I was expecting the material to be more soft. Although the item was packed but there were lints on the carrier which was odd.

Ordered a baby carrier on 2nd Dec and it just never arrived. After MULTIPLE times trying to contact customer services they said it was stuck in customs. I finally received my refund on 3rd February. Some of the worse customer service/ delivery issues I’ve ever experienced. Will never order again.
Such a shame as products are good in my experience but order them from another provider.

I never received my order. After around 3 weeks and numerous emails to their customer sevices to chase the order i requested a full refund and cancelled it. I never received any order updates or courtesy emails to explain the order was delayed and why. Each time I had to email them myself and each time I was given a different delivery date (it didnt arrive on any of them and I had to email again each time). I was not given an explanation for the delay or given an apology when I eventually asked them to cancel the order. Terrible customer service and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Ordered the Omni 360 carrier on the 12th January. No tracking provided, after a week i chased up and was told by customer services "We dont know why no tracking was provided but we'll investigate". Another week later still nothing so lodged a dispute via PayPal. Recieved tracking number the next day but still no sign of the item. The label had been printed and was sat with UPS. I resorted to threatening to escalate my case with paypal for a full refund. The response from customer service "UPS does have your parcel and is keeping it for some reasons we are clarifying". Finally recieved parcel 3rd February. So much for 7 days delivery! Terrible service all round. Luckily I paid via PayPal. I wonder if it's only because i could escalate for a refund that I actually recieved it. By the looks of other reviews / complaints this is not a one off. Never will we order again from Ergobaby and will not recommend them to friends or family.

Still no reply to daily emails sent to customer support… pending a refund of £100+ for 2 months. Avoid ordering directly from this company.
I ordered a baby carrier in their Black Friday sale. Ergbaby then contacted me to let me know that the carrier that I had ordered was unfortunately sold out and that I could either choose another or have a refund. I wanted a dark colour that wouldn’t show dirt and the dark colours were not in the sale but Ergobaby honoured the sale price for me.
There was then a significant delay due to the parcel being held up at customs, but Ergobaby gave me a further 20% discount as an apology for this.
The carrier has now arrived and is great- easy to use and great to know that I can carry my baby in it without risk to her spine or hips.
I would give 0 stars if I could.
Carrier ordered on 8th December 2024. No confirmation email received. Multiple emails sent to chase. Advised on 3rd January 2025 that it has passed customs and ‘would arrive in a few days’. Emailed on 13th January again to cancel my order and request a refund - customer service said they would request return from UPS. This didn’t happen. Carrier eventually arrived on 17th January 2025 however, no longer needed. I have had no communication from Ergobaby since and am unable to arrange a return (although if the return process is anything like the delivery process, I’m not sure I’ll ever get my money back!).

Same as most other people. Ordered a carrier on the 9th December its now the 15th with still no carrier. I understand they had some holiday but their communication is absolutely horrendous.
Will be asking for a refund and getting a carrier elsewhere.
Awful service. Placed order 28th November, never arrived and they still have not refunded me two months later.

I wish I had come to trust pilot before ordering. I ordered my niece a baby carrier on the 9th December so it would be here ready for her babies arrival. It is now the 9th January and still no baby carrier. UPS say it is lost and ergo say it isn’t and once they have confirmed with ups they will issue a refund this was a week ago now. I emailed again 3 days ago asking for an update and still no response. I have never known customer service like it. I just want a refund at this point. Not even an apology regarding the fact that even if it was to arrive now that it is a month since I ordered which is terrible service. Deliveries from china arrive faster. My advice do NOT order from them.
I bought a bouncer, three weeks later they contact me to let me know the product was actually out of stock, but that I could choose another color. I answer asking which colors they have available, and they take two weeks to answer me that they could not review my email, that they will review it after the holidays, in three more weeks. Now I have asked for a refund and it will take around 14 business days!! Their excuse is that their team is too small, and that they had glitches in their system. I don’t usually write reviews, but I think people should be aware of this before purchasing anything from them.
I bought a carrier on the 6th December and it still hasn't arrived - no notice of shipment or anything. I have tried calling the number they provided on their email and it hangs up on me. I tried emailing their customer support customersupportATergobaby.co.uk several times and have received nothing back. Still waiting to receive ANYTHING. Very concerned that this company isn't real and I've lost my money permanently?!
The spare wheel I ordered about 5 weeks ago still hasn't arrived, despite their second attempt to dispatch it and that it's delivery time was a matter of days.
The customer service is non-existent - no tracking details and no updates provided once they take your money. It takes days to get hold of anyone. They then had the audacity to send a generic response along the lines of: "yes we failed you, but we're on hols now - we'll try again in Jan". Beyond parody. I'm wondering if this is just a big scam, so will have to get my credit card company to refund. Total let down, and desperately need the spare part. Avoid them at all costs.
There was massive delays with my order and there was never an update unless I chased it up. It was nice to receive the further discount but for an order to take over a month is not acceptable.
I was also told my order was arriving when I chased and when I tracked my order I could see it had been delayed further so the information given was incorrect.
No dispatch info. No working phone lines. Customer service by email only. Shared incorrect delivery details. Very late delivery (around 10 working days). Said they would refund a percentage, but did not. Received the item but logistics appears to be in absolutely tatters. It is the second time it happened to me, and appears I am not the only one. I cannot recommend.
Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars!! I bought a baby carrier on 5th December, have been trying to contact them with no success and there are no updates when or if my order will ever be delivered. I have a baby about to arrive on the next weeks and is really frustrating, they said it would be delivered in 7 days, 15 days have passed now and they just sent me an automated reply saying they will go now on Christmas/ holiday leave. That’s really unacceptable. I hope they delivery my item and many other item pending a as we can see in the trustpilot reviews. I would honestly avoid at all costs buying with them
I placed an order for a carrier on the 3rd of December. It’s now the 19th of December and not only has it not arrived, I have not received any notification of shipping or any updates. I have tried calling multiple times over the past week, sent multiple emails and received no responses. Now today they have closed for Christmas so I guess I’ll have to keep trying in the new year. I ordered well before their 19 Dec closure, on 3 Dec. I needed this carrier for our Christmas holiday, leaving tomorrow. Now I’m left stuck. I think I’m going to have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Is this company a scam? What else can I do..
