all of my questions quite fast, and the delivery also was pretty fast. I'm glad to see that there are some stores which understand the worries of consumers. I guess I will apply here once again, because the store is awesome.

The bikes are exceptional and well built. Extremely reliable and look amazing. The optional tracking app is user friendly and precise providing us owners a peace of mind.

I would like to mention Danny once again for continued support and still in constant contact after first bike was purchased. Genuine customer service and care for his customers and a credit to the employers. Danny was involved in the 2nd bike process too

Kacey another person I like to mention has been exceptional. She’s executing my orders and arranged the optional options in short notice. She’s always in communication via phone calls and emails and really cares putting customers first. Kacey arranged the tracker for my first bike that I missed to order at initial purchase stage.

The customer service from this company is second to none. Their on-line presence is very good and if you ask for a call, you get a call immediately. I had a query about my delivery and Sara who called me back on request immediately was very helpful and answered my query satisfactoily. Customer services goes a long way for customer satisfaction, and if you deal with this company, you will not be disappointed.
